After reciting, offer incense and prostrate. Recite the root mantra three hundred times, the mantra with added words one hundred and fifty times, praise three times, and finally read the benefits once. Next is the third supplication. When prostrating, recite: Great Compassionate Tara Mother, I prostrate! Thousand-Handed, Thousand-Eyed Tara Mother, I prostrate! Medicine King Tara Mother, I prostrate! Like Medicine Destroying Disease Tara Mother, I prostrate! Great Compassionate Skillful Tara Mother, I prostrate! Like Earth as Foundation Tara Mother, I prostrate! Like Water Cooling Tara Mother, I prostrate! Like Fire Maturing Tara Mother, I prostrate! Like Wind Increasing Tara Mother, I prostrate! Like Space Pervading Tara Mother, I prostrate! Recite thus and prostrate. Recite the root mantra seven hundred times, the mantra with added words three hundred and fifty times, praise seven times, and finally read the benefits. Therefore, everything else is the same as the first ritual described earlier, without any difference. If the prostrations are abbreviated, know that all three are the same, and remember what was said earlier, whether the words are detailed or abbreviated. At that time, seven prostrations each time must not be omitted. Otherwise, in all three rituals, after reciting the Twenty-One Taras Praise and the benefits, if you know and like, you can also praise once with the One Hundred and Eight Names of Tara, so that the ritual will not have faults, and you will obtain more benefits. Thinking this way is my own conceptualization. Next is the third general meaning, the subsequent order, which includes the activities of offering and fulfilling, and the two orders of gathering and expanding. First, offering and fulfilling also have four key points. First is offering the torma. Prepare four clean and beautiful round white tormas, place them in their respective vessels, place the larger one in front with a base, arrange the three sizes in order, and then offer them in sequence. First, purify with Amrita (藏文：ཨ་མྲྀ་ཏ，梵文天城体：अमृत，梵文罗马拟音：amṛta，汉语字面意思：甘露), purify with Svabhava (藏文：སྭཱ་བྷཱ་ཝ，梵文天城体：स्वभाव，梵文罗马拟音：svabhāva，汉语字面意思：自性). From emptiness, inside the wide and vast precious vessel of the torma, Om Ah Hum (藏文：ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：ओम् आः हूँ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ āḥ hūṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡啊吽). The torma arising from ཞུབ་, becomes a great ocean of fulfilling all desires, complete with perfect color, smell, taste, ability, and power. Om Ah Hum (藏文：ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：ओम् आः हूँ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ āḥ hūṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡啊吽). Bless by reciting three or seven times, then respectfully to the assembly of the Three Jewels, the venerable Bhagavan Tara, and the retinue.

Having offered with the hand, thinking of requesting. Namo! Sarva Buddha Bodhisattva Naam Apraati Hahaha Shaasanaa Naam! He He Bhagawate! Mahaa Sattva Sarva Buddha Avalokite! Ma Bi Lamba, Ma Bi Lamba! Idam Baling Grihnaa Paya Grihnaa Paya Hum Hum Dza Dza Sarva Bi Sanchare Svahaa! Reciting this five or seven times, offer with the mantra of near use, praise with the crowns of gods and non-gods, etc. Whatever white light of your compassion, completely accomplishes the meaning of beings, the protector and refuge of the helpless, I prostrate to the Buddhas and their sons. Holy Tara and retinue, please accept this offering of food, yogi, myself and retinue, without illness, long life, power, fortune, fame and good kalpa, may we obtain all vast enjoyments, pacifying, increasing, and so on, grant me the accomplishments of actions. May the oath-bound ones protect me, grant all siddhis, help me accomplish all activities, eliminate untimely death and diseases, as well as ghosts and obstacles. May bad dreams, bad omens, and inauspicious, evil deeds and sorcery be pacified. May the world be peaceful and the harvest be good, may grains increase and dharma increase, the source of all happiness and goodness, may all wishes in the heart be fulfilled. May the venerable holy Tara grant me all the supreme and common siddhis, please protect me from all harm such as the eight great fears and sixteen great fears, please liberate me from the great ocean of suffering of samsara, please pacify all suffering.
