If, due to mistakes, there are battles between armies, or if for other reasons thousands of disputes arise, there will be nothing but heavy losses, which is obvious. Last year, in order to investigate the reasons between uncle and nephew, there was a dispute over the gatekeeper's sticks, and you should be clear about the course of this matter. If this matter reaches the ears of Baksha, even if it is a small trouble, for those who actually sell the country's golden stick to the face of a horse, if a document written on silver paper with a gold seal, saying "No road tolls are allowed," falls on your heads, it will be like the weapon of the master of the trident falling, and there will be no other way but to panic. Why? Because apart from Baksha, no king or petty kingdom can compare with Baksha's command, and even the master of Maryul (Ladakh), uncle and nephew, uniting their armies, cannot cause the slightest damage. How could the Mughal king even attempt to do so? Therefore, if you consider this and do not act wisely, it is like fighting against the collapse of Mount Meru with a child's slingshot, and the ruler and subjects will go to complete ruin in this life. Therefore, cherish this matter in your hearts, and it is very important not to repeat the old ways, so I earnestly request it again and again. If there is concern that the Muslim road will be blocked, the uncle, nephew, ruler, and subjects should all unanimously consult and discuss. From now on, the Mughal king and ministers should never act solely according to their own ideas, and this must be cherished in the heart, like the mandala in the heart and the center of the life force, as long as you live. This is very important for the entire country, especially for the Mughal king himself. For us impartial wandering monks, there are no other needs or important matters, so each of you should not confuse what to take and what to leave in your own affairs, which is very important. The Ladakhis also said that the trade with Tibet, etc., should be allowed or prohibited according to the old customs. The Ladakhi king and ministers reported that they have always been tolerant and have not prevented it. Now, whatever permanent agreements you make in peacetime, as long as it does not contradict the uncle (Dalai Lama), we

They say that no one will violate (the promise). The ministers of Moulbe also said that in the past, relying on Brum-bag and other places, they blocked the roads of Muslims and did such things, but from now on, they will never do such blockades again. The King of Moulbe himself seems to have strong faith and reliable words, but his actions are difficult to grasp. Knowing the importance of this matter, he repeatedly asked Wangler about it five times, and later asked three times in Mithil, Ladakh, for a total of eight times, promising not to block the road as before. When the first agreement was signed in Mithil, Ladakh, it was heard that a spy of King Baksha named Nyanra was also secretly there. At that time, some people said that they hoped that the King of Moulbe would have a son, and if that happened, it would be best. Otherwise, the prince, the reincarnated lama, and the son of the queen are now going to enter the Buddhist order. But if there is still a need (for an heir) in the future, then how about letting him marry one of the daughters of Muje now? When they asked me this question, I said that I should not be asked such a question, and I cannot answer it. Because, both internally and externally, many scriptures proclaim like the wind that marriage between the nine generations of the paternal line and the three generations of the maternal line is not allowed. In central Tibet, all those who belong to the paternal line, and the Tsangpa people, avoid marriage with the three generations of the maternal line. It is said that it is the same in China. Now in India, the Buddhist teachings are rare, but wherever there are heretics, they will not go beyond what was said above. However, it is heard that in some remote areas of Tibet, and in places where the doctrines of the barbarians are particularly prevalent, the sons and daughters of real siblings will be combined into families. As it is said in the Maitreya Prophecy Sutra: In the degenerate age of strife and solidity, the Buddhist teachings will not exist. In the time close to the age of weapons, people will lose shame and embarrassment, and like dogs, pigs, and foxes, they will mess around with sisters and daughters, gathering together. Then, in the actual age of weapons, most of the creatures of the world will be destroyed. In general, that's how it is.
