All the branches are gathered together. If further divided, they are worldly wisdom and transcendent wisdom. Worldly wisdom is: wisdom with intelligence, those who follow reason, and those who allow inverted knowledge to enter. Transcendent wisdom is the opposite of those. That is also summarized in transcendent wisdom, which is the three: hearing, thinking, and meditating. Initially, due to each person's practice, some have great wisdom in the words of hearing, some have great wisdom in explaining the meaning of thinking, and some have great wisdom in the meaning of meditation, "there is also great wisdom," the nature of wisdom is: the nature of hearing wisdom is: "without bias," hearing much and understanding the words without increase or decrease, "therefore cutting off the elaboration of inner and outer." The nature of thinking wisdom is: to examine and explain the words and meanings of the mind. The nature of meditation wisdom is: "the meaning arises in the continuum without inversion" through meditation "experiences are perfected, realization arises in the continuum," and to abandon afflictions far away. The object of wisdom is: the meaning of words is partially shown, the object of hearing wisdom is words, the object of thinking wisdom is the meaning of words partially "mainly," the object of meditation wisdom is not to conceptualize any meaning of words. The display of the path of wisdom is: hearing wisdom starts from cutting off the edge of elaboration "what is the elaboration of words, and the elaboration of wisdom and the words of inner and outer," until finally not allowing any consciousness to enter. Thinking wisdom distinguishes the meaning of words, thus freeing from attachment to words. Meditation wisdom cuts off the confused conceptualization and the conceptualization of afflictions, thus abiding in non-conceptual wisdom. The rationality of wisdom "the display of establishment" is: the establishment of hearing wisdom "rationality" is: for example, hearing a very pleasant and wonderful story, makes a person's heart happy; just hearing the profound Dharma, "generating special faith," makes that person's heart happy, pride and so on are pacified, thus generating a vast Bodhicitta; understanding and realizing the nature of tenets is the wisdom of hearing. The classification of wisdom: "Increasing understanding through cleverness increases words" means that, just as a man thinks because of desire (desire increases), so that thoughts are endless; words that are not thought about are also endless, both internally and externally. To exhaust the boundaries of words with mental discernment means that the wisdom of correct thinking (words follow meaning) is not like that. The meaning of Dharma-nature, suchness (the nature of mind that has never been made, with the wisdom of memory and discrimination, for the meaning, for the essential Dharma, for the ultimate supreme, is self-deception), to grasp the measure of meaning with thought; once the proliferation of words ceases (to obtain meaning with words, to cut off doubts), then it is (in a state of non-distraction) the wisdom of correct thinking. The reason for establishing the wisdom of meditation is that, by practicing the essence of hearing and thinking, the very reality of what is, for a long time, one understands the meaning of the fruit to be obtained (the Dharmadhatu of the Three Bodies and Five Wisdoms), then the wisdom of knowledge is the wisdom (arising from practice) (is reasonable). Showing the summary of wisdom: Because the reality is not realized by wisdom, the meaning of hearing becomes empty talk. (With wisdom) not realizing the ultimate of the tenets, (not obtaining the meaning, so the proliferation does not cease.) The fault of thinking is that the mind follows the words. Showing the fault of the wisdom of meditation: Using experience (warm signs) to make combinations of words, and (signs of no practice) being good at distinguishing (becoming the talk of worldly people). Showing the limits of wisdom: The limit of the wisdom of hearing is (before the taste of meaning is experienced, until the two thoughts and doubts are cut off); before enlightenment, one must hear (then one does not need to hear, thinking is enough); () if one can understand the words and understand the meaning, then hearing is complete. The limit of the wisdom of thinking is: when words and meanings are integrated and one can practice (before integration), the wisdom of thinking is complete. Showing the limit of the wisdom of practice: Before the afflictions (the end of discrimination, no need to practice) cease, one must practice; (then one does not need to think, practice is enough) once the afflictions and discrimination cease, the wisdom of practice is complete (because the Dharma is exhausted).

Showing the extent of the increase of wisdom: The extent of hearing is, understanding the words of the guru without adding or subtracting, and when the meaning of the sutras and tantras is the view without inversion is understood, then the wisdom of hearing increases. Homage to the Bhagavan, the wisdom of self-nature purity! This Lamp of Condensed Wisdom is shown with thirteen meanings: First, the three causes of wisdom are: not being robbed by appearance, not being transformed by knowledge, and the exhaustion of the limits of things. The three natures of wisdom are: abiding in self-arising, not changing, and possessing primordial sound. The three characteristics of wisdom are: clarity, non-mixing, and primordial emptiness and completeness.
