Due to the clinging to the dualistic appearance of ignorance, the power of wisdom gathers and actually forms the body. Therefore, the formation of the body and the gathering of the channels occur simultaneously. The formation of these channels occurs simultaneously with the formation of the bindus. The formation of the bindus and the body and wisdom are completed inseparably. Moreover, the formation of the body and the activities that arise simultaneously cause the channels to form: the body, from head to toe, has eighty-two thousand locations, the same number as the pores. Gathering from these locations: there are sixty-four in the reproductive area, thirty-two in the memory area, sixteen in the taste area (eight times two), and three hundred and sixty at the tip. The illusion of the body causes the four chakras to have four hundred and seventy-two channels, which is the number after the channels are gathered. In the center of these, three channels extend upwards like pillars, and within them reside the three: Oṃ (藏文:ཨོཾ,梵文天城体:ओम्,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡), Āḥ (藏文:ཨཱཿ,梵文天城体:आः,梵文罗马拟音:āḥ,汉语字面意思:阿), and Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུཾ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽). Ordinary mind When impure, it becomes the basis for the maturation of the three poisons of body, speech, and mind; when yogis practice, internally pure, it becomes body, speech, and mind; the result secretly becomes the blueprint for the three bodies. The four hundred channels support the five elements. The main three channels and four subsidiary channels are: Roma, Kyangma, Kundharma, and the crystal tube. In the "Thalgyur" it says: Roma, Kyangma, Kundharma, a katī crystal tube. Where do these four channels arise from? Roma arises from the essence of water in the relative state, Kyangma arises from earth, Kundharma arises from wind, and the crystal tube arises from fire. Within Roma flows the bindu of the relative cause, it flows from the right in males and from the left in females. Kyangma is the opposite of the above male and female, and within it resides the bindu of ultimate wisdom. Roma flows winding from the left of the navel, descending bodhicitta; Kyangma emerges from the left tip of the heart, emerges from the network of channels in the throat, splits into two channel tips, emerges from within the skull, the channel root is like the horn of a men plant, piercing into the water tube of the eye's eyeball, thereby revealing the light of wisdom. Kundharma is located in the upright center, splitting into three tips, located in the central Brahma aperture, the right piercing into the right ear, and the left piercing into the left ear. In the center of these chakras, within the channel knots

Having heard from the bindus of the two parents, the pure five colors are complete, becoming the essence of letters. That is, at the crown of the head reside the letters ཧ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, literal meaning) and ར་ (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, literal meaning), at the throat reside the letters རི་ (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, literal meaning) and ཙ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, literal meaning), at the heart reside the letters མ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, literal meaning) and ཧྲཱི་ (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, literal meaning), at the navel reside the letters ནི་ (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, literal meaning) and ཧྲཱི (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, literal meaning), and at the secret place reside the letters ཡ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, literal meaning) and ས་ (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, literal meaning). Therefore, the bindu letters are accomplished within the channels, and will be explained from below. Thus, the chakras of the channels perform only the activities of samsara and nirvana, happiness and suffering, and upward and downward movement. All dharmas are fully present. Thus, the roots of the body's channels, which are like pores, are completely pervaded by wind. As it is said in the "Klong gsal": "The wisdom wind pervades everything." Although wind is described in numbers, there are two: karma and wisdom. The wisdom wind mixes with the mind, and the mind mixes with the karma wind, and they are inseparable. As it is said in the "Thal 'gyur": "Wind and mind are mixed and inseparable; therefore, wind performs all actions." The wisdom wind, which is free from movement, its potential is accomplished in the body, so the karma wind moves through the three channels. The earth wind is five thousand four hundred; the wind of water, fire, and wind is the same amount, moving twenty-one thousand six hundred times. As it is said in the "Thal 'gyur": "The winds that rely on the channels are twenty thousand and one thousand, moving in six hundred, and are considered great moving winds." Half of those, and then half again, the four elements perform the activities of upward and downward movement through the power of wind. In between, the wise seek the key points of the wind. These are the potential of the wisdom wind, so by relying on those methods, the wisdom wind is recognized. Like the movement of the mind, the wind moves in the channels internally. As it is said in the "Thal 'gyur": "What definitely moves in the channels is one hundred thousand and ten thousand, six thousand and six hundred, definitely moving from the channels, and is considered a small moving wind." Thus, wherever the channels reside, wind and wisdom reside in the manner of the sun and its rays. In all the tantras and instructions, the channels, wind, and mind are often described as different, but they are not different. In the mind of awareness, the five wisdoms reside inseparably. From inseparability, the potential of wisdom is divided into awareness, mind, wind, and so on. If there is no wisdom, the mind does not arise; if there is no mind, the wind does not arise; if one mind arises, wisdom is accomplished.
