像那样一直走，几天后，所有的珍宝岛都变成了各种宝石的沙滩。就在那里，把其他的眷属留下，国王和船长两人登上小船，走了几天。出现了一座白色的山，问了之后，说是银山。又从那里经过，看到了一座像晴朗天空颜色的蓝色山，问了之后，说是蓝宝石山。又从那里经过，出现了一座黄色的山，问了之后，说这是金山，是我们到达的地方。走到那座山脚下，到达了铺满金沙的地面，船长说：山顶上有一座七宝垒砌的房子。那房子的门边有一把金刚杵，用它敲门，为了利益众生，想要珍宝，这样示意后，就什么也别说地待着。八个龙女会来献上珍宝，对她们什么也别说。之后，美丽的龙女会来献上珍宝，立刻拿起来，不要掉落，用衣服包起来，顶在头顶上走。像这样好好嘱咐后，走到珍宝的门边敲门，最初八个龙女献上珍宝，但没有拿，还继续敲门，于是美丽的龙女，非常美丽，百看不厌的青色龙女出来献上头顶的珍宝。迅速返回，与船长一起，凭借珍宝的加持力，飞向自己的眷属岛，大家都感到惊讶，行了礼。船长好好检查后，将七宝装进船里，重量也合适，于是调转船头回来。在某个海岛上，在一棵非常美丽的莲花树上，看到一个八岁左右的少年，非常美丽，百看不厌，以妙相好庄严，走到他面前，国王说道：孩子，你的父亲是谁？母亲是谁？种姓是什么？名字是什么？家乡在哪里？食物是什么？在这里做什么？这样问道。

Having gone on like that, after a few days, all the jewel islands turned into beaches of various jewels. Right there, leaving the other retinue behind, the king and the captain boarded a small boat, and after traveling for a few days, a white mountain appeared. Upon asking, they said it was a silver mountain. Passing beyond that, they saw a blue mountain resembling the color of a clear sky, and upon asking, they said it was a lapis lazuli mountain. Passing beyond that, a yellow mountain appeared, and upon asking, they said, "This is the golden mountain, the place we are reaching." Having gone on, near the foot of that mountain, they reached a ground covered with golden sand, and the captain said: "On top of the mountain, there is a house built of seven jewels. At the door of that house, there is a vajra pestle. Use it to knock on the door, signaling that you desire jewels for the benefit of sentient beings, and then remain silent. Eight dragon daughters will come to offer jewels, do not speak to them. Afterwards, a beautiful dragon daughter will come to offer jewels. Quickly take it, do not drop it, wrap it in cloth, carry it on your head, and leave." Having been well instructed in this way, he went to the jewel door and knocked. Initially, eight dragon girls offered jewels, but he did not take them and continued to knock. Then, the beautiful dragon daughter, a very beautiful and pleasing to behold blue dragon girl, came out and offered the jewel from the crown of her head. He quickly returned, and together with the captain, by the blessing of the jewel, they flew to their own retinue's island. Everyone was amazed and paid homage. The captain carefully examined the seven jewels, loaded them into the ship, and the weight was just right. Then he turned the ship around and came back. On a certain ocean island, on top of a very beautiful lotus tree, they saw a boy of about eight years old, very beautiful, pleasing to behold, adorned with marks and signs. Approaching him, the king said: "Boy, who is your father? Who is your mother? What is your lineage? What is your name? Where is your homeland? What is your food? What do you do here?" Thus he asked.

The boy said: "Father is self-awareness, Samantabhadra. Mother is Dharmadhatu, Samantabhadri. Lineage is the indivisibility of Dharmadhatu and self-awareness. Name is Padmasambhava, glorious. Place is Dharmadhatu, unborn. Food is dualistic appearances and thoughts. Conduct is the activity of the Buddhas of the three times." Having said this, the king was amazed and thought, "Since an emanation body has been born, I will request him to be my son." So he said, "Would you please be my object of worship and my son?" Padmasambhava agreed, saying, "I will do so." Then the king cut the stem of the lotus and, surrounded by his retinue, took the boy and the precious jewel to the land of Oddiyana (present-day Swat Valley in Pakistan). All the people of the palace and its surroundings gave a grand welcome, and they went to the palace of Vaidurya, where the king made a wish: "If this jewel that I have found is a wish-fulfilling jewel, a great wish-granting jewel, then may there be a throne of seven precious substances and an umbrella in this palace for this boy to sit on." As soon as he said this, it happened. The prince sat on the throne and was enthroned as king, so he was known as King Padma. This was because he was born from a lotus in the ocean island and was enthroned as king. Then the king made a wish: "May a rain of jewels fall around my palace for seven days, and may all the treasuries be filled with blue." As soon as he said this, it happened. At that time, a great drum was beaten and proclaimed in all directions: "King Indrabodhi is causing a great rain of desired things to fall from the jewel. Whoever wants anything, take whatever you want!" Having said this, the king hung the precious jewel on the top of the victory banner and made offerings. Then the king bathed, prostrated, and joined his palms, and prayed thus: "If this jewel that I have found is truly genuine, then may it rain whatever each sentient being desires!" As soon as he said this, wind arose from the four directions and swept away all the impurities of the country, and a gentle rain fell, suppressing all the dust particles so that they could not rise. First, a rain of food with a hundred flavors fell, satisfying all the hungry and thirsty. Then a rain of clothes fell, so that all the cold and shivering were clothed.
