and abide in that. As said by the尊慈氏 Maitreya, this should also be understood here. That is, when one enters into samadhi, it is like more conceptual thoughts arise than before, and also, sometimes one stays in a state of "ha-chad" (Tibetan), and sometimes one does not stay, and even if one stays, a subtle mental activity arises deep down that cannot be stopped. All three of these are efforts to stay, but because the spreading of conceptual thoughts is blocked, it cannot be stopped. Therefore, by expanding awareness infinitely and entrusting it to "A" (Tibetan), eventually the power of conceptual thoughts weakens and one gains the self-nature of abiding, and one stays in that state, just like a crow flying from a pond, circling and circling, and then landing there again. It is like that. Moreover, it is not a dependent on staying and moving, not falling to the side of the outer six objects and the inner consciousness, the awareness that transcends arising, ceasing, permanence, and annihilation, the essence of self-knowing and self-illuminating, the unobstructed appearance of power and radiance, the vast and open state. Clear and bright, beyond the realm of speech, guarding that self-nature without distraction will cause the realization of the nature of reality to become more and more enhanced and stable. Also, if dullness is predominant, then eliminate the wind energy, straighten the body posture, release the gaze, put strength into awareness, vigorously urge on mindfulness, and entrust it to "A" (Tibetan). If scattering and excitement occur, then lower the gaze, find relaxation in the body posture, lower the eyelids, relax from the depths of the heart, and let it be natural. Also, sometimes when the sky is clear and cloudless, by facing away from the sun and looking at the vastness of the sky with a narrowed gaze, it is like opening up with the emptiness and clarity of the external sky, and the pure emptiness of the inner awareness is revealed, from which the secret luminous essence, the clear and empty sky, the nature of reality that transcends all boundaries and centers, arises in an instant. Therefore, if there is agitation, then diligently practice shamatha and vipashyana separately, if there is dullness, then uplift, if there is agitation, then subdue, and the key to practicing integration in all activities is the key to enhancing merit, as these are the teachings of the omniscient Dharma Lord. Second, the spontaneous wisdom is directly revealed, in three parts: the preliminary practice of abandoning the activities of the three doors, the main practice of relying on uncontaminated wisdom in the continuum, and the subsequent practice of showing the arising of experiential appearances. First, abandoning the activities of the three doors: In the "Vast Expanse of Light" it says: In order for the key points of direct experience to arise, the outer, inner, and secret activities, body, speech,

Having released the ninefold burden of the mind. As it is said. First, the three of the body are: all the distracting activities and distractions of the outer world; the inferior virtues of inner prostrations and circumambulations, etc.; abandoning all secret distracting movements and staying alone. Second, the three of speech are: all kinds of idle talk of the outer world; inner recitations and repetitions, etc.; abandoning all secret speech and remaining silent. Third, the three of mind are: all the distracting thoughts of the outer world; various inner mind-holdings of the generation and completion stages; abandoning all secret scattering of discursive thoughts and abiding in non-discursive speech, thereby the three doors will abide, be stable, and be liberated. As it is said in 'After Death': Having obtained the confidence of abiding, stable liberation, abandon all outer and inner activities. As it is said. Second, the main part of relying on the stainless wisdom continuum has three parts: seizing the key points of the three doors; bringing the manifest directly into oneself through the four key points; introducing the meaning of the bringing in. First, seizing the key points of the three doors: As it is said in 'Vast Clarity': The key to manifestation is body, speech, and mind, each of their key points should be well coordinated. As it is said. First, the three of the body are: As mentioned earlier: The body is the three kayas, do not constantly change it. As it is said. Furthermore, as it is said in 'Pearl Rosary': One should abide like a lion, an elephant, and a sage. As it is said. The posture of the Dharmakaya, like a lion, is: squatting with the soles of the feet together, knees spread outwards, palms placed on the ground, upper body straight, neck slightly raised, eyes looking at the sky above the eyebrows, staring unblinkingly. The posture of the Sambhogakaya, like an elephant, is: lying face down with knees and chest touching the ground, elbows propped on the ground, palms supporting the chin, fingers touching the cheeks. Spine straight, looking askance at the sky directly ahead. The posture of the Nirmanakaya, like a sage, is: squatting with the ankles aligned. Hands placed on the waist or knees. Spine straight, eyes slightly lowered, gazing drowsily into the space in front. By doing so, temporarily, the first posture can

Arising in its own place. Second, control the moving wind. Third, generate heat and balance the elements. Ultimately, liberate into the three bodies, thereby transcending suffering. As it says in "Beyond": The Dharma Body's way of seeing is like a lion, free from all the fears of illusion, it will be seen with the vajra eye. The Sambhogakaya's way of abiding is, relying on the reclining posture of an elephant, enjoying the meaning of Dharmata, it will be seen with the lotus eye. The Nirmanakaya's way of abiding is, relying on the sitting posture of a sage, Dharmata appears as self-arisen, it will be seen with the Dharma eye. As it is said, although awareness-wisdom abides in the body, if it is not oppressed by the key points of the means-body, it cannot appear before the senses, just as a snake, though it has limbs, is not visible unless it is twisted. Second, the three of speech are. As it says in "After Death": Speech is the order of learning, abiding firmly and repeatedly practicing. As it is said. The first is, blocking illusory speech, learning short periods of silence. The second is, abiding without speaking anything other than a little recitation. The third is, repeatedly practicing without speaking even a little, except for hand gestures. By doing so, temporarily, afflictions will not increase because illusory speech is stopped. Ultimately, one will touch the meaning of the unutterable, and transcend suffering in the vajra space of the Buddha's speech. Third, the three of mind are. As it says in "Beyond": Mind is accomplished by focusing on the Dharmadhatu. And as it says in "After Death": Mind is focused on the space between the eyebrows, the three bodies of awareness appear as emptiness. As it is said, focusing on the external empty space, which is free from conditions, with unwavering senses like a spear, and strongly controlling it with the awareness of the mind dissolving into the center of space, the inner Dharmadhatu, the pure lamp of awareness, will appear even more clearly as emptiness. Thus, in "Space Clarity" it says: Thus, by oppressing the key points of the mind, the three bodies of awareness appear as emptiness. As it is said, through this, one will temporarily see awareness-wisdom directly, and ultimately attain complete Buddhahood. Second, bringing manifestation down to oneself through the four key points. As it says in "Beyond": The three key points of oral instruction must not be separated. That is, the door and the place
