This is the sacred lamp. Aloke (Sanskrit: आलोके, Romanization: āloke, Literal meaning: light). This is the sacred perfume. Gandhe (Sanskrit: गंधे, Romanization: gaṁdhe, Literal meaning: fragrance). This is the sacred food. Naivedya (Sanskrit: नैवेद्य, Romanization: naivedya, Literal meaning: food). This is the sacred music. Shabda Pratichchha Svaha. Offerings made in the same way from beginning to end. Brahma, Indra, Vishnu, and the fierce demons and the three realms, all are subdued by you. I prostrate and praise the noble Tara. Free from attachment, possessing skillful means and wisdom, upon the lotus and moon seat, Bhagavan, your body is the color of red lotus jewel, one face and two arms, possessing a serene and loving demeanor, perfectly endowed with qualities and marks, I prostrate and praise you. A smiling face, well-formed eyebrows, a beautiful nose, pleasing to the eye, the corners of the eyes are as beautiful as the petals of a blooming lotus, the hair is as black as a bee, tied at the nape of the neck, full breasts, a slender waist, I prostrate and praise you. The right hand holds an iron hook, the left hand holds an উৎপল, perfectly endowed with joy, like a sixteen-year-old maiden, both feet are seated gracefully with the right leg extended and the left leg bent. You are the epitome of beauty in samsara and nirvana, I prostrate and praise you. Adorned with gold and pearls from Jambudvipa, with headdresses, earrings, necklaces, bracelets, and anklets, with a girdle, breasts, and garlands, and decorated with red উৎপল, I prostrate and praise you. Wearing a stainless red celestial upper garment, the lower body wrapped in various silks, a crown on the head, with a captivating crystal backdrop, you are the mother of all Buddhas of the past, present, and future, I prostrate and praise you. May I and all my lifetimes, be guided by the noble mother, be liberated from the eight and sixteen fears, and become the protector of the helpless beings. Although self-awareness is primordially present as the Dharmakaya, it is obscured by ignorance due to not recognizing its own nature, may by your power, great bliss arise in an instant, and quickly attain the state of union. May temporary illnesses, evil spirits, obstacles, and other unfavorable circumstances be pacified, may life, merit, wealth, and virtuous deeds increase, may the three realms and four wishes be effortlessly fulfilled, and may the practice of Bodhicitta for the benefit of others be perfected. May the Dharma flourish, may the holders of the Dharma live long, may the country be peaceful, may the people practice according to the Dharma, and all those connected to it

愿能使一切有情众生皆至金刚持果位，愿以圣救度母之慈悲成办之。于自心间，红色莲花日月垫上安住智慧勇识，其中心间红色当（ཏཱཾ，梵文天城体：ता，梵文罗马拟音：tāṃ，汉语字面意思：当）字与三摩地勇识，其外围绕以十字明咒，面朝内清晰观想。嗡 达热 德达热 德热 梭哈（藏文：ཨོཾ་ཏཱ་རེ་ཏུཏྟ་ཏུ་རེ་ཏུ་རེ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ༔）如是念诵，陈设所有无有缺失之会供品。会供之不净过患诸缺失，以让（རྃ，梵文天城体：रं，梵文罗马拟音：raṃ，汉语字面意思：让）、扬（ཡྃ，梵文天城体：यं，梵文罗马拟音：yaṃ，汉语字面意思：扬）、康（ཁྃ，梵文天城体：खं，梵文罗马拟音：khaṃ，汉语字面意思：康）字焚烧抛掷涤除之。嗡 阿 吽（藏文：ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ）之智慧力，转成无漏甘露之自性。从法界清净刹土中，至尊圣救度母，与诸佛菩萨眷属围绕，降临于此加持誓言物。誓言度母母与子，三根本誓言海众前，供养所欲无分别大乐物，殊胜会供祈纳受。初会供已供养。我等以无明错乱力，至尊度母及眷属众，违越圣意罪过及障碍，以会供轮圆满而忏悔。念诵百字明。于我之寿命与福德，所有中断魔障悉消除，融入此会供中祈享用，愿成菩提无有诸障碍。阿雅 达热 萨巴热瓦ra玛 扎ra 汝扎ra 玛ra雅 萨ra瓦 萨扎汝 喀喀嘿（藏文：ཨཱ་རྱ་ཏཱ་རེ་ས་པ་རི་ཝཱ་ར་མ་ཏྲཾ་རུ་ཏྲ་མཱ་ར་ཡ་སརྦ་ཤ་ཏྲཱུ་ཁཱ་ཧི༔）于余食具力之空行母，神变无碍虚空中行走，具缘者摄受无缘者度脱，祈受用余供且成办事业。达吉 达吉 巴林达 喀喀嘿（藏文：ཌཱ་ཀི་ཌཱ་ཀི་བ་ལིཾ་ཏ་ཁཱ་ཧི།）如是供养余食。于初始中及最后之劫，普贤度母莲师颅鬘力，意伏藏及续部宣说伏藏时，智慧事业空行具誓众，各各显现身相各各献自印，如是往昔所立誓言承诺般，祈请受用此食子遣除诸违缘，并祈成办所托四种事业。于现今劫中具缘之法主，开启甚深意伏藏之时，诸护法神各各如昔所承诺，祈请受用此食子成办所托事。献供茶多。莲师之近侍坚固母众，降临于此享用此教令食子，息灭疾病平息刀兵劫，祈愿成为利益藏地之助伴。

May all sentient beings be able to attain the state of Vajradhara, may the compassion of the noble Tara accomplish this. In your own heart, visualize a wisdom being on a red lotus and sun-moon cushion, and in its center, a red Tam (ཏཱཾ，梵文天城体：ता，梵文罗马拟音：tāṃ，汉语字面意思：Tam) and a samadhi being. Clearly visualize the ten syllables surrounding it, facing inward. Recite: Om Tare Tuttare Ture Svaha (藏文：ཨོཾ་ཏཱ་རེ་ཏུཏྟ་ཏུ་རེ་ཏུ་རེ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ༔). Arrange the tsok substances as available, without any deficiencies. Purify all the impurities and faults of the tsok by burning and scattering with Ram (རྃ，梵文天城体：रं，梵文罗马拟音：raṃ，汉语字面意思：Ram), Yam (ཡྃ，梵文天城体：यं，梵文罗马拟音：yaṃ，汉语字面意思：Yam), and Kham (ཁྃ，梵文天城体：खं，梵文罗马拟音：khaṃ，汉语字面意思：Kham). Transform it into the essence of uncontaminated nectar through the wisdom of Om Ah Hum (藏文：ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ). From the pure realm of Dharmadhatu, may the venerable noble Tara, surrounded by Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, come here and bless the samaya substances. Samaya Tara, mother and son, to the ocean of the three roots and samaya beings, I offer the desirable, non-conceptual, great bliss substances, may you accept this supreme tsok offering. The first tsok is offered. Due to our ignorance and delusion, to the noble Tara and her retinue, all transgressions, faults, and obscurations, may we complete and confess through this tsok offering. Recite the hundred-syllable mantra. May all obstacles, enemies, and hindrances to my life and merit be absorbed into this tsok and may you enjoy it. May you make the attainment of enlightenment free from obstacles. Arya Tare Sapariwara Matram Rudra Maraya Sarva Shatru Khahi (藏文：ཨཱ་རྱ་ཏཱ་རེ་ས་པ་རི་ཝཱ་ར་མ་ཏྲཾ་རུ་ཏྲ་མཱ་ར་ཡ་སརྦ་ཤ་ཏྲཱུ་ཁཱ་ཧི༔). Dakinis who have power over the leftovers, who travel in the sky without hindrance, who guide the fortunate and liberate the unfortunate, please accept the leftover offering and accomplish the activities. Daki Daki Balimta Khahi (藏文：ཌཱ་ཀི་ཌཱ་ཀི་བ་ལིཾ་ཏ་ཁཱ་ཧི།). Thus, offer the leftovers. In the initial, intermediate, and final kalpas, by the power of Kunsang Dolma and Padmasambhava's skull garland, when entrusting mind treasures, speaking tantras, and concealing treasures, all the wisdom activity dakinis and samaya beings, each showing their form, each offering their own symbols and life essence, according to the vows and promises made in the past, please accept this torma, dispel all obstacles, and accomplish the four entrusted activities. In this present kalpa, when the fortunate Dharma lords open the profound mind treasures, may each of the protectors, according to their promises, accept this torma and accomplish the entrusted activities. Offer the Chad Tho. Assembly of the close attendants and steadfast mothers of Guru Padmasambhava, come here and enjoy this command torma, cut off diseases, pacify the age of weapons, and may you be companions in bringing peace to Tibet.
