Grant power and accomplishments! Om Sarva Pancha Amrita Mandala Kha Kha Khahi Khahi! Hum! In the nature of mind, ignorance and delusion, in the expanse of space, please manifest as the five wisdoms of Dharmadhatu! Harmful thoughts, unkind anger, the basis of earth, please manifest in the state of mirror-like wisdom! Arrogance, excessive pride, the nature of heat, please manifest in the state of equality wisdom! Attachment and longing, desire, the flood of water, please manifest in the state of discriminating wisdom! Grasping at existence, deceit, jealousy, the force of wind, please manifest in the state of accomplishing wisdom! This offering of the five poisons of afflictions in my own mind, please accept, assembly of deities of peaceful and wrathful mandalas of the Sugatas, those endowed with the five wisdoms! May the Sugatas be pleased and satisfied by the play! Please bless me to attain the two kinds of accomplishments! Om Maha Jnana Puja Hum! Seventh is confession: Hum! All the mandala deities, please listen! May all my sins and obscurations be purified! Actions that are not in accordance with the holy Dharma, and regarding the Vajra Master as an ordinary person, and regarding Dharma brothers and sisters as enemies, with evil intentions, wrong views, ignorance and delusion, actions that are contrary to the secret mantra teachings, I confess the broken samaya of body! The mudras of the Yidam deities are not clear, and the recitation of mantras is interrupted in number, and in the differences of the six-time activities of offering, not performing the rituals of recitation, practice, and fulfillment, not acting according to the teachings, not taking stones according to the texts, I confess the broken samaya of speech! By the kindness of the compassionate Vajra Master, from the ear canal to the center of the mind, giving the secret instructions of the heart and slandering the samaya, transgressing the secret boundaries and speaking carelessly, etc., I confess the broken samaya of mind! Not realizing that all dharmas are equal, I confess the broken samaya of limbs! Being controlled by laziness, negligence, and sleep, I confess the broken samaya of recitation and practice! The objects of practice of body, speech, and mind have been transgressed, I confess the broken samaya of the three doors! I confess the broken vows of individual liberation! I confess the broken precepts of the Bodhisattva! I confess the broken samaya of the Vidyadhara mantra! I confess that I did not know that my own mind is Buddha! I confess that I did not know that my own speech is the Dharma wheel! I confess that I did not know that my own body is the mandala!

Confess that I did not know all beings are equal! May this not be an obstacle in this life! May this not be an obstacle to enlightenment in the future! Hereafter, all actions of the three doors, May I never engage in non-Dharma activities, May I be established on the supreme Mahayana ground! Eighth, offering rejoicing: Hūṃ! From the state of pure Dharmakaya, the enjoyment body is complete, The emanation body tames beings, speaking immeasurable Dharma doors, Thoughts and actions are applied to the field of enlightenment through encouragement and supplication, I rejoice in following the Protector's path! Ninth, urging the turning of the Dharma wheel: Hūṃ! To dispel the darkness of ignorance in beings' minds, The Dharma of cause and effect, the basis, and the Mahayana path, As well as the wheel of meaning of the fruition, etc., Urge the turning of the Dharma wheel in accordance with what needs to be tamed! Tenth, praying not to pass into sorrow: Hūṃ! Victorious One, Sugata, protector of all beings, May the supreme body not change, the supreme speech not cease, May the supreme mind not be confused, not passing into sorrow, With the ropes of the three doors, I pray that you remain steadfast! Eleventh, offering the vow: Ho! Whatever the deeds of the Sugata are, I will follow and gladly accomplish the benefit of beings, Not abandoning the diligence of the three kayas' yoga, Not transgressing the vows of generating the mind of enlightenment, please hold me with compassion! Twelfth, dedicating and making aspirations: Ho! By the power of encouraging virtuous deeds and rejoicing, May myself and others quickly attain the common enlightenment, Accomplishing the happiness of beings, eliminating all unfavorable conditions, May we quickly manifest the three kayas and become Buddhas! Thirteenth, praying for the fulfillment of wishes: Ho! By the truth of the Three Jewels, my good deeds, And the power of pure intention, whatever it may be, May this task that I wish to accomplish quickly be brought to fruition, May I become a witness to all! Then, secondly, from the door of speech, there are also three types of confession through the blessing mantra of repentance: generating the deity, reciting the mantra, and purifying the obscurations of the mind.
