In order to bestow the five wisdom empowerments of the five Sugata families, the Skull Garland Power, in sequence: Holding the vase, Hūṃ! In this activity-colored powder mandala, the incarnate lama appears like a rainbow, filling the appearance and existence of samsara and nirvana with his body, and white rays of light pervade all directions. Hūṃ! I am the Vajra Skull Garland Power, my body is white and I hold the vajra and bell crossed. The vase is the palace of the gods, the nectar is the water that purifies afflictions, I empower you disciples, destroying hatred and fear of the form aggregate, the mirror wisdom manifests, may you attain the body of the Vajra family! Hūṃ! From the crown of the deity in front, the white dakini holds the empowerment vase, merging with you disciples without duality, you become the Vajra Skull Garland. Hūṃ! The wrathful ones destroy wrong views, the Bodhisattvas pronounce auspicious words, the Vajra Mother sings beautiful songs, and the goddesses offer offerings. The crown is the wish-fulfilling jewel, the precious garland is an inexhaustible stream, I empower you disciples, destroying stinginess and cutting off the feeling aggregate, the wisdom of equality manifests, may you attain the body of the Ratna family! Hūṃ! From the navel of the deity in front, the yellow dakini holds the crown, merging with you disciples without duality, you become the Ratna Skull Garland. Hūṃ!
