以至诚恭敬祈请力，我从今时乃至生生世世，未获得殊胜之忍辱前，舍弃恶趣，获得七种高尚之功德，以七圣财庄严，获得暇满之善身。即使如此，也完全舍弃不善知识，愿被殊胜善知识摄受。具足坚定之信心，清净之出离心，深信因果，精通取舍善恶，具有殊胜之增上意乐，努力修持菩提行。特别是获得成熟解脱之把握之上师，愿能追随从具德密续中所说之，誓言不违越，清净一切。愿能成就二次第一切功德。总而言之，生生世世能获得观世音菩萨，获得上师后，能亲见尊颜，恒时听闻教诲，为令师欢喜，不顾身命侍奉。愿您之所喜，皆能无碍成办。阿弥陀佛怙主观世音，以及莲花生大士等化身大德，所发大乘之，一切祈愿皆能如是成办。愿怙主您之果位我能迅速获得。如是，我之善行功德力，总集回向虚空般一切众生，愿彼等痛苦消除，获得安乐，愿能不需久远即能获得菩提大果。此为三十七颂，雪域藏地之所有教派不分彼此，并非口头说说而已，而是从内心深处生起清净观，对所有公认的不同教派之大德祈请文，因近日，清（藏文地名）涅（藏文地名）莫（藏文地名）嘉（藏文地名）瓦（藏文地名）通（藏文地名）仁（藏文地名）氏族之米杰（人名）彭措扎西旺秋需要一篇大悲观世音菩萨之祈请文，以此为缘起，为了利益与自己有缘之人，以确定诸位大德皆为大悲观世音菩萨之化身之方式，为了便于日常念诵，将大德们的事迹简略地归纳成简短之祈请文。此为多康（今四川甘孜藏族自治州一带）噶陀（寺庙名）南系（地名）光明法界降临邬氏家族之释迦比丘持明者策旺诺布江央嘉措或衮桑成列卓瓦永度乍于火龙年（1976）萨嘎月（藏历四月）上弦初五之清晨完成。

Through the power of sincere and respectful supplication, from this moment onwards, throughout all my lifetimes, until I have fully attained the supreme patience, may I abandon the lower realms and obtain the seven noble qualities of higher realms. May I be adorned with the seven noble riches and attain the precious human form with leisure and endowments. Even then, may I completely abandon non-virtuous friends and be embraced by virtuous spiritual mentors. May I possess unwavering faith, a pure renunciation, complete trust in cause and effect, and skill in adopting virtue and abandoning evil. May I strive with outstanding pure intention in the practice of Bodhisattva conduct. In particular, may I follow the guru who has attained confidence in maturation and liberation, and may I perfectly maintain the vows spoken in the glorious tantras, without transgression. May I accomplish all the qualities of the two stages. In short, in all my lives, may I have the deity, the supreme Chenrezig (Avalokiteśvara). Having obtained a guru, may I behold his face, constantly listen to his teachings, and serve him selflessly with body and life to fulfill his wishes. May all that pleases you be accomplished by me without hindrance. Amitabha, the protector, Chenrezig, the powerful one, and all the incarnations of Padmasambhava, may all the Mahayana aspirations they have made be fulfilled by me as they are. May I swiftly attain the state of realization of you, the protector. Thus, may the power of my virtuous deeds be dedicated to all beings as vast as space. May their suffering be alleviated, may they attain happiness, and may they quickly attain the great fruit of enlightenment. This thirty-seven verse composition was written because recently, the nobleman Puntsok Tashi Wangchuk of the Tsang Nyemo Ja Gowa Ton lineage requested a supplication to the great compassionate Avalokiteśvara, so that all the religious traditions in the snowy land of Tibet would not be divided. It is not just lip service, but from the depths of the heart, with the eye of pure vision expanded, it is a prayer to all the well-known great beings of different philosophical traditions. As a result, for the benefit of those who are connected to me, with the certainty that all the venerable gurus are incarnations of great compassion, and for the convenience of daily recitation, this brief supplication summarizes the deeds of the great ones. This was completed by Tshewang Norbu Jamyang Gyatso or Kunzang Trinley Drowa Yongdul Tsal, a Shakya monk and vidyadhara born into the U clan, descended from the clear light of the gods in the Katok Southern Lineage of Dokham (Kham), on the dawn of the fifth day of the waxing moon of Saga (fourth month of the Tibetan calendar) in the Fire Dragon year (1976).
