祈请加持！ 一旦生命终结，顷刻间转为乌金金刚持之身，虔诚祈请！ 吽！ 金刚上师请垂念！ 为了我等从轮回大海中，度脱至菩提干地，祈请圆满寂猛灌顶！ 行持七支供： 嗡 啊 吽！ 供养真实资具、意幻供品，无量无尽。 顶礼，忏悔无始以来所积罪堕。 随喜善根，不入涅槃，劝请转法轮，善资回向众生。 受持并守护三律仪： 霍！ 根本金刚上师与，坛城本尊眷属请垂念我。 我等具缘种姓之子，直至菩提心要，遵照教言，祈请灌顶，守护誓言。 祈请进入密咒金刚乘。 降注智慧之加持： 献上鲜花，揭开眼罩。 吽！ 蕴、界、处，空性中，莲花日月重叠之座上，弟子之自性莲花生，身白光明显现，手持金刚铃，具有圆满报身之装束，身披丝绸与各种珍宝，三处以嗡 啊 吽 (藏文：ཨོཾ་，梵文天城体：ओम्，梵文罗马拟音：om，汉语字面意思：嗡), (藏文：ཨཱཿ，梵文天城体：आः，梵文罗马拟音：āḥ，汉语字面意思：啊), (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुँ，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽) 标示，半跏趺坐，舞姿愉悦。 我心间的吽字与，弟子心间的种子字中，放射出各种光芒，照耀十方。 从无量无边的净土中，浩瀚如海的诸佛之众，如雨点般落入海中，融入弟子的顶门。 以身语意加持。 吽！ 从遍布广大之大乐虚空中，祈请普贤父母降临加持！ 从密集严饰之净土中，祈请大金刚持降临加持！ 从西方极乐净土中，祈请无量光降临加持！ 从普陀山 (Potala) 宫殿中，祈请大悲观世音菩萨降临加持！ 从罗刹洲 (Nga Yab Ling) 净土中，祈请莲花生降临加持！ 从乐空幻化之宫殿中，祈请益西措嘉降临加持！ 从一切自性清净的刹土中，无量无边的诸佛，以及上师、本尊、空行之众，祈请降临加持于此殊胜之地！ 吽！ 虽然未曾动摇自性法界，以善巧方便与大悲心，示现种种化身，显现寂静与忿怒之身相，祈请降临加持于此殊胜之地！ 愿能遍布显有世间之身之庄严，加持弟子的身体。

Please bestow blessings! Once life ends, may it instantly transform into the body of Orgyen Vajradhara, I pray with devotion! Hūṃ! Vajra Master, please heed! In order to liberate us from the ocean of samsara, to the dry land of Bodhi, please grant the complete peaceful and wrathful empowerment! Performing the seven-branch practice: Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ! I offer immeasurable and limitless actual and mentally created offering substances. I prostrate and confess the accumulated misdeeds and downfalls from beginningless time. I rejoice in virtue, without entering into nirvana, I urge the turning of the Dharma wheel, and dedicate the collection of merit to sentient beings. Receiving and guarding the three vows: Ho! Root Vajra Master and, Mandala deity assembly, please consider me. We fortunate sons of noble lineage, until the essence of Bodhi, following the instructions, request empowerment, and guard the samaya. I request entry into the secret mantra Vajrayana. The blessing of bestowing wisdom: Presenting flowers and removing the blindfold. Hūṃ! In the emptiness of the aggregates, elements, and sense bases, on a throne of stacked lotus, sun, and moon, the student's essence is Padmasambhava, white and radiant, holding a vajra and bell, possessing the attire of the Sambhogakaya, adorned with silk and various jewels, the three places marked with Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओम्, Sanskrit Romanization: om, Literal Chinese meaning: 嗡), (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: आः, Sanskrit Romanization: āḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: 啊), (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुँ, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: 吽), sitting in half-lotus posture, enjoying a joyful dance. From the Hūṃ syllable at my heart, and from the seed syllable at the student's heart, various rays of light radiate in all ten directions. From immeasurable and limitless pure lands, a vast ocean of victorious ones, like rain falling into the ocean, gently dissolves into the student's crown. May you be blessed by body, speech, and mind. Hūṃ! From the vast expanse of pervasive great bliss, please bestow the blessings of Kunsang Yabyum! From the pure land of dense array, please bestow the blessings of the great Vajradhara! From the western pure land of Sukhavati, please bestow the blessings of Amitabha! From the Potala Palace, please bestow the blessings of Great Compassionate Avalokiteśvara! From the pure land of Rakshasa Island (Nga Yab Ling), please bestow the blessings of Padmasambhava! From the palace of bliss-emptiness illusion, please bestow the blessings of Yeshe Tsogyal! From all self-existing pure realms, immeasurable Buddhas, and the assembly of lamas, yidams, and dakinis, please bestow blessings upon this supreme place! Hūṃ! Although not moving from the nature of Dharmadhatu, with skillful means and compassionate transformation, manifesting peaceful and wrathful forms, please bestow blessings upon this supreme place! May the splendor of the body pervade the phenomenal world, and bless the student's body.
