Homage to her who utterly destroys the armies of enemies, Homage to her whose feet strike the ground, Whose palms strike the earth, and whose feet stamp, With a wrathful countenance, she subdues the seven levels with the syllable Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽). Homage to her who is blissful, virtuous, and peaceful, Whose sphere of activity is the peace of sorrow's cessation, Perfectly endowed with Svāhā (藏文:སྭཱ་ཧཱ།,梵文天城体:स्वाहा,梵文罗马拟音:svāhā,汉语字面意思:成就) and Oṃ (藏文:ཨོཾ,梵文天城体:ओ,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡), She utterly destroys great sins. Homage to her who is utterly joyful and surrounded, Who utterly subdues the bodies of enemies, Whose speech is arrayed with the ten syllables, She is the wisdom of Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽), the saviour. Homage to her whose feet stamp upon Ture (藏文:ཏུ་རེ།,梵文天城体:तुर,梵文罗马拟音:tura,汉语字面意思:速勇), Whose seed-syllable is the form of Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽), Meru, Mandara, and Vindhya, And the three worlds all tremble. Homage to her who is in the form of a lake of the gods, Who holds the mark of a deer in her hand, By uttering twice Hara and the syllable Phaṭ (藏文:ཕཊ,梵文天城体:फट,梵文罗马拟音:phaṭ,汉语字面意思:啪), She dispels all poisons without exception. Homage to her who is the queen of the hosts of gods, Who is attended by gods, demi-gods, and humans, Whose armour of joy is endowed with splendour, She dispels disputes and bad dreams. Homage to her whose two eyes are as radiant as the sun and moon, Whose light is exceedingly clear, By uttering twice Tārā and Tuttāre (藏文:ཏུཏྟཱ་རེ,梵文天城体:तुत्तारे,梵文罗马拟音:tuttāre,汉语字面意思:救度), She dispels extremely fierce epidemics. Homage to her who is arrayed with the three realities, Who is perfectly endowed with the power of peace, She subdues demons, corpses, and hosts of yakshas, Ture (藏文:ཏུ་རེ།,梵文天城体:तुर,梵文罗马拟音:tura,汉语字面意思:速勇) is the most excellent. This praise of the root mantra, And the twenty-one homages, Whoever, with devotion to the goddess, And endowed with intelligence, recites them excellently, And rises at dusk and dawn, Remembering her, she bestows all fearlessness, She utterly pacifies all sins, And destroys all bad migrations. The seven million Buddhas Will quickly bestow empowerment, And one will attain greatness beyond this, And go to the ultimate state of Buddhahood. That fierce and great poison, Whether it remains in place or goes elsewhere, Even if it has been eaten or drunk, By remembering her, one will attain its swift removal. Having abandoned the hosts of suffering Caused by demons, epidemics, and poisons, And also for other sentient beings, If one clearly recites two, three, or seven times, One who desires a son will obtain a son, And one who desires wealth will obtain wealth, All desires will be obtained, And all obstacles will be removed.

Ma gyur. Thus, the twenty-one praises and prostrations to the Blessed Holy Tara are spoken by the perfectly complete Buddha. After praising in this way, from Om, Noble Lady, to the twenty-one prostrations, recite twice, and then recite the benefits such as reverence to the goddess once. By praising in this way, may the Noble Blessed Mother be pleased, and may she touch the crown of the heads of us, the teachers and disciples, and those for whom we are doing things, with the supreme giving mudra, and may we think of bestowing the sacred substance. ༈. Third, requesting accomplishments, urging the mind stream by praying for desired purposes, as before, filling the palms with blessed flowers and joining the palms together. With a single-pointed mind of faith and reverence, after the general supplication to the Three Jewels. ༈ Noble Blessed Holy Tara, with father, mother, sons, and close attendants, please consider us sentient beings. After inserting this, from Glorious Protector, continue to pray for desired purposes as before, scattering flowers during the occasion, and finally reciting the verses of auspiciousness. This is the first ritual of offering and praying to the Noble Blessed Mother. ༈. Then comes the second ritual of offering and praying. During the prostrations: The protector of the three realms, the compassionate Avalokiteshvara who became a mother, the mother who gave birth to all the Buddhas of the three times, although not moving from the state of non-dual wisdom, yet by the power of great compassion, performs various activities. Loving mother, I prostrate to you. Green-colored Tara, performs various activities, perfect in qualities, possessing the sixteen aspects, greatly pleased with beings, with a smiling face, and peaceful eyes, looks upon the three realms. Great compassionate one, I prostrate to you. The nature of Bodhicitta, the moon spread as a seat, unmoving Vajra posture that does not move from afflictions, abandoning all obscurations, dwells on a lotus seat, with a moon backdrop that increases stainless bliss. I prostrate to the great stainless bliss. Adorned with supreme garments and many jewels, the right hand bestows supreme giving, grants accomplishments to practitioners, the left hand holds an utpala flower, a symbol of stainless purity, the two hands are the union of skillful means and wisdom, I prostrate to the body of indivisible union free from extremes.
