Pharaṇa Samaye Hum. Praise. Before the All-Knowing (Shakyamuni), those who have the vow to protect the teachings and increase the benefit and happiness of beings. Naga kings who protect the vowed ones like children, I prostrate and praise to the father, mother, son, and retinue. Thus praise. Then, visualize that in the hearts of the eleven Naga kings and their retinues, each resides their own color "ཕུ" letter, and finally, like an image appearing in a mirror, visualize the mantra garland: Om Phuḥ Jalika Svaha. Visualize the lower base, the wind stirs, igniting a vast fire wheel, warming the ocean. Meditate that its steam fills the earth with warmth. Oneself as Tara, from the "ཏཱཾ" in her heart, light radiates, striking the seed syllable mantra garland of the Naga kings and their retinues in front. Arouse their lineage, strengthen their vows, and from their respective seed syllable mantras and mouths and noses, steam transforms into great clouds, visualize covering the entire sky. In between, also combine the visualization of the ritual. If the clouds scatter in the evening, recite the mantra to gather the clouds. During session breaks, read the Great Cloud Sutra. A torma made of white three and sweet three is sufficient for one deity. Om Amrita purify. Please protect from all adverse conditions, and please accomplish all favorable conditions. Offering the torma to the local deities is as in other rituals. In between, one can speak the truth: such as Shakyamuni Buddha, etc.

Eight great Shravakas, sixteen Arhats, and all Arhats, may their truth bless the sky! May clouds gather in the space! May warmth descend upon the earth! Eight great gods, eight great Nagas, eight great planets, ten directional guardians, four great kings, and all protectors of the white side, may their truth bless the sky! May clouds gather in the space! May warmth descend upon the earth! Thus, say: Homage! Buddha, Dharma, and Sangha, Guru, Yidam, Dakini, Dharma protectors and guardians' command of truth, especially the noble Avalokiteshvara and the noble Tara's command of truth, four great kings, eight great gods, eight great Nagas, eight great planets, twenty-eight constellations, ten directional guardians, nine terrifying ones, arrogant chiefs, and all the eight classes of gods and demons, local deity Lhasa, the protector of the land, Naga Nyenchen Karpo, and all their protectors, by the power of truth, suppress the wind! After completing the practice, do not reveal it afterward. Said: Nowadays, some people corrupted by the times do not rely on reliable tantras and the Guru's oral instructions, but instead practice self-created inferior Dharma, deceiving others as they please. This is a rare and undisputed mind treasure created by the blessing of Padmasambhava. If practiced, faith and certainty will arise, like a wish-fulfilling jewel that fulfills all desires.
