arise. After saying this and carefully contemplating the meaning, in the end, with the characteristics of the ultimate bodhicitta, the three—the place of generating the mind, the generator, and the intention of generating—are all expanded with the wisdom of non-conceptualization of the three circles, and the merit is dedicated. Here, too, the precepts, benefits, meaning, etc. are explained in conjunction with the occasion. Fifth, the Vajrasattva meditation and recitation: The obstacle to the arising of special experiences and realizations of the profound path is sin and obscuration, so it must be purified. The best way to purify it is to practice the yoga of Vajrasattva meditation and recitation. That is, remembering the two bodhicittas as before, on the lotus and moon mandala above one's head, a white, clear, and radiant Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hūṃ) syllable is visualized. From that, the glorious Vajrasattva, with a white body, one face, and two arms, with a peaceful and smiling expression, holding a vajra and bell, adorned with silk and jewels, is visualized in union with his consort, Vajrasattvātmikā, white-red in color, holding a curved knife and skull cup. In the heart of the father, on a moon, a white Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hūṃ) syllable is visualized, surrounded by a garland of the hundred-syllable mantra. Taking refuge in the Three Jewels and possessing the mind of enlightenment is the power of the support. Feeling remorse for all sinful and unwholesome actions is the power of aversion. Resolving not to commit them even at the cost of one's life is the mind of restraint, the power of turning away from wrongdoing. Practicing the Vajrasattva meditation and recitation as an antidote to past actions is the power of applying the antidote universally. With the intention and action complete with the four powers, focus on the mantra garland in the heart. Generate devotion, such as the thought that the Bhagavan Vajrasattva knows, to the point of shedding tears, and recite the hundred-syllable mantra and Oṃ Vajrasattva Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་ས་ཏྭ་ཧཱུྃ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: ॐ वज्रसत्त्व हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ vajrasattva hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Om Vajrasattva Hum). By reciting, nectar of wisdom like a stream of milk descends from the Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hūṃ) syllable and mantra garland in the heart. From the junction of the body's form, it enters my Brahma aperture, purifying all sins and obscurations, and visualize that they emerge from the doors of the senses and all the pores of the skin in the form of pus, blood, smoke, etc. Finally, recite the hundred-syllable mantra and other mantras as much as possible. At the end, recite: Lord, through unknowing and delusion, I have transgressed and broken my vows. Guru

Please, Protector, be my refuge! The main one is Vajradhara, Possessing the nature of great compassion, I seek refuge in the Lord of beings. I confess and admit all breakages of vows of body, speech, and mind, root and branch. Please purify and cleanse all accumulations of defilements of sins, obscurations, faults, and downfalls. Having prayed thus, imagine that the places of the four chakras inside the body are filled with the nectar of bodhicitta, becoming bright. All sins and obscurations are purified, and body and mind are intoxicated with the bliss of stainlessness. Vajrasattva is pleased and smiles, giving the blessing: 'Son of lineage, all your sins, obscurations, faults, and downfalls are purified.' Having given the blessing in this way, he dissolves into light and merges into oneself. Focus on oneself as Vajrasattva, clear like a reflection in a mirror of emptiness. Finally, rest in the state of inseparable bliss and emptiness, beyond expression. Furthermore, the sins to be purified, the means of purification, and the purifier, the practitioner, if not realized, then sealing with the wisdom of non-conceptualization of the three spheres is the supreme method of purifying sins. Finally, dedicate the merit. This should be practiced until the signs of purification of sins are seen. Sixth, Guru Yoga: It is the supreme method of transforming the favorable conditions of the profound path, the accumulations of merit and wisdom, into strength. Therefore, all the key points of interdependence of this path must be arranged from here. It is divided into two parts: accumulating merit and praying. First, in the space in front, on a precious throne supported by lions, and on a seat of various lotuses, suns, and moons, the essence of the root guru and the lineage gurus, that very one appears as the Great Vajradhara, body color blue, one face and two hands, holding a vajra and a bell. The consort, red Vajravarahi, holding a curved knife and a skull cup, in union. Both are adorned with silk garments, jewels, and bone ornaments. The father is in vajra posture, and the mother is in lotus posture. On the body, the mandala of peaceful and wrathful deities of the Sugatas is complete, and clouds of dakinis emanate. Abiding in the midst of blazing five-colored rays of light. On the crown of the head is (Tibetan: ཨོཾ,Sanskrit Devanagari: ॐ,Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ,Literal Chinese meaning: 嗡), at the throat is (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ,Sanskrit Devanagari: आः,Sanskrit Romanization: āḥ,Literal Chinese meaning: 啊), at the heart is (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ,Sanskrit Devanagari: हूँ,Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ,Literal Chinese meaning: 吽), from (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ,Sanskrit Devanagari: हूँ,Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ,Literal Chinese meaning: 吽) rays of light emanate. Inviting all gurus, Buddhas, and Bodhisattvas, becoming non-dual.
