未生故，支分之誓言，所有毁坏皆令圆满。如是证悟之瑜伽士众，乃不护之大护，是故身语意三门所生诸毁坏，祈愿身语意之慈悲令其圆满。如是宣说。之后第四义，三门哀词忏悔次第者： 吼，祈请垂念！寂怒浩瀚诸佛之众，赐予成就之本尊圣众吉祥，内外护法具誓海众等，所有无余祈请垂念于我！ 普贤菩提心，如虚空般清净，觉性智慧，如伞般开展，本来清净之大*法*身，虽无守护与所守护，然身语意之誓言衰损者，于平等大性中忏悔。 虽平等性中无须守护，然我等心小愚昧之众生，为我与我所执之结所缚，与平等性之义相违背，我皆发露忏悔。 于导师金刚上师尊前，如法领受灌顶与誓言后，然未成空性，努力之功力弱，未如教言而行，衰损之垢染等，今生之违缘与久远之业障等，不隐瞒，我皆忏悔罪过。 对上师道友殴打、辱骂、偷盗、抢夺等，恶语相向，内心诽谤等，本尊天众之禅定未明晰等，念诵、近诵、修持过时等，秘密真言隐蔽之见行深奥者，对非法器与破誓者传授等，身语意之誓言衰损者，不隐瞒，我皆忏悔罪过。 应行五事与不舍五事，应受持五事与应知五事，应修持五种等，二十五条誓言衰损者，受持后应守护之誓言，不如法者，我皆发露忏悔。 复次，以殊胜清净之誓言物，与此供养大海为依凭，我向诸佛祈祷，祈请以慈悲垂念于我。 承诺如导师之教言而修持后，领受三律仪之大誓言，然不由自主为业力所

Having not arisen, all the broken vows of the branches are fulfilled. Those yogis who realize this are the great protection that does not need protection. Therefore, all the breakages that occur through the gates of body, speech, and mind, may they be fulfilled by the compassion of body, speech, and mind. Thus it was spoken. Then, the fourth meaning, the order of confessing with lamenting mantras through the three doors: Ho! Please consider! The assembly of peaceful and wrathful, vast victorious ones, the glorious assembly of tutelary deities who grant accomplishments, together with the outer and inner oath-bound protectors, without exception, please consider me! The ground of all, the mind of enlightenment, is clear like the sky. Awareness and wisdom, equality, spread like an umbrella. In the great Dharmakaya, which is pure from the beginning, although there is no object of protection or protector, I confess in the state of great equality all the broken vows of body, speech, and mind. Although there is no need to protect in the meaning of equality, we small-minded, deluded beings are bound by the knot of clinging to self and what belongs to self. I confess all that contradicts the meaning of equality. In the presence of the teacher, the Vajra Master, having received empowerment and vows properly, but not having become emptiness, the strength of effort is weak, not having acted according to the teachings, stains of degeneration, etc., obstacles of this life and long-term obscurations, etc., I do not conceal, I confess my faults with regret. Striking, scolding, stealing, robbing, etc., to the Lama and Dharma brothers, speaking badly and slandering from the heart, etc., the samadhi of the tutelary deity not being clear, etc., recitation, approaching recitation, practice being past the time, etc., the profound view and conduct of secret mantra being concealed, spreading to those who are not vessels and those who have broken vows, etc., the broken vows of body, speech, and mind, I do not conceal, I confess my faults with regret. The five things to be practiced and the five things not to be abandoned, the five things to be accepted and the five things to be known, the five kinds of things to be accomplished, etc., the twenty-five vows that have been broken, the vows that should be taken and protected, not being proper, I confess all faults. Furthermore, relying on the excellent pure substances of the vows and this ocean of offerings, I pray to the assembly of deities, please consider me with compassion. 我等以及，十不善業與五無間罪，四重八墮諸罪等，此生以及其他生世中，所造一切罪惡不善業，皆不隱藏，誠心懺悔。說一切眾生皆如父母，生起親疏好惡之分別，以愚昧之心捨棄，於無有分別之自性中，我等懺悔。未得灌頂而為上師，未得傳承而講密咒，未解其義而講口訣，以及將隱藏之秘密，以言詞顯露等，違背經續之教言，我等皆誠心懺悔。於初十、二十五等節日中，曾立誓修持深奧之近修，然因懈怠放逸而違越誓言，積累墮地獄之因，我等懺悔。於賦稅上積蓄，於朋友吝嗇，於上供偷減，於下施剋扣，不如法行持，以諂媚傲慢之心，違背深奧之義，我等懺悔。以咒語遮止誅殺，損減會供、供品、禪修、修持之助緣，積累成餓鬼之因，我等懺悔。未解深奧密咒之意趣行持，以疑惑愚昧之心妄加臆斷，僅以勇士之表相行持密法，積累墮畜生之因，我等懺悔。因無明不解而受此生之支配，以傲慢之心將法施與非法器，違犯誓言，混雜會供，傳播口訣，凡是違背外內空行母之心，對諸天、持明、護法眾，我等皆懺悔，祈願清淨。我等以強烈之悔恨而心生悲痛，故於諸天本尊前獻上此懺悔，祈請以慈悲之心憐憫我等，淨除一切罪業垢染。願從根本支分之毀損中，恢復如初，安住於殊勝密咒之道。我等以此清淨之懺悔力，願行持深奧密咒之行者們，一切之違犯、錯亂、分別、障礙皆得清淨，成就大手印持明果位。願弘揚佛法之明燈金剛上師，與持守同一誓言之道友金剛兄弟，以及修

I and, the ten non-virtues and five heinous crimes, the four heavy and eight downfall sins, etc., in this life and other lives, whatever sinful and non-virtuous deeds I have done, I do not conceal, but confess with remorse. Saying that all beings are equal to parents, creating distinctions of near and far, good and bad, abandoning with a foolish mind, in the nature of non-discrimination, I confess. Acting as a teacher without empowerment, teaching secret mantras without transmission, teaching instructions without understanding their meaning, and revealing hidden secrets in words, etc., deviating from the teachings of the scriptures, I sincerely confess all of these. On the tenth, twenty-fifth, and other festivals, having vowed to practice profound close retreats, but violating the vows due to laziness and indulgence, accumulating the cause of falling into hell, I confess. Accumulating on taxes, being stingy to friends, reducing offerings, deducting from charity, acting improperly, with flattery and arrogance, violating the profound meaning, I confess. Using mantras to prevent killing, reducing the support for tsok, offerings, meditation, and practice, accumulating the cause of becoming a hungry ghost, I confess. Without understanding the meaning and practice of profound secret mantras, making arbitrary judgments with a doubtful and ignorant mind, practicing secret mantras only with the appearance of a hero, accumulating the cause of falling into the animal realm, I confess. Due to ignorance and misunderstanding, being dominated by this life, giving the Dharma to unworthy vessels with arrogance, violating vows, mixing tsok, spreading instructions, whatever contradicts the hearts of the outer and inner dakinis, to all the deities, vidyadharas, and dharma protectors, I confess, and pray for purification. I offer this confession to the deities and yidams with intense remorse and sorrow, please have compassion on me with a loving heart, and purify all stains of wrongdoing. May I recover from the damage of the root and branches, and abide on the path of the supreme secret mantra. By the power of this pure confession, may all violations, confusions, discriminations, and obstacles of those who practice profound secret mantras be purified, and may they attain the vidyadhara of Mahamudra.
