The signs of accomplishment are: the secret lord's lion's roar and the mother who subdues demons, the wrathful lion-faced Ḍākinī, and the practice of the assembly of all wrathful deities, by reciting until the outer, inner, and secret signs are complete, the harm of vicious sentient beings is pacified, curses, evil speech, and evil deeds are averted, the harm of gods, nāgas, and the eight classes is eliminated, inauspicious conjunctions of planets and stars and bad omens are transformed into auspiciousness, the dead are separated from the lord of death, the constantly wavering mind is stabilized, obstacles to the channels, winds, and bindus are cleared away, one is revered by all gods and humans, gaining mastery over birth and death, one will proceed to the realm of the Ḍākinīs. To protect against the harm of predators: from one's crown, many terrifying lions radiate out, thinking that the vicious sentient beings in the place one is going to flee in all directions, and reciting the mantra, one will not encounter predators. Furthermore, for tigers, leopards, bears, etc., consecrate white mustard seeds and scatter them, for wild animals give salt, for poisonous snakes give musk, for jackals burn wolf dung or juniper incense, for mice give barley or white mustard seeds, for dogs give what is under one's feet.
