彼（དེ），五轮之中有五百根脉存在，是脉全部合集而成的数量。那些的中央，向上有三根脉如柱子般存在，那些的叶瓣是名为“水晶管”（ཤེལ་སྦུག་ཅན）也存在。《续部》（ཐལ་འགྱུར）中说：“罗玛（རོ་མ་，梵文：roma，梵文罗马拟音：roma，汉语字面意思：毛脉），姜玛（རྐྱང་མ་，梵文：rkyang ma，梵文罗马拟音：rkyang ma，汉语字面意思：直脉），昆达玛（ཀུན་དྷར་མ，梵文：kundharma，梵文罗马拟音：kundharma，汉语字面意思：普生脉），卡德（ཀ་ཏི，梵文：kati，梵文罗马拟音：kati，汉语字面意思：腰脉）水晶的管子”。这四根脉从何产生呢？罗玛（རོ་མ་）由水的精华产生，姜玛（རྐྱང་མ་）由土产生，昆达玛（ཀུན་དྷར་མ）由风产生，水晶管（ཤེལ་སྦུག་ཅན）由火产生。从罗玛（རོ་མ་）的内部，流淌着酥油的明点。在男性从右边来，在女性从左边来。姜玛（རྐྱང་མ་）从阴茎的上部返回，在那里流淌着智慧的明点。罗玛（རོ་མ་）从肚脐的左边向下盘旋，刺入金刚处，明点滴落。姜玛（རྐྱང་མ་）从心脉的左边出来，向上到达喉咙的脉络网，然后脉的顶端分成两支，在耳蜗的内部出现。那根脉像牛角一样，刺入眼睛的眼珠，水的管子中，因此智慧的显现产生。昆达玛（ཀུན་དྷར་མ）在中央正直地存在，它分成三个顶端，中央的刺入梵穴，左右两根刺入两个耳朵。这样，脉存在于哪里，风就存在于哪里。虽然风在数量上被讲述，但有业之风和智慧之风两种。智慧之风与心相混合，心与业之风相混合，是不可分割的。《续部》（ཐལ་འགྱུར）中说：“风心二者无二混合，因此风行一切事业”。智慧之风远离流动，那力量被称为业之风。那业之风在脉中向外流动，土之风有五千四百，火水风三种的风也有那么多，共计两万一千六百流动。《续部》（ཐལ་འགྱུར）中说：“依于脉的风，两万加上一千，六百之中流动，被认为是大的流动之风”。智慧之风在脉内流动。《续部》（ཐལ་འགྱུར）中说：“从脉中确定流动，十万加上两万，六千加上六百，从脉中确定流动，被认为是小的流动之风”。那些脉的作用是轮回涅槃、安乐痛苦、向上运行、向下排泄的事业。还有脉在何处

Then, in the five chakras, there are five hundred channels, which are the number of all the channels combined. In the center of those, there are three upward channels like pillars. The petals of those are also called "crystal tubes." The Tantra says: "Roma, rkyang ma, kundharma, kati with crystal tubes." From what do these four channels arise? Roma arises from the essence of water, rkyang ma arises from earth, kundharma arises from wind, and the crystal tube arises from fire. From within Roma, the bindu of ghee flows. In men, it comes from the right; in women, it comes from the left. Rkyang ma turns back from above the penis, and there the bindu of wisdom flows. Roma coils downward from the left of the navel, pierces the vajra, and the bindu drips. Rkyang ma emerges from the left of the heart channel, goes up to the network of channels in the throat, then the tip of the channel splits into two and comes back into the cochlea. That channel, like a cow's horn, pierces the pupil of the eye, the tube of water, and thus the appearance of wisdom arises. Kundharma is located straight in the center, and it splits into three tips, the central one piercing the Brahma aperture, and the left and right ones piercing the two ears. Thus, wherever the channel is located, there the wind is located. Although wind is spoken of in numbers, there are two kinds: karma wind and wisdom wind. Wisdom wind is mixed with mind, and mind is mixed with karma wind, and they are inseparable. The Tantra says: "Wind and mind are mixed without duality, therefore wind performs all actions." The power of the wisdom wind, which is free from movement, is called karma wind. That karma wind flows outward in the channel, the earth wind is five thousand four hundred, and the winds of fire, water, and wind are also that much, totaling twenty-one thousand six hundred flows. The Tantra says: "The winds that rely on the channels, flow in twenty thousand plus one thousand, six hundred, are considered the great flowing wind." The wisdom wind flows inside the channel. The Tantra says: "It is certain to flow from the channel, one hundred thousand plus twenty thousand, six thousand plus six hundred, it is certain to flow from the channel, it is considered the small flowing wind."
