After that, one should meditate on the samadhi of the deity. Combining these three actions into one, remember them in your mind, speak them truthfully in your speech, and make your body's posture similar to them for three days. At night, do not move your body, do not speak, and do not conceptualize in your mind, but settle into that state. The purpose is to purify the sins of body, speech, and mind, pacify obstacles, dispel attachments, and attain the vajra of body, speech, and mind. Second, purifying obscurations: The object to be purified is that in the crown of one's own ordinary body, there is a white and black A (Tibetan: ཨ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Romanization: a, Literal Chinese meaning: A), which is the habit and arrogance of the deity; in the throat, there is a yellow and black Su (Tibetan: སུ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: सु, Sanskrit Romanization: su, Literal Chinese meaning: Su), which is the jealousy of the Asura; in the heart, there is a blue and black Nri (Tibetan: ནྲྀ, Sanskrit Devanagari: नृ, Sanskrit Romanization: nṛ, Literal Chinese meaning: Nri), which is the desire of humans; in the navel, there is a red and black Tri (Tibetan: ཏྲི་, Sanskrit Devanagari: त्रि, Sanskrit Romanization: tri, Literal Chinese meaning: Tri), which is the ignorance of animals; in the secret place, there is a green and black Pre (Tibetan: པྲེ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: प्रे, Sanskrit Romanization: pre, Literal Chinese meaning: Pre), which is the miserliness of the pretas; in the soles of the feet, there is a smoky Du (Tibetan: དུ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: दु, Sanskrit Romanization: du, Literal Chinese meaning: Du), which is the habit of hatred of hell. These are all in accordance with the color of the letters. Imagine that karma and afflictions, along with their retinues, are like smoke billowing from a coal pit. The object of purification is also the seed syllables of body, speech, and mind: In the crown, there is a white Om (Tibetan: ཨཱོཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओं, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Om); in the throat, there is a red Ah (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: आः, Sanskrit Romanization: āḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: Ah); in the heart, there is a blue Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum). From these three syllables, the fire of wisdom blazes, burning all six syllables along with their habits, thereby purifying the cause and effect of samsara and the lower realms. Visualize the body as a polished crystal ball. Recite Om (Tibetan: ཨཱོཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओं, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Om), Ah (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: आः, Sanskrit Romanization: āḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: Ah), and Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum) with intonation. The necessity is threefold: Commonly, it eliminates the seeds of the three doors' sins, pacifies obstacles, and dispels attachments. Especially, because attachments are dispelled, one will not fall into samsara again in the future. Ultimately, one will attain the body, speech, and mind of all Buddhas. Third, there are three preliminaries: First, the preliminary of the body is: Join the soles of the feet together, join the palms together at the crown of the head, and visualize a single blazing blue vajra. The body is like a decaying and collapsing house, feeling pain, generating warmth, and the mind abiding in a state of non-discrimination, this is the measure. The necessity is threefold: Commonly, it eliminates sins, pacifies obstacles, and dispels attachments. Especially, the body is liberated from samsara and transformed into a nirmanakaya. Ultimately, one attains nirvana in the realm of the vajra body. The preliminary of speech also has four aspects: empowerment, training, seeking suppleness, and entering the path. The first is divided into two:
