我名谓瑞提那母（ང་ཕྱིར་རེ་ཏི་ནམ་གྲུ་ཞེས།）。 军队之女王，诸器械之主（དམག་གི་རྒྱལ་མོ་ཟོར་རྣམས་ཀུན་གྱི་བདག）。 有缘天女，我向您祈祷（སྐལ་ལྡན་ལྷ་མོ་ཁྱེད་ལ་གསོལ་བ་འདེབས།）。 愿我所愿，如意圆满成就（བདག་གི་འདོད་དོན་ཡིད་བཞིན་ཕུན་ཚོགས་མཛོད།）。 萨尔瓦芒嘎拉姆（སརྦ་མངྒ་ལཾ།， सर्व मङ्गलम्，sarva maṅgalam，一切吉祥）。嗡 斯瓦斯谛（ཨོཾ་སྭཱསྟི།，ॐ स्वस्ति，oṃ svasti，嗡，吉祥）。 诸佛无余汇聚之源泉（རྒྱལ་བ་རབ་འབྱམས་མ་ལུས་འདུས་པའི་དཔྱིད།）。 具德金刚萨埵，天中之天（དཔལ་ལྡན་རྡོ་རྗེ་སེམས་དཔའ་ལྷ་ཡི་ལྷ།）。 浊世调伏众生，具三金刚持（སྙིགས་དུས་འགྲོ་འདུལ་གསུམ་ལྡན་རྡོ་རྗེ་འཛིན།）。 根本上师，胜过一切佛陀（རྩ་བའི་བླ་མ་རྒྱལ་བ་ཐམས་ཅད་ལས།）。 尤其圆满正等觉亲自赞叹（ལྷག་པར་རྫོགས་པའི་སངས་རྒྱས་ཉིད་ཀྱིས་བསྔགས།）。 因此，凡是绘制其身像者（དེས་ན་གང་གི་སྐུ་བརྙན་འབྲི་བ་ཡི།）。 将诸佛菩萨全部描绘出来（རྒྱལ་བ་སྲས་བཅས་མཐའ་དག་བཀོད་པ་དང་།）。 以此作画之功德力（རི་མོར་བྱས་པ་འདི་ཡི་དགེ་བ་ཡིས།）。 生生世世以及一切世代中（ཚེ་རབས་དང་ནི་ཚེ་རྒྱུད་ཐམས་ཅད་དུ།）。 愿得圣者摄受，三学之（དམ་པའི་མགོན་གྱིས་རྗེས་བཟུང་བསླབ་གསུམ་གྱི།）。 功德无损，更上层楼增长（ཡོན་ཏན་ཉམས་མེད་གོང་ནས་གོང་དུ་འཕེལ།）。 愿金刚持果位不久迅速成就（རྡོ་རྗེ་འཆང་འབྲས་རིང་མིན་མྱུར་འགྲུབ་ཤོག）。 如是，应具信者之虔诚祈请，由持明者于唐卡背面书写。 萨尔瓦芒嘎拉姆（སརྦ་མངྒ་ལཾ།， सर्व मङ्गलम्，sarva maṅgalam，一切吉祥）。 ༈ 顶礼佛陀耶（ན་མོ་བུདྡྷ་ཡ།，नमः बुद्धाय，namaḥ buddhāya，顶礼佛陀）。顶礼圣金刚手（ན་མོ་ཨཪྻ་བཛྲ་པཱ་ཏི་ཡ།，नमः आर्य वज्र पाणि，namaḥ ārya vajra pāṇi，顶礼圣金刚手）。 殊胜本尊，秘密之主（ལྷག་པའི་ལྷ་མཆོག་གསང་བའི་བདག）。 向金刚手尊，顶礼敬拜（རྡོ་རྗེ་ཅན་ལ་ཕྱག་འཚལ་འདུད།）。 我自孩提之时起（བདག་ནི་བྱིས་པའི་སྐབས་ཉིད་ནས།）。 便对您的殊胜明咒恭敬（ཁྱེད་ཀྱི་རིག་སྔགས་མཆོག་ལ་གུས།）。 仅仅是倾心于明咒（རིག་པར་མོས་པ་ཁོ་ནས་ཀྱང་།）。 也能完全解脱诸障碍（བར་ཆད་ཡོངས་སུ་གྲོལ་བར་བྱེད།）。 哪怕只是稍微念诵一下（ཅུང་ཟད་ཙམ་ཞིག་བཟླས་པ་ན།）。 也能见到无与伦比的功德（ཡོན་ཏན་མཚུངས་པ་མེད་པར་མཐོང་།）。 以正知正念，虔诚且信服（ཤེས་བཞིན་དད་ཅིང་ཡིད་ཆེས་པས།）。 我向您，殊胜本尊顶礼（ལྷ་མཆོག་ཁྱེད་ལ་བདག་འདུད་ཀྱིས།）。 从今直至菩提果（འདི་ནས་བྱང་ཆེན་སྙིང་པོའི་བར།）。 生生世世，秘密主之（སྐྱེ་ཀུན་གསང་བའི་བདག་པོ་ཡི།）。 明咒哪怕仅仅念诵一两遍（རིག་སྔགས་ལན་རེ་ཟུང་རེ་ཙམ།）。 也能无碍成就诸咒语（བཟླས་པས་ཐོགས་མེད་སྔགས་གྲུབ་ཤོག）。 十二种成就之相与见解（གྲུབ་མཚན་ལྟ་སྟངས་བཅུ་གཉིས་དང་།）。 四种事业，八种成就之殊胜（ལས་བཞི་གྲུབ་བརྒྱད་ཁྱད་པར་མཆོག）。 寿命自在手印任运成就（ཚེ་དབང་ཕྱག་རྒྱ་ལྷུན་གྲུབ་པ།）。 祈请加持，迅速获得（མྱུར་བ་ཉིད་དུ་ཐོབ་བྱིན་རློབས།）。 三宝、秘密主、三根本（མཆོག་གསུམ་གསང་བདག་རྩ་བ་གསུམ།）。 以真谛力，愿如是成就（བདེན་པས་དེ་བཞིན་ཉིད་འགྲུབ་ཤོག）。 如是，于后藏右翼之埃（གཙང་གཡས་སུ་འཇད་），巴丹林（དཔལ་ལྡན་ལྡིང་）之地，向格敦钦波（གྲུ་སྟོན་ཆེན་པོ）之心髓金刚手像，敬献哈达及印度达哈拉之殊胜供品，持明者策旺诺布（རིག་འཛིན་ཚེ་དབང་ནོར་བུ）发愿。 善哉！善哉！（དགེའོ། །དགེའོ།）。 ༈ 顶礼洛给夏瓦拉耶（ན་མོ་ལོ་ཀི་ཤྭ་ར་ཡ།，नमः लोकेश्वराय，namaḥ lokeśvarāya，顶礼世自在）。 薄伽梵如来应供正等觉薄伽梵（བཅོམ་ལྡན་དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པ་དགྲ་བཅོམ་པ། །ཡང་དག་རྫོགས་པའི་སངས་རྒྱས་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས།）。 寿命与智慧光辉无量光（ཚེ་དང་ཡེ་ཤེས་གཟི་བརྗིད་འོད་དཔག་མེད།）。 向圣观世音菩萨顶礼（འཕགས་པ་སྤྱན་རས་གཟིགས་ལ་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ལོ།）。 诸佛之慈悲威力加持一切（རྒྱལ་བ་ཀུན་གྱི་ཐུགས་རྗེའི་མཐུ་བྱིན་ཀུན།）。 汇聚于一身，舍弃轮回寂灭之怙主（གཅིག་ཏུ་བསྡུས་ནས་སྲིད་ཞི་གཉིས་སྤོང་མགོན།）。

Therefore, by the merit of drawing his image, Depicting all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, In all lifetimes and in all lineages, May the holy protector guide us, and may the qualities of the three trainings increase from above without diminishing. Twelve signs and views of accomplishment, Four actions, eight supreme accomplishments. May the life empowerment and spontaneous mudra be quickly obtained with blessings. Three Jewels, Secret Lord, Three Roots. By the power of truth, may it be accomplished as it is.
