不作任何特别的修习，不为错觉和散乱所控制，应当进入自性如河流般的瑜伽之中。将此唯一真如的生起次第和圆满次第无别，作为大圆满的修持方式予以阐明。此法的护法一续尸林主，阴阳人玛哈嘎拉，请您作为修持者的助伴！萨玛雅 额替 萨布嘉 (藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，三昧耶，此)！诸族之主，秘密至上！独一之族，具德金刚萨埵。因在此宣说了甚深修法，愿一切众生迅速获得安乐之果！大乐金刚，是众生趋入的唯一殊胜之道。安乐迅速，方法众多，善能引导贤劫，是其命根誓言。为了安乐行持，受到诸佛赞叹，无与伦比的持诵真言至上。愿一切众生从内心深处恭敬受用此殊胜大乐！如是，金刚萨埵的禅修念诵修持之法，以外内密等，此唯一真如的五种瑜伽和两种附录，共七个部分，浓缩为甚深明晰的精华。此乃于二十岁出头之木蛇年（1905）芒种月十五日，在藏地卫藏邬茹扎耶巴·米觉林，应瑜伽母益西萨准之请而著。其中不明显隐藏的部分，再次予以明晰阐释的详细版本，于五旬之末，火马年（1966）藏历八月上弦初一，在藏娘若新厦寺（日喀则聂日雄色寺）化身寺庙中，由持明者策旺诺布巴丹，瑜伽极喜金刚萨埵造作。善哉！吉祥！ 金刚萨埵修法，以外内密等，唯一真如的瑜伽，甚深明晰心髓明点。

Without any special practice, without being controlled by illusions and distractions, one should enter the yoga of the natural flow like a river. This unique Suchness, the inseparability of generation and completion stages, is clearly explained as the practice of the Great Perfection. May the protector of this Dharma, Ekashura, the Lord of the Cemetery, the Hermaphrodite Mahakala, be a companion to those who practice it! Samaya Iti Zabkya (藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，Samaya, This)! Supreme secret, master of all lineages! The only lineage, glorious Vajrasattva. Because this profound method is explained here, may all beings quickly attain the fruit of happiness! Great Bliss Vajra, is the only wonderful path for all to enter. Blissful and swift, with many methods, skillfully guiding the fortunate aeon, it is the life-force of the oath. For the sake of blissful conduct, praised by the Buddhas, the supreme mantra of unparalleled recitation. May all beings from the depths of their hearts respectfully enjoy this supreme bliss! Thus, the method of meditating and reciting Vajrasattva, with outer, inner, and secret aspects, this unique Suchness, the five yogas and two appendices, a total of seven parts, condensed into a profound and clear essence. This was written at the request of Yogini Yeshe Saldrön on the 15th day of the Saga Dawa month in the Wood Snake year (1905), which was past the middle of the twentieth year of my life, in Drak Yerpa Jampe Migyur Ling in Ü-Tsang, Tibet. The detailed version, which clarifies the parts that were hidden and unclear, was completed at the end of my fiftieth year, on the first day of the waxing moon in the eighth month of the Fire Horse year (1966), in the emanation temple called Tsang Nyang Ro Ngensar Tsek, by Tshewang Norbu Pal, the Vidyadhara, the greatly delighted Vajrasattva. May it be virtuous! Auspicious! Vajrasattva practice, with outer, inner, and secret aspects, the yoga of unique Suchness, the profound and clear essence of the heart's bindu.
