Where should I place it? Although this is not in the fundamental direct teachings, the practice experience of the Lamas is very effective and a great way to generate blessings. Second, introducing it on the basis of the view of abiding reality: In the "Meaning Guidance," it says, "Then introduce the conceptual thoughts as mind, the mind as emptiness, emptiness as appearance, appearance and emptiness as inseparable, inseparability as self-liberation, the five poisons as self-liberation, the six aggregates as self-liberation." Thus, seven categories are mentioned. The first is: Leaving the three doors in their natural state, allowing any phenomenon of appearance and sound to arise clearly in the mind, like this, all the various phenomena that appear are just illusions of one's own conceptual thoughts, like appearances in a dream, and there is not even a particle of truth to be found in external objects. Because on the same basis, countless different appearances appear to different beings such as the six realms; even the same person is determined as an enemy or friend due to different conceptual thoughts, therefore, no matter what conceptual thoughts arise from the mind, they do not move from the mind itself, and since the grasper and the grasped are inseparable, it is determined that conceptual thought is the mind. Moreover, the nature of the mind cannot be seen, is not seen, and will not be seen even by the Buddhas, so what can express its characteristics other than the clearly arising conceptual thoughts? In "Vast Expanse of Clarity," it says, "The thoughts and reflections of the mind are the display of wisdom, all appearances and cognitions become pure, and there is no separation from awareness itself." The "Guru Tantra" says, "Outside of the precious mind, there is no Buddha and no sentient being." Like this. Second is: That mind does not exist in any of existence or non-existence, arising or ceasing, permanence or annihilation, and because it is free from all elaborations, it cannot be indicated as "this," therefore it is determined as emptiness. The tantra says, "Looking back at the nature of movement, without abandoning, self-liberation is like a breeze." "Boundless Bliss" says, "The rootless nature of mind cannot be found by searching, cannot be identified, the state of emptiness as it is, in reality, in its original state, inexpressible, self-arisen wisdom." Like this. Third is: Although the essence is emptiness, it does not change, and because its own power is not interrupted, anything can appear, therefore. The tantra says, "Unceasing power arises in any way, empty and clear awareness, without change."

The nature of emptiness appears as anything. The characteristic of appearance has no birth. As it is said. Fourth, such appearance also has no other causes and conditions. The self-power of emptiness, like the moon's reflection in water, is the indivisibility of appearance and emptiness, abiding in the nature of individual self-awareness. As it is said in the Union of Sun and Moon: "Whoever realizes that all objects appearing through focus have no inherent nature, for them, appearance and emptiness are not two." As it is said. Fifth, thus, the indivisibility of appearance and emptiness, the self-arisen awareness, is self-luminous, clear, free from elaboration, uncompounded, and spontaneously accomplished. Therefore, it is self-liberated in the realm of the three kayas. As it is said in the Fine Arrangement: "Complete enlightenment is self-awareness itself. Its essence does not change in the three times." As it is said. Sixth, whatever thoughts arise in the form of the five poisons, such as anger, look directly at their essence and let them be. Without abandoning anger, it is self-liberated into clear and empty wisdom. Similarly, attachment is bliss and emptiness, ignorance is non-conceptualization, pride and jealousy manifest as the nature of self-luminous genuineness, and are liberated in the state of the five wisdoms. Representing this, whatever non-virtuous thoughts arise, such as the root afflictions and the twenty secondary afflictions, know that all of them are self-arising and self-liberating. As it is said in the Clear Expanse: "The one and only basis of all samsara and nirvana, self-arisen wisdom arises from itself. Knowing that is called simply wisdom." As it is said. Seventh, similarly, by looking at whatever subtle or gross appearances and thoughts arise, which are included in the objects and subjects gathered by the six consciousnesses, such as form, they are self-liberated into the great emptiness of no self-nature, primordial emptiness, and rootlessness. As it is said in the Union of Sun and Moon: "Whoever realizes that all objects appearing through focus have no inherent nature, for them, appearance and emptiness are not two." As it is said. In short, whatever arises, the nature of awareness is beyond bondage and liberation, and it is self-liberated in the realm of freedom from elaboration and primordial purity. Therefore, it is the ultimate state beyond what is meditated upon and the meditator. As it is said in the Decisive: "Self-awareness is free from all thoughts, possessing the four great liberations. Since it is liberated from the beginning, there is no basis for repetition. Since it is self-liberated, there is no antidote. Since it is liberated directly, it disappears in the place of seeing. Since it is completely liberated, there is no effort." As it is said. Furthermore, having cut off the root in unbornness and recognized
