May you live as long as a Vajra! May the great powerful ones residing in the four directions, Respectfully offer to the protector of the snowy land, May border wars be pacified, and the root of benefit and happiness increase, May everyone be friendly and harmonious, and always engage in virtuous deeds. May sudden and uncertain epidemics be cut off, May there be timely rain and abundant harvests every year. May all beings in Tibet engage in the supreme good, May the wheel of virtue and auspiciousness turn forever. May all the Sangha who abide in the teachings of the perfectly enlightened Buddha, Increase their pure perception of each other. Through the power of offering this excellent divine garment to you, may the lotus feet of the glorious lama be firm, and may the precious lamp of the complete teachings be accomplished.
