For overturning royal power, visualize the form of Hayagriva and other yidam deities; for earth lords, nagas, and fierce spirits, visualize the Garuda; for sins, visualize boiling wrathful water, flames, empty space, burning skeletons, etc., and one can subdue (obstacles). Seventh instruction: Clearly visualize in your heart a seat of the sun and moon, above it a golden five-pronged vajra, in the center a red eight-petaled lotus, in the center the naked form of Amitayus, with hands in equipoise, holding a vase of longevity; in the center of the lotus adorning the mouth of the vase are three vajras. Focus on your own color and contemplate the meaning of the nature of reality. Om Ah Hum, with sound, perform secret silent recitation, maintain the continuity of equipoise, and rest in your own nature.
