This is also a praise of your excellent conduct. All the virtuous ones who uphold the teachings and the Sangha, without any懈怠, make offerings; The womb of the snowy land is filled with the beautiful sounds of the Great Vehicle; All the yogis who contemplate the meaning, dwell peacefully and harmlessly in the solitary mountains; All those who are in accordance with the Dharma, can have the courage not to retreat, this is all your power. In this snowy land, all the sects without sectarian bias, possess the perfect auspiciousness; Without mixing their own doctrines, without arguing with each other, practicing conveniently and freely, such a scene; Since the passing away of the Dharma King Grandson Relpachen (reigned 815-838 AD); Until the current ruling kings, none have been able to compare with him. Today, like the moon appearing in the sky, in countless vessels; Not partially appearing, but completely appearing, for each different sect; For this and for that, the sincere friendship has increased, the benefit is great; Who else but a noble one can do this? Although the past times were good, but if you encounter this situation, even the brave ones; Will feel the burden is heavy, but now in this degenerate age, you have done it effortlessly; The precious ocean of scriptures, known as the source of all Buddhas; And the Dharma, which is regarded as a supreme relic, namely the three and four baskets; Hundreds of volumes of scriptures made of precious materials, you have also continuously made; Compared to creating countless emanations, the merit you have accumulated is inexhaustible; The Dharma sound that is often recited also adorns these three realms; Making all relationships grow the water of Bodhi, who else in the world can do this besides you? In this age of five turbidities, like this, practicing vast pure conduct, the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas; Will shower auspicious flowers like rain on you, and at the same time; Brahma, Indra, and Mahadeva, etc., will all dance with joy; The guardians of the world and all the protectors of the Dharma will surely bow respectfully in this direction. How wonderful! In order to tame the beings to be tamed, you are good at using the laws of good and evil to punish and subdue; This special act of upholding the Dharma reminds us of the style of King Ashoka; In this age of strife and degeneration, the perfect and beautiful feast, all the auspiciousness; Is greatly increased, this is the work of the powerful Rigden (Vajrapani).

Taking just a drop, wholeheartedly rejoicing, the joy overflows from the throat. The earth can fully recount, like the king of Maha China. Said to be an emanation of Manjushri, who became the king of the land of Bhutan. Especially acting for the sake of the Victorious One's teachings, an unparalleled protector of the Dharma. Such a one, how can one not say that it arose from the power of the compassion of that compassionate one? In the degenerate age, taming the difficult to tame, for the benefit of beings, manifesting as a king. The way in which the noble ones enter according to their wishes, is never measurable by the wisdom of ordinary beings. Therefore, lord of the land, king among men, protector, you, for the sake of all sentient beings. Protecting all happiness and glory, and for the sake of the flourishing of the Victorious One's teachings, in this realm. Until the time when the wheel-turning king protects all this white Dharma world. May your body, blazing with merit, be united with the life of the great Brahma. Never decaying, like Mount Vajra Meru, unshakeable. Unperishable, the complete refuge of *śaraṇa* (藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思：śaraṇa， शरण， शरण，refuge), on the eternal throne of *śāśvata* (藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思：śāśvata， शाश्वत， शाश्वत，eternal).
