It remains for a moment. If these two doors appear as self-appearing wisdom, then recognizing oneself is the door to Samantabhadra's manifest enlightenment on the primordial ground; if not recognized, then there are two doors for sentient beings to wander in samsara. From the upward and downward confusion of this appearance, one should know the basis of liberation of Samantabhadra. As it is said in "Auspicious and Beautiful": "From this, the spontaneously accomplished precious appearance arises, which is called the basis from which all the Buddha's teachings arise. From this, the Buddha arises, sentient beings arise, wisdom arises, light arises, awareness arises, ignorance arises, karma arises, compassion arises, and phenomena that appear to exist arise. In it, there is essence, there is self-nature that appears to exist, there is compassion that appears to exist, there is power, there is appearance, there is mind, there is intellect, there is confusion, and there is also non-confusion. Everything is a great source of arising. That is called the great common ground of Buddhas and sentient beings." So it is said. The second is that the appearance is not recognized as self-appearing, and under ignorance, the previous appearance disappears, and on the second day, it is called the Great Ground Appearance. Like a silk of wisdom, with five colors, appearing like a rainbow-like layering in the ten directions, and adorned with clusters of five colors, the appearance of wisdom pervades. Some say that recognizing the nature of this appearance also leads to liberation on the primordial ground. It is said: "From this arises the appearance of the Great Ground Appearance, and the silk of wisdom appears to pervade immeasurably." So it is said. The third is that the previous appearance disappears, and on the third day, it is called the Sambhogakaya Appearance. In the luminous appearance of all directions, the five clusters of light with the marks and examples of radiance, appearing as Father and Mother, radiating the light of the five wisdoms, and adorned with five-five retinues, all of which are complete with the enjoyment of form, sound, smell, taste, touch, and dharma, and holding the nature of clarity, warmth, expanse, coolness, and movement. From the previous appearance, from this arises the way of the Sambhogakaya Appearance, which is the basis for the manifestation of the path. That is also holding the nature of clarity, warmth, coolness, expanse, and movement, possessing the five bodies, possessing the five wisdoms, possessing the five families, possessing the five colors, possessing the five lights.

It possesses the five mothers, five forms, five sounds, five smells, five tastes, five tactile objects, five dharmas, five appearances, five lords, and five retinues. Furthermore, it possesses the thirty-two major marks and eighty minor marks of excellence. It possesses the vast six dharmas. Thus it is. The fourth is called the appearance of the Nirmanakaya on the fourth day. From the appearance aspect of the previous body and wisdom, from the image of the later light appearing as if inward, the nature of the three Nirmanakayas appears. The Nirmanakaya, appearing as the white color of the eastern Abhirati realm, is the complete arrangement of Vajra Akshobhya surrounded by the Vajra family in a stacked jeweled house. In the south, the yellow realm of glory, Ratnasambhava and his retinue, in the west, Amitabha and his retinue appearing as stacked lotuses, in the north, Amoghasiddhi and his retinue, etc., appear like the sun rising on the surface of a mirror. From that appearance aspect, secondly, the Nirmanakaya, the six Thubpas, appear in different colors to tame beings. At that time, the realm of body and wisdom upwards is the inexhaustible wheel of ornaments of the Buddha's body, speech, and mind, the clear light of the realm of the Svabhavikakaya directly self-appearing. Downwards, the happiness and suffering of the six realms are seen, appearing clearly and unobstructed in the pure eye, so the six Thubpas, the teachers, tame beings. From that appearance aspect, the appearance of the six realms, the teachers of birth, old age, sickness, and death, etc., who tame them, the impure Nirmanakaya radiates in various ways, appearing clearly and without conceptualization like a dream. Some are liberated from this very state, while others develop attachment to the appearance of the six realms, and like waking from a dream, they enter samsara immediately thereafter, it is said. Thus, samsara and nirvana are not mistaken from the beginning, but if one asks how to know the appearances, it is said in the Arrangement of Powers: "The enjoyment of samsara and the lower realms is the light of wisdom, the desire for the true Buddha is entirely a mistake." As Vajradhara said, it is clear. Thus, at the time of the appearance of the Nirmanakaya, it appears as body and wisdom without conceptualization. The impure realms of the six realms, and various kinds of sounds are heard, but the mind is outward.
