人之三十次呼吸为dhru(དྷྲུ།)。

I am Jupiter in Pisces, Saturn in Capricorn Aquarius. Like a home, when (tatkala) appears, its lord is also that. When a planet that is incompatible with its own house element enters, it is said to quarrel with it. That is, Mars and Mercury quarrel. Likewise, Jupiter with Venus, Saturn with Rahu. Rahu enters the territory of the Sun, Saturn enters the territory of the Moon. These two are known to quarrel with each other. Eighth, thus year, month, day, the root of all, life is breath. That is also due to the power of good and non-good karma, the measure of lifespan. Likewise, breaths are also short and long, abiding in an intermediate state. That is, whatever human being, adult, healthy, natural breath. Exhaling and inhaling combined into one, that is taken as the basis for calculation. Thus, one human breath is divided into twenty-one thousand six hundred parts. One part of which is called body-born, one breath of tiny insects such as lice. By this measure, one human breath is one day for tiny insects. Thirty breaths of a human are dhru. One breath of a hungry ghost. The black and white sides, one month of a human, is the day of a hungry ghost. One hour of human breath becomes one breath of a god. In this way, one year of a human becomes one day of those gods. The days of ghosts and gods mentioned here are the tenets of externalists. I see it as the same as what the Vedic practitioners have established. One day's breath of a human is said to be one breath of a non-god. Therefore, in astrology, twelve years of a human are one day of a non-god. The breath of energy is the same as one year of a human. Twenty-one thousand six hundred years, one breath of the chief. Here, energy and chief are the peak of the form realm and the peak of the formless realm. The Lord of the World said that it is transformed as the name of a person. However, the amount of lifespan mentioned in the thirty-one existences, and the breath mentioned here, do not actually match. Here, in order to make the words of the Vedas upright, I think it is said that the names are consistent with it. A detailed analysis will be explained elsewhere. Thus, after explaining including the extended meaning, the essence to be grasped here is, Jambudvipa

The breath of beings in the world is the basis of all time calculations. That is, in one day and night, there are twenty-one thousand six hundred breaths. Know that all water measures and hours arise from this. Now, the ninth, the definition of water measure and hour, will be explained. Our teacher, Vajradhara, whose unique, supreme mantra tantra, In the Bhagavan Hevajra, it is said that one hour has thirty-two, and one yuga has sixty-four. In the Supreme Bliss Samvara Tantra, it is said that one exhalation has sixteen phova, one hour has thirty-two, and one yuga is remembered as sixty-four. In the great tantra Vajra Dakini, it is said that six blinks of an eye are one kshana, successively six times becomes one instant, once becomes one chud-zang. Thirty chud-zangs are one yig-lci, one hundred thousand and twenty-six yig-lcis are considered the measure of a water measure. Sixty water measures are one hour, one hundred hours are one thun, eight thuns become one day and night. Regarding the measurement of the hour, in that same tantra it is said: With twelve srangs of copper, make a vessel, eight fingers high and twelve fingers wide, and it should be polished well. With thirty gold "ose" (an Indian herb, also referring to black-headed maru), make a funnel six fingers long, and it should be polished well. The hole of the funnel should be drilled with a copper needle. With water that has no impurities, measure out sixty srangs, and this is the hour measure of this water measure. The Indian kings measured time in this way, drawing lines on the water measure vessel. When the water vessel is full, it is set as one hour, and then the signal of the yuga is sounded. When the thun ends, the great drum is sounded to determine it, therefore, the hour is also called yuga. In Maha China, the duration of day and night is said to be ninety-six "za-ma". Each "za-ma" has thirty-eight and a half water measures, and if converted into breaths, each "za-ma" has two hundred and twenty-five breaths. At the time when day and night are equal, forty-eight "za-mas" appear separately. Furthermore, in some sutras and shastras such as the Tiger Nose Sutra, the calculation methods for the hour, although slightly different, the result is the same.
