Throat, heart, and, navel, secret place, soles of feet, A Su Nri Tri Pre Du dwell. Thus, purify the six places of the body of beings, the object to be purified, on the crown of the head, the seed of the gods, A (Tibetan: ཨ, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Romanization: a, Chinese literal meaning: A) white, in the throat, the seed of the Asuras, Su (Tibetan: སུ, Sanskrit Devanagari: सु, Sanskrit Romanization: su, Chinese literal meaning: Su) green-yellow, in the heart, the seed of humans, Nrih (Tibetan: ནྲིཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: न्रिः, Sanskrit Romanization: nrih, Chinese literal meaning: Ni) blue-green, in the navel, the seed of animals, Tri (Tibetan: ཏྲི, Sanskrit Devanagari: त्रि, Sanskrit Romanization: tri, Chinese literal meaning: Zhi) red-black, in the secret place, the seed of the pretas, Pre (Tibetan: པྲེ, Sanskrit Devanagari: प्रे, Sanskrit Romanization: pre, Chinese literal meaning: Bei) red-black, in the soles of the feet, the seed of hell, Du (Tibetan: དུ, Sanskrit Devanagari: दु, Sanskrit Romanization: du, Chinese literal meaning: Du) smoky, etc., the predispositions of the six realms are naturally present, imagine them like smoke billowing from a coal pit. The purifier, the wisdom of awareness, the three vajras, imagine as Om (Tibetan: ཨོཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओ, Sanskrit Romanization: om, Chinese literal meaning: Om) white on the crown of the head, Ah (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: आ, Sanskrit Romanization: ah, Chinese literal meaning: Ah) red in the throat, Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हूँ, Sanskrit Romanization: hum, Chinese literal meaning: Hum) blue in the heart, blazing with brilliance and light. By the cause of reciting the three syllables, from that, the fire of wisdom blazes with its own light, burning all six syllables along with their predispositions into nothingness. Purify all the causes and effects of samsara and the lower realms, and imagine your own body as a clear crystal ball that has been polished. Recite Om (Tibetan: ཨོཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओ, Sanskrit Romanization: om, Chinese literal meaning: Om) Ah (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: आ, Sanskrit Romanization: ah, Chinese literal meaning: Ah) Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हूँ, Sanskrit Romanization: hum, Chinese literal meaning: Hum) seven million times with a melodious voice. By this, signs of purification of sins will appear in reality or in dreams, and the ordinary clinging to body, speech, and mind will subside. Strive until the experience of bliss, purity of speech, clarity of mind, and emptiness without conceptualization arises. As it says in "Klong gsal": Who can separate the inside of Ru Shan? The seeds of delusion and samsara are emptied, the three do not revert to samsara. And: If the seeds are not exhausted, the bonds of samsara will not be severed. As it is said, if the seed of the cause is exhausted, the fruit produced by it will not arise. Second, the preliminaries of the three doors are divided into three. First, the preliminary of the body: As it says in "Thal 'gyur": Having taken the vajra full lotus posture, purifying the body benefits the mind. As it is said, if the body is touched at the key points, the clarity and turbidity of the mind will be separated. Join the soles of the feet, press the ten fingers into the ground, stretch the knees outward, and straighten the spine. Join the palms of the hands without touching the crown of the head. Stretch both elbows straight outward. Press the throat to suppress the Adam's apple. Tighten the four limbs with strength, and as in the vajra posture, visualize a blue three-pointed vajra burning with flames. This makes the body comfortable.
