Sapa Sbrel. Write the wind syllable on the outside. Starting from the way the upper wheel syllable looks outward, write it. The light wheel syllable points inward. The rest is the same as before. In the middle is a three-pointed, four-ringed shape. In the center, write the name Rupa. On the four limbs, write Dza. On the ring, write "Che ge mo Akarshaya Dza. Vasham Kuru Ho," as many times as possible. Therefore, this is the mantra for subjugation. Behind that, write "Che ge mo (so-and-so) becomes under my control." Write, "Transform the mind, then become infatuated, and become friends and subjects." Surround the outside with Dza Hum. Place this between the two wheels. The color is red realgar. For a male, use a red lotus. For a female, use bodhicitta. Add substances for creating desire, and seeds of Acorus calamus to confuse the mind. Generally, place realgar. On a round piece of wood, the wheel does not need a hole or a life-force axis. Because it spins in the wind, the work is swift. May there be auspiciousness! Homage to the noble Tara with reverence! In order to benefit the crops of the Mind Treasure Secret Practice of Tara, for hail protection: In front of the displayed image, on top of two-tiered platforms, on the mandala, draw an eight-petaled lotus with colored powders. In the center, place a red sun-seat cushion, or on the mandala, place eight heaps of white rice dyed with saffron. On top of that, place a vase with ornaments on a table. Fill two-thirds of it with water. In front, place the torma, the seven offerings, the stolen torma, the firm mother torma, the tsok, the preliminary torma, etc. On the lower platform, on something like an iron table, in a clean copper vessel, pour various soils, stones, etc., and fill it with water. Inside, place beeswax or, carve a four-finger-long dragon image on a stone. Inside, at the end of the ten Naga mantras: maha megha svaha, write the mantra for gathering clouds on cloth or Chinese paper. Roll it up from the end, and place it in a bamboo tube along with Naga medicine. Seal the opening with beeswax. Place it inside the dragon image, so that water does not enter. Place the dragon image upright in the water, with the head not overturned. Light a butter lamp at the base of the copper vessel, so that the steam does not cease.
