And, the shape of a spear tip, an arrow, a thousand-petaled lotus, the light of the sun and moon, the method of the wisdom castle, a sword, a vajra (Tibetan: རྡོ་རྗེ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: वज्र, Sanskrit Romanization: vajra, Chinese literal meaning: diamond), a wheel, a curved knife, a flame, and the shape of a fish eye appear. These appearances will obstruct the valley where they reside. The bindu is like a small bowl, and awareness is like a wild deer running across the meadow. Then, practicing again, the light appears like a country, the bindu is like a shield, and awareness is like a Sharaṇa bird walking slowly. Then, practicing, the light pervades wherever one looks in the three thousand worlds, and awareness is clear in the dharmadhatu day and night. In the bindu, a single deity appears, and in awareness, a single deity also appears. Between awarenesses, the subtle bodies of the five Buddha families arise and remain without wavering. Having appeared in this way, the appearance of the bardo is seen now, so there will be no bardo later. As these experiential appearances increase, one temporarily obtains the qualities of experiential appearances, and ultimately it is necessary to liberate the appearances of the bardo in their own place. Third, the appearance of perfected awareness is: the appearance of the dharmadhatu pervades everything, so there is no appearance of earth, water, fire, or wind. In the bindus and awareness, Vairochana and Akashadhatvishvari appear, Vajrasattva (Tibetan: རྡོ་རྗེ་སེམས་དཔའ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: वज्रसत्त्व, Sanskrit Romanization: vajrasattva, Chinese literal meaning: diamond hero) and Mamaki, Ratnasambhava and Buddhalochana, Amitabha and Pandara, Amoghasiddhi and Samaya Tara. From the five families headed by Vairochana in the upper direction, the five families each headed by one family in the four directions, countless father-mother mandala assemblies that are beyond expression appear, pervading the expanse of the sky. One's self is also on a great lotus of light, appearing clearly in light, with five or nine bindus like stacked millstones appearing upwards on the crown of the head. Light rays like intertwined rainbow threads connect the hearts of oneself and the deities of the assembly, and one's body no longer appears to have substance, this is the sambhogakaya liberation. After that, even if one does not practice, it will not change. At that time, the outer appearances are liberated into clear light, so the appearances of substantial earth and rocks naturally subside. The inner illusory body is liberated into clear light, so the aggregates of flesh and blood naturally subside. The secret afflictions are liberated into clear light.

Thus liberated, the appearance of the two obscurations naturally vanishes. Moreover, appearing as the secret body and wisdom, the realm of Ogmin (Tibetan: འོག་མིན་, Sanskrit Devanagari: ogmin, Sanskrit Romanization: ogmin, Chinese literal meaning: inferior) naturally appears. Expanding into unsurpassed wisdom, the mandala of knowable things naturally becomes clear. Thus, when awareness reaches its peak, even without meditation in the interim, it reaches its peak, and ultimately recognizing the Sambhogakaya, the clinging to the body is naturally liberated. Fourth, the appearance of the exhaustion of dharmata is: the increase and decrease of external experiential appearances, the exhaustion of the dharma of the internal illusory body, the exhaustion of the mind of the secret collection of realizations, all words and delusions naturally exhaust themselves, the mind that clings to appearance and non-appearance exhausts itself, from within the light, only a fingernail's worth of appearance remains, separated from the notions of samsara and nirvana, and appearance cannot be established as anything. At that time, one will not be overcome by the enemies of the elements. There is no appearance of the sun and moon. The notion of going and staying vanishes. Memory is like a whirlwind, leaving no trace, and clairvoyance is unobstructed. One abides only in the clarity of the aspect of compassion. Thus, seeing the appearance of the exhaustion of dharmata has two purposes: temporarily realizing the peak of the four appearances, thereby distinguishing the boundaries; and ultimately seeing the appearance of the exhaustion of dharma, thereby decisively attaining complete nirvana. Second, the way of familiarizing oneself with the four extremes: establishing the foundation on the three immovables, measuring with the three abidings, nailing down with the three attainments, and indicating the degree of liberation with the four assurances. The first is to constantly abide in the three postures, that is, when the body does not move, the channels do not move. When the channels do not move, the eyes do not move. When the eyes do not move, the wind does not move. When the wind does not move, the mind does not move. Therefore, it is necessary to stop the function of movement, and for awareness to abide in an immovable state. From the three ways of looking with the eyes, one should not move, that is, the key point of awareness is the channel, the key point of the channel is the aperture, and the key point of the aperture is the lamp. When the channel does not move, the eyes do not move. When the eyes do not move, the lamp does not move. When the lamp does not move, the mind does not move. When the mind does not move, conceptual thoughts cannot arise. Therefore, it is necessary to make the dharmadhatu and awareness inseparable. Know that conceptual thoughts, if examined, are the play of wisdom, but because one does not recognize one's own nature, they are the nature of samsara, like an appearance that is not there. Compassionate awareness is like the surface of a mirror, as long as it is open outwards, images will constantly appear due to various external circumstances, therefore the mind
