Then, the stream of nectar appeared like a stream of water flowing from a spring. That also, the mind flowed from the Hum (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Hum) syllable. Speech flowed from the Hundred Syllable Mantra. Body flowed from the moon. The body of Vajrasattva, from these three, was so filled that it overflowed, and from all parts of the body and between the flesh and nails of the right foot, the stream of nectar flowed continuously, falling upon the form manifested as a Bodhisattva elephant. On the crown of all of them, the lord of the family abides like a wish-fulfilling jewel, and from there also, the stream of nectar flows, merging with the previous one, continuously falling upon the crowns of myself and limitless sentient beings. It pervades and washes from the outside of the body, so that together with the mass of defilements tightly entwined by clinging, the clothes of the body also melt like wax, and especially entering the body from the crown of the head, as soon as the nectar touches, the nature of the three poisons of affliction, together with flesh, blood, and bones, all the sins, obscurations, offenses, and transgressions accumulated since beginningless samsara, in the form of smoke, soot, rainbow, blue and red, the large ones are expelled from the mouth, nose, and excretory passages, the medium ones from between the eyes, ears, and nails, the small ones from the pores of hair and body hair, never to rise again, sinking beneath nine layers of earth. There, again, purified by the self-manifestation of wisdom, the water, fire, and wind of the eon's end, not even the slightest particle remains, completely empty, one's own body is like a clear crystal vase, filled with a stream of water without impurities, both the body and the nectar are unobstructed inside and out, visualizing clearly and brightly, and reciting the Hundred Syllable Mantra as much as possible, avoiding sounds that are too loud or too soft, speech that is too slow or too fast. In particular, recite cleanly and purely, without omitting or adding any syllables. Furthermore, to cure diseases, visualize the nectar entering the body, all diseases being expelled in the form of pus, blood, and serum from the excretory passages or wherever there is illness. For demons, visualize demons, evil spirits, curses, sins, frogs, emanations, etc., being struck by wisdom, sinking beneath nine layers of earth and being purified, etc., understand as above. During breaks for rest, at the end of offerings and praise and confession, the elephant of the seat transforms into the eight great Bodhisattvas, dissolving into the heart of Vajrasattva, and the legs of the jeweled throne also dissolve into lotuses.
