Strive to pray with the vajra tongue, which praises the prayer that destroys all suffering and causes blessings and accomplishments like the battle of heaven and earth to fall like rain. Also, call out the names of the root lineage lamas with intense longing. The essence of life, the mantra of Skull Garland Power: OM AH HUNG BENZA GURU PEMA THÖTRENG TSAL BENZA SAMAYA DZA SIDDHI PHALA HUNG AH (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Roman transliteration, Chinese literal meaning). Recite seven or twenty-one times, etc., accompanied by melodies, dances, gestures, and steps. During practice and recitation, try to sing three times or more as much as possible. Remembering the virtues of the guru, purifying the vows of the lineage, the external offerings, the time when internal faith increases, is the time to inspire intention and receive blessings. Pray to the Buddhas to mature the vows of the learning path at this time. Pray strongly for the blessing of the practice place, the samaya substances, the patrons, the vajra body, and the stream of consciousness. Thus, obstacles are eliminated, blessings are received, the four empowerments are bestowed, the stream of consciousness is matured, and accomplishments are attained. That is, the eight common accomplishments, the four supreme vidyadhara accomplishments, the ultimate accomplishment, all the accomplishments of the spontaneously accomplished ocean of body and wisdom, are achieved through reliance on the guru. No matter which of the four activities is practiced, the guru's body radiates light of its own color, thereby accomplishing everything without remainder. Whatever wish is entrusted, the light of the wish-fulfilling jewel in the guru's hand will accomplish it. To pacify desire, visualize VAM (Tibetan: བྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: वं, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: vaṃ, Chinese literal meaning: VAM) in the center of the heart, and from the blue VAM syllable, a stream of red and white nectar with cold properties descends, filling the entire body with bliss, and eliminate it by reciting the heart mantra. To pacify anger and other afflictions, merge the emptiness essence of what is to be pacified with the guru's mind dharmakaya, combine the self-luminous nature with the guru's speech sambhogakaya, and in the state of knowing that the omnipresence is the play of the guru's body, speech, and mind nirmanakaya, without welcoming or rejecting, without scattering or gathering, relax in its own place, and eliminate it by reciting the heart mantra. When there is great dullness, merge your own mind with the guru inseparable, visualize yourself flying in the middle of the deep blue sky, and recite. When scattered, merge the guru and your own mind inseparably, visualize it contracting into a dark blue-black bindu, located in the secret place, and gradually becoming smaller.
