May I meet a fortunate one! I prostrate to glorious Vajrasattva! This 'Lamp of Condensed Awareness' is taught with eight main points: Firstly, identifying the nature of awareness itself; Secondly, the definition of awareness; Thirdly, explaining the divisions of awareness; Fourthly, establishing awareness as the three kayas; Fifthly, establishing awareness as view, meditation, and action; Sixthly, establishing awareness as the single bindu; Seventhly, showing awareness as beyond virtue and vice; Eighthly, establishing awareness in three modes of abiding. These are the eight. Among these, the first, called 'Self-Aware Wisdom,' is: being liberated from mind, intellect, and thought; awareness that is sharp with knowing, being aware and clear, being thoroughly refreshed from the depths, accompanied by experience, lightness, and sensation; its essence is difficult to grasp, yet its nature is calm and peaceful. In the Vajra Garland of Awareness, when awareness meets the realm of space, that awareness (unmistaken knowing), although clear, lucid, and bright, has no grasping at objects and no holding onto knowledge as self. Appearance is the self-appearance of awareness; arising is the self-arising of appearance; the abiding of the ground is self-abiding; seeing is self-seeing (eye of wisdom); liberation is self-liberation (of the view itself). Secondly, the definition or characteristic is: being sharp through movement; awareness through subtlety and appearance (knowledge and light); knowing and being clear (seen by one's own awareness) and unchanging. Thirdly, the divisions of awareness are five: namely, awareness that holds characteristics (general also); awareness that holds the base (generates knowledge); awareness of the base abiding (essence); awareness of superior (knowing through the lama's instructions) seeing; and awareness of direct crossing (extent of appearance). During (the time of the first action), awareness that holds characteristics is: that which is called awareness that merely names the general and specific names of phenomena; for that, it is merely the self-awareness of one's own awareness, clear knowing, and non-conceptualizing; it is awareness mixed with many knowledges. Holding the base is: when abiding in one's own body, it generates all knowledge and abides merely in self-clarity; that is called awareness that has not (extent of light bindu) matured. Awareness of the base abiding (initial) is: the abiding of the nature of primordial purity; it possesses three wisdoms. The undivided (compassion is the nature of wisdom) awareness abides in the nature of omniscient wisdom; that wisdom is also subtle (compassion

It abides in the wisdom of being in the state of. Without that wisdom, one cannot be liberated from emptiness, which is "indistinguishable from the sky." Or, "if one does not desire emptiness," one cannot be liberated from materiality. If one possesses the awareness-wisdom of "fivefold perfection," one is no different from an actual Nirmanakaya. The awareness of Vipashyana is: At the time of teaching the instructions, since it is a superior appearance, it is called having the essence of self-appearing bindus, because it shows many different appearances, everything arises from the unborn, it is called the great illusion of "awareness," which can show anything. The awareness of Tögal is: Through practice, the appearance reaches its limit, "one's own nature is also not established." There is no increase or decrease in practice. After the signs and qualities are perfected, one's own nature is also not established, and at the time when it self-illuminates as the wisdom of knowledge, it is called Dharma "beyond words," it is called Dharma "exhausted," it is called Dharma "transcended," it is called liberation from Dharma, just at the moment of birth, there is no birth. If awareness is said to be "five," then is it different or the same? It is not different, because the essence is one, and it does not change into anything else. When this awareness is viewed from the perspective of subtlety, it is called profound. When viewed from the perspective of bindus, light, and body, it is called appearance. When viewed from the perspective of clarity, it is called wisdom. When viewed from the perspective of appearing as various appearances, it is called vast. When viewed from the perspective of bliss, it is called compassion. From the perspective of being observable, it is also a thing. When the level of practice reaches the point where Dharma is exhausted, it is also emptiness. The essence is one, and there is no clarity or obscurity, so it is also unique. The aspect of appearance increases from above to above, so it is also many. Appearance cannot be expressed, and it appears as anything, so it is also infinite. From the perspective of meaning, because awareness is one, it is also an aggregation of "no separation." From the perspective of the color of no self-nature, it is clear. Thus, all the various appearances that appear do not go beyond the essence of one awareness. Awareness, "son of lineage, look at awareness," establishing the three kayas is: Awareness is emptiness, and no essence is established anywhere, that is also the Dharmakaya "", it "is not from elsewhere." Clear and appearing as various things, but without self-nature, that is also the Sambhogakaya. Activities and actions are various.
