Coarse winds enter from the left and right sides. The right wind makes it clear, the left wind makes it blissful, and the middle wind makes it non-conceptual. The three, bliss, clarity, and non-conceptuality, abide in the central channel, thus producing bindus and rainbow light. This is also a sign that the five winds of the five elements have been completely grasped. So it is said. That is upside down. If the five moving winds have color, then why doesn't the wind of the nostrils have color? Grasping this and gaining stability is thought to be grasping the wisdom wind. Therefore, one only hears the names of those inner wisdom winds, but does not understand even a particle of their meaning, and has no awareness. We do not think that enlightenment can be attained by grasping the wind of the nostrils, because the path of the lower vehicle only desires a state of non-thought where the breath does not flow because the wisdom wind has been grasped. That is like the filling and emptying of a bellows. When effort is abandoned, on top of having no qualities, the body is cold and trembling, speech is uncontrolled and nonsensical, and the mind's grasping and clinging thoughts are coarser than before and seem unable to cope with circumstances. Here, when the three ways of seeing and observing of the three bodies are simultaneously present, because the essence is emptiness, it is free from elaboration; because the nature is clear, it appears as luminosity; and because of compassionate awareness, non-conceptual awareness is clear and distinct. Without conceptualizing anything, yet without obstructing the appearance of anything, abiding in that state is what is meant by grasping the wisdom wind, if it is expressed in words. Secondly, a brief explanation of karma wind: that also mixes with the wind that moves the sound of wisdom, and is therefore called mind. Mind is universal conceptualization. If the moving wind is grasped, it appears as if it is stopped, and because it is mixed with karma wind, there is no separation. As it says in the Compendium Sutra: Wind and mind are mixed without separation. The real wind is the wind element that has four parts each in the four elements, moving and accompanied by shaking. That is, from the right Roma channel is the male wind, from the left Jiangma channel is the female wind, and from the central channel is the hermaphrodite wind. These three winds flow in the channels. Earth wind is five thousand four hundred, and water, fire, and wind winds are all five thousand four hundred, totaling twenty-one thousand six hundred. Every day, it is believed to run in one central channel without conflicting with the faculties and the elements.

From the 'འགྱུར་ལས།': The winds that rely on the channels, flowing in twenty-one thousand six hundred, are considered the great flowing wind. Thus it is said. Their function is to perform the activities of ascending, descending, and clearing of the wind in the nature of the four elements themselves. Third, explaining its distinctions in detail, the classification of channels is three channels, with three types of winds: male wind, female wind, and neuter wind. When impure, they serve as the mounts of the three poisons; when pure, they serve as the mounts of the inseparable three: means, wisdom, and prajna. When impure, they cast into the three realms, especially the three lower realms; when pure, they cast into the three wisdoms and the three bodies. The classification of branches is that the upward-moving air resides in the upper part of the body, entering the gates of each sense organ, especially moving in and out from the two nostrils. The downward-clearing air resides in the lower part of the body, performing the activities of moving back and forth, especially expelling and clearing feces and urine downwards. The equal-dwelling air resides in the middle of the body, especially separating the essence and dregs of food in the stomach. Third, the classification of limbs is that there are two types of movement, large and small. The large one is the wind of the four elements, five thousand four hundred four hundred, which is twenty-one thousand six hundred, as previously stated. The small movement is, from the 'ཐལ་འགྱུར': From the channels निश्चित (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning) flows, one hundred million two hundred sixty-six thousand six hundred, from the channels निश्चित (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning) flows, is considered the small flowing wind. Thus it is said. In short, wherever the channel resides, wind and wisdom exist in the form of the sun and rays. Third, the state of the realm of great bliss is, from the 'རང་ཤར': The body is pervaded by great wisdom, like oil in a sesame seed, the radiance and splendor of the body are pervaded by the moisture of wisdom. Thus, the initial function of wisdom is activated, giving rise to grasping at light, and in delusion, the five elements are formed, and the essence of these gathers to form the body. In it, channels, winds, and bindus are formed. Because wisdom relies on the essence of the bindus, the essence also has three types: dregs, essence, and great essence. The dregs are like saliva that only produces the flesh of the body. The essence is, its essence, like mercury, has sixteen types, eight of ultimate meaning, and eight of conventional meaning. The first is m
