Is it just to merge into the crown of my head? Or to combine the visualization of the inner practice that will be explained? Or to remain in non-conceptualization, doing whatever is comfortable, and in any case, afterwards, one must dedicate the merit to great Bodhi. This clearly shows the outer practice of Vajrasattva. May the guardians of this Dharma of Auspicious Born Bajra Thigle Tsal be companions to those who practice it! Samaya. Now, secondly, as in the Inner Conduct Tantra, one cultivates and practices Vajrasattva in the places of one's own body: First, as explained above, like the Action Tantra, at the end of whatever kind of recitation and meditation, after offering praise and confession, immediately Vajrasattva descends from the aperture of Brahma at the crown of one's head, stays for a moment in the conch-like place of the brain, and then at the heart, the white ཧཱུྃ་(Tibetan, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum) syllable residing on the moon, surrounded by a garland of white hundred-syllable mantras, from these three light rays emerge. Offerings are made to please the body to all the Buddhas, Bodhisattvas, and disciples. Again, that light purifies all the non-virtuous actions accumulated by all sentient beings through the door of the body, both general and specific, all the faults and defilements of the three vows are purified, drawn back and dissolved into the mantra wheel at the heart, and the hundred-syllable mantra is recited as much as possible. Then, the Vajrasattva from the conch-like place comes to the center of the throat. Immediately, the body color turns red. At the heart, the red ཧཱུྃ་(Tibetan, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum) syllable residing on the sun, surrounded by a garland of red hundred-syllable mantras, from which light rays emanate, offerings are made to please all the Buddhas, Bodhisattvas, and disciples. Again, that light purifies all the non-virtuous actions accumulated by all sentient beings through the door of speech, both general and specific, all the faults and defilements of the three vows are purified, drawn back and dissolved into the mantra wheel at the heart, and the hundred-syllable mantra is recited as much as possible. Then, the Vajrasattva from the throat immediately comes to the heart, and the body color turns blue. At the center of the vajra cross at the heart, the blue-black ཧཱུྃ་(Tibetan, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum) syllable, surrounded by a blue hundred-syllable mantra, from which light rays emanate, offerings are made to please all the Buddhas, Bodhisattvas, and disciples. Again, that light purifies all the non-virtuous actions accumulated by all sentient beings through the door of mind, both general and specific, all the

Think that all defilements are purified and gathered back, dissolving into the mantra wheel in your heart, and recite the hundred-syllable mantra as much as you can. Moreover, if you specifically meditate as an antidote to the sins committed by your own three doors, it is better to focus on that particular place. Then, Vajrasattva from your heart descends to your navel. Visualize the body residing on a golden lotus and sun disc, with a color like pure gold, having a moon curtain, with a yellow ཧཱུྃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: 吽) syllable residing in the union of the sun and moon in your heart, and a garland of yellow hundred-syllable mantras. From these three, light radiates, illuminating all the Buddhas, Bodhisattvas, and noble assemblies of all directions and times, without exception, pleasing their body, speech, and mind. That light shines on all sentient beings without exception, purifying all the non-virtuous actions accumulated through the doors of their body, speech, and mind, and all the defilements of transgressions of the three vows, gathering them back and dissolving them into the mandala of the mantra in the heart of Vajrasattva. Visualize the emanation and absorption of such light, generally focusing on this place, recite the hundred-syllable mantra as much as you can, and finally, think that the light of the mantra is extremely blazing, and your own body has also become a single unbearable mass of light, then enter into secret practice, or abide in non-discrimination, as you please. If you end a session, you must dedicate the merit to complete enlightenment. This is a clear explanation of how to practice according to the Inner Conduct Tantra. May the protector of this Dharma, the planetary deity Mugnak Odro Zö, be a helper to those who practice. Samaya Iti. Third, according to the Secret Yoga Tantra, practice the three-layered deity: Your own body, the perception of appearances and mind, all are empty of inherent existence from the very beginning. Due to great compassion for sentient beings who have not realized this, the ཧཱུྃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: 吽) syllable residing on the moon transforms into a five-pronged vajra. From this complete transformation, you yourself become the Bhagavan Glorious Vajrasattva, with a body extremely white and clear, complete with marks and signs, holding a vajra and bell in a playful manner, having the head ornament of the five families of Buddhas. Seated in the vajra posture, adorned with the eight precious ornaments made of wish-fulfilling jewels and white silk.
