May the holder of the doctrine find this! Among the one hundred and sixty different scripts, the secret tantras, oral instructions, and written teachings, written in the Nagara script, from here twenty cubits to the northeast, under the red cliff resembling a reclining tiger, marked with the letter A(藏文:ཨ,梵文天城体:अ,梵文罗马拟音:a,汉语字面意思:A), placed in an iron box and hidden. In the degenerate age, the secret tantras and oral instructions will be adulterated like milk in the marketplace, and when this fills the entire Tibetan kingdom, take this and have it translated by someone familiar with Chinese, to fill in the omissions and deficiencies. There is nothing better than this. Therefore, use this as the lamp of the doctrine, and may many fortunate ones arise who will use this. This essence of the doctrine, condensed again and again, should be nailed into one's own heart, not shown to others. For the sake of the pleasing illusory wealth of the world, if I give up this eye on my forehead and my heart, my heart's blood will drip and the fruit of man will fall to the ground. Therefore, seal it in your own heart, and with practiced wisdom, nail this into the vital point. Black Mahakala, Dharma protector, guardian, I entrust this to you, you must protect it. When a fortunate holder of oral instructions appears, you should release your attachment and give this to him. If enemies of the Sangha, those without vows, take this, obstruct their lives and cut off their changing life breath.རྒྱ་རྒྱ་རྒྱ༔ (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思:རྒྱ་རྒྱ་རྒྱ༔)Even though the confused appearances in my mind are self-purified, I am attached to this oral instruction, thinking of taking it to China, on the way I will encounter Monpas who are without vessels for the Dharma and cruel, as well as poison and fierce beasts, great rivers, and terrifying abysses, roads without a clear direction, rocks and water clashing, in the midst of terrifying forests, fearing that this will be lost here, so I seal it myself and leave it as a seed of the doctrine. Thus, even though there are countless dangers on the road, I alone travel by means of miraculous powers, praying to meet a fortunate heart-son.རྒྱ་རྒྱ་རྒྱ༔ (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思:རྒྱ་རྒྱ་རྒྱ༔)Place it in the hearts of the faithful. There is no better way to place it than this. I have little learning and am not a good debater, but I know the meaning of all vehicles, therefore, this method, heart-son, seal it again in the red treasury, remember it in your heart, and go with a joyful mind, being miserly like cherishing abandoned wealth.

Nose tightly closed. By doing so, one will immediately attain accomplishment. Translated by the great Pandit Vimalamitra, completed. ཨྠིྀཿ (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning) རྒྱ་རྒྱ་རྒྱཿ The letter Ma is precious, the pillar is broken. Auspicious! The letter Bu is precious, a golden box. In Sanskrit: Satva Nam Ki Guru. In Tibetan: Instructions on the Essence of Mind. Homage to the Bliss of Self-Perfected Completion. Whoever has a mind like a maddened elephant, with the iron hook of non-thought bliss, who desires to hold that? The great non-thinker, may you come peacefully. Abiding is arranged as the ornament of mind itself, placing is putting the mind in a fence, and emanating is the play of mind arising. (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning) Whoever has a mind like a fox in a charnel ground, with the key of great awakened realization, who desires to hold that? The causeless and fruitless one, may you come peacefully. Searching for the source of cessation, seeking the place of the mind, piercing the vital point, killing the horse of the mind, constantly breaking, showing how the supreme corpse of the mind abides. Whoever has a mind like water in a bucket, with the hammer of self-clearing confusion, who desires to destroy this? The self-possessed wheel of confusion, may you come peacefully. Exhausting dependence, the number of minds is exhausted, examining coming and going, the face of the mind is revealed, reversing that, the mind is lost on the path. (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning) Whoever has a mind like the sky, with the broom of one taste of essence, who desires to gather that? The one taste of Dharmakaya, may you come peacefully. The door is closed, the arising feeling of the mind is empty, the object is expelled, the support of the mind is empty, expanding greatly, the mind itself is gathered in the center. Whoever is a person of elaboration who delights in the mind, if this is practiced, one will enter the meaning of the essence. Therefore, one should strive in this, if one strives and practices, awareness will be seen. Thus, in the six million great treatises, the section called "The Peaceful Subduing of Mind Itself" is completed. In Sanskrit: Tantra Bhela Kra. In Tibetan: Mirror Clarifying the Tantras. Homage to the Manifestation of Emptiness. With the view of great play, one obtains the wisdom that appears as one. With the yoga of knowing sound and meaning, one plays with the elements as one pleases. With the yoga of taming confusion, all entities are peacefully subdued. With the yoga of seeing view and meditation, wisdom
