In a state of non-conceptualization, relax and abide, merely resting for a moment, without allowing distraction. The very nature of Bodhicitta is, "In suchness," unadulterated and untainted, which is the unchanging essence. As it is said in the scriptures: Unadulterated and untainted, the pure Dharmadhatu, is inherently equal to the hearts of the Buddhas. Since the cause is the fruit, it cannot be cultivated, the fruit is primordially pure, which is the Buddha. Thus it is said. The unadulterated mind is the Dharmakaya. Thus it is said. The manifestation of the power of Bodhicitta is the six superknowledges, namely the superknowledge of the divine eye, and the superknowledge of the divine ear, and the superknowledge of others' minds transforming poison into nectar, and turning thirst into moisture, gold into sand, sand into gold, the extinguishing of a fire, and so on, and the superknowledge of knowing death and rebirth, and the superknowledge of knowing the hidden, and the realm of pure faculties. The eight bhumis, subduing peaceful and wrathful deities, all of samsara and nirvana, viewing as the letters that teach the Dharma like the sound of mantras. In the unmixed variety of letters, perfectly teaching the Dharma to any who can be tamed. It is also the manifestation of miracles and subsequent miracles, and the miracles of teaching the Dharma, and the miracles of complete manifestation, which are the power of the mind. The qualities of Bodhicitta are the manifestation of the five wisdoms and the five bodies, which are also the five skandhas, and the five afflictions, and the five elements, and the five objects, and the five colors, and so on. Through the realization of Bodhicitta, the wisdom of the Dharmadhatu knowing all as unborn, and the mirror-like wisdom from knowing all, and the wisdom of equality knowing all as non-dual, and the wisdom of individual discrimination knowing the nature of phenomena, and the wisdom of accomplishing activities knowing that nature is free from effort and accomplishment, and the Buddhas five afflictions five families, and the five wisdoms manifestation as the five bodies Dharmakaya, Sambhogakaya, Nirmanakaya, of the five wisdoms are the qualities of the mind. The faults of not realizing Bodhicitta are the duality of grasper and grasped, the mind of internal clinging attachment and self-grasping, clinging to the person as self, which is the arising of the obscuration of afflictions, which is clinging to conceptualization.

Grasping onto external objects to be grasped causes the obscuration of knowledge, which is the conceptualization of the grasper and the grasped. Due to the two, the grasper and the grasped, one wanders in the three realms and cycles in the six realms. The wrong path of bodhicitta is the two extremes of permanence and annihilation. That is, if one sees conceptualization as one's own nature and leaves conceptualization in its own place, one will grasp onto permanence and fall into being an ordinary person. "Shravakas" abandon afflictions, "Pratyekabuddhas" block obstacles, "Bodhisattvas" practice, and if changed, "secret mantra practitioners" will fall into inferior vehicles. If one thinks that afflictions are objects with characteristics, that the nature of mind is merely a clear illusion, emptiness (शून्य, śūnya, shunyata, emptiness) "clinging to that," and that it is merely bliss, one will fall into permanence. If one thinks that all of that is nothing, one will fall into annihilation. The fruit of bodhicitta is: abandoning and taking all of that "beyond existence, non-existence, permanence, and annihilation," without existence and knowing equality, thereby at all times, without straying from bodhicitta, practicing the meaning of that suchness, thereby obtaining the fruit of the three bodies. Called "The Lamp of the Collected Nature of Mind," it was made by the teacher Bema and is complete. May it meet with a fortunate one! Homage to glorious Vajradhara! This "Lamp of the Collected Emptiness" is explained with eight points: the definition of emptiness, and the explanation of the divisions, the explanation of the way of emptiness, the explanation of the need, the explanation of what is to be abandoned, the explanation of the limits of emptiness, and the abandonment of the faults of doubt, explained with these eight points. Among them, first, the explanation of the nature of emptiness is: "In the nature of emptiness," not falling into extremes such as existence, non-existence, permanence, and annihilation, without bias, without before and after, and the boundaries between the three times, without arising and ceasing, without samsara and nirvana, without increase and decrease, and so on.
