The way to indicate the path is: From the heart to the eye, connected like a white vein thread, from within that, like the rising wisdom star sun, it appears, and the way to look in the eye is: The way to look at the Dharmakaya is upwards. The way to look at the Sambhogakaya is tilted, slow, and calm. The way to look at the Nirmanakaya is half-closed and extremely subdued. Regarding the key point of the wind, the lips and teeth should not touch slightly, and the wind should be released extremely slowly from the mouth. Regarding the key point of awareness, one should look without moving at the arising stream of bindus. By that, temporarily, the wisdom of awareness (the five senses) will be clearly manifest, and ultimately the four appearances will be exhausted, thereby attaining complete Buddhahood without remainder. Second, the introduction to the actual entity itself is: Although there are many forms, if we summarize here, there are seven sets of five aspects. First, the introduction to the five bodies is: Like that, the awareness of seeing the key point, the Vajra stream of bindus, the self-radiance of body and wisdom, appearing as light and bindus, this self-nature appearing as luminosity, is the body of Vairochana. The luminosity is unchanging, it is the body of Akshobhya Vajra. That itself has increase, it is the body of Ratnasambhava. The appearance is limitless, it is the body of Amitabha. The five lights spontaneously arise, it is the body of Amoghasiddhi, this is the basis. There, because the appearance is free from grasping and being grasped, meditating in emptiness and clarity is the path. When appearing in the respective bodies of the five families, it is the fruit. Second, the introduction to the five wisdoms is: That luminosity itself is without impurity and is the basis for the appearance of the body, it is the Mirror Wisdom. That itself is without separation, it is the Wisdom of Equality. On that, the distinctions of mind appear individually, it is the Discriminating Wisdom. That itself is spontaneously accomplished without seeking, it is the Accomplishing Wisdom. That all is free from primordial emptiness and root, it is the Wisdom of Dharmadhatu, this is the basis. Meditating clearly on that itself is the path. After that reaches the end, the appearance of all phenomena as luminosity is the fruit. Third, the introduction to the five families is: That appearance of luminosity is the footprint of all the Tathagatas, therefore it is the Tathagata family. That itself has no transfer or change from luminosity, it is the Vajra family. Qualities arise, it is the Ratna family. It is not tainted by faults, it is the Padma family. If that itself is accustomed to, it will accomplish without remainder, it is the Karma family, this is the basis. Meditating in that state, Yere Walley, is the path. After reaching the end, non-returning is the fruit. Fourth,

Fifth, introducing the five lights: The nature of clear light is white because it is without impurities, yellow because it is complete with qualities, red because it appears without seeking, green because it is perfect in activity, and blue because it is unchanging and stable, this is the basis. Meditating on this is the path. Perfecting this is the fruit. Fifth, introducing the five winds: The nature of clear light is the wind that is like fire because it is inseparable from the warmth of wisdom, the wind that holds life because it holds the life of samsara and nirvana, the wind that separates the pure and impure because it is accustomed to separating samsara and nirvana, the wind that pervades because the five lights and wisdom pervade all pure and impure, the wind of merciless kalpa karma because it cuts off the life of samsara and sends it to the state of nirvana, this is the basis. Meditating on this is the path. Perfecting this is the fruit. Sixth, introducing the five wisdoms: The wisdom that distinguishes because clear light distinguishes between samsara and nirvana based on whether or not it is realized, the wisdom that gathers because it gathers into wisdom, the wisdom that pervades because it pervades all, the wisdom that moves because the light phenomena come and go, the wisdom that liberates because it liberates from samsara, this is the basis. Meditating on this is the path. Perfecting this is the fruit. Seventh, introducing the five dakinis: The blue light is the Buddha dakini, the white is the Vajra dakini, the yellow is the Ratna dakini, the red is the Padma dakini, and the green is the Karma dakini, this is the basis. Meditating on this is the path. Perfecting this is the fruit. Third, how to practice the four subsequent yogas: The four yogas of view, meditation, action, and fruit are practiced continuously. First, the essence of clear light is emptiness, its nature is clarity, and compassion arises without obstruction, this is the view of equipoise. Afterwards, all the various appearances of samsara and nirvana are understood to be like reflections, appearing but without inherent existence, and one should never be separated from this subsequent view at any time. Second, in that state, one meditates on clarity and emptiness, free from elaboration. Third, at that time, one acts without attachment or fixation to anything, like a natural madman, free from hope, fear, acceptance, or rejection. Fourth, having become accustomed to it, the way in which appearances, emptiness, and clear light arise is free from acceptance, rejection, hope, and fear, and having acted in separation, it becomes self-arising and self-liberating.
