Like a rabbit escaping, it disappears from sight. Complete liberation requires no effort. Thus it is introduced. The third part has three points. First, the self-liberation of the five poisons: Whatever unbearable craving arises, both externally and internally, stare directly at its essence, and then let go. It self-liberates in the state of indivisible bliss and emptiness. Stare directly at the essence of coarse anger, and then let go. It liberates into the wisdom of indivisible clarity and emptiness. When non-conceptual consciousness, unspecified dullness, etc., arise, stare directly at the essence of ignorance, and then let go. Also destroy the abiding shamatha that remains, and let it go as self-liberation. It self-liberates into the wisdom of the Dharmakaya, free from basis. Stare directly at the essence of pride and jealousy, and then let go. It liberates into the co-emergent wisdom of self-luminous, natural essence. Second, the self-liberation of the five gates: Whatever clinging arises from the eyes, ears, nose, tongue, and body, stare directly at its essence, and then let go. It self-liberates into the great state of primordial purity of the Dharmakaya. Third, the self-liberation of the six consciousnesses: Form, sound, smell, taste, touch, and the arising feelings of the mind, the affirmation and negation of thoughts, whatever attachment and aversion arise, stare directly at its essence, and then let go. Repeatedly in the great state of emptiness, free from root, it spontaneously accomplishes in the great state of equal emptiness and clarity. Therefore, whatever arises, transcending acceptance and rejection, hope and doubt, it is trekchö in the unlabored, natural state of wisdom. The second meaning, the blocking and gathering in spontaneous luminosity, introducing the path of leap-over, is divided into three parts: the method of generating uncontaminated wisdom in the mindstream as a preliminary, the method of introducing the essence itself as the main practice, and the method of practicing with the four yogas as a follow-up. The first part is to let go of the ninefold activities of body, speech, and mind, and abide in ease. That is, the external activities of the body, various worldly deluded behaviors such as trade and agriculture; the internal inferior virtuous deeds such as prostrations and circumambulations; the secret is to abandon distractions and busyness, and abide alone. The external speech is various worldly deluded talks; the internal is various recitations and repetitions; the secret is to block the form of speech, like a mute. The external mind is worldly

Various deluded thoughts, various mind-holdings of inner generation and completion stages, secretly blocking various conceptualizations of awareness, and abiding in a state of non-thought. There are two necessities for doing so. Temporarily, because actions go wrong many times, one does not follow mistakes. Ultimately, there is a need for the swift arising of uncontaminated wisdom. The second aspect has three points, abiding in the three key postures of the body. That is, the posture of the Dharmakaya, like a lion, is squatting, with the soles of the two feet together, the knees (<ཨ> stretched outwards) the two knees spread outwards, the palms of the hands placed on the ground from the outside of the thighs, or pressed inwards, holding the thumbs, the neck slightly straightened upwards, and the eyes looking at the sky between the eyebrows without moving. The posture of the Sambhogakaya, like an elephant, is face down, with the knees and chest together, the two elbows placed on the ground, the two palms supporting the chin, the fingers touching the cheeks, the spine straightened, and the eyes looking sideways at the sky. The posture of the Nirmanakaya, like a hermit squatting, is squatting, with the shanks of the legs aligned, the two hands wrapped around the waist or knees, the spine straightened, and the eyes looking dimly at the space. The benefit of doing so is that, temporarily, the first posture exhausts the inner elements, the second posture grasps the moving winds, and the third posture generates heat and balances the elements. Ultimately, in sequence, is the realization of the meaning of original purity, the manifestation of the meaning of spontaneous accomplishment, and the manifestation of delusion as a pure land. The second is the key of speech, which has three points. First, abiding, is to stop speaking and prevent wrong speech. Stability is not to speak other than one's own recitations and repetitions. Repetition is not to say anything, but only to indicate. The benefit of doing so is that, temporarily, delusion and affliction do not increase. Ultimately, one touches the meaning of awareness and attains nirvana in the space of the speech of all Buddhas. The third is the key of mind. Like the sky without clouds, the mind is focused without distraction, and in the state of emptiness, empty awareness will arise. The benefit of doing so is that, temporarily, one can clearly see awareness manifest. Ultimately, one can attain complete Buddhahood. The third is the secret of wisdom.
