Alas, the teachings of Shakyamuni Buddha, the end of the five hundred decades is approaching, The world is divided into ninety-six kotis of the southern continent of Jambudvipa, Although India is the source of Dharma, the subcontinents of the east, south, west, and north, Most are occupied by the Licchavis and heretical sects. And Maha China (Han region) has mostly become Turkic and forest. Although there are still a few Sanghas in the Han region, they are only surviving. Therefore, no matter how many countries, the Buddha Dharma, the source of all liberation, Is hidden in darkness, and the good results of beings are diminishing. Even so, in the center of the six regions, surrounded by cool snow mountains, The land called "Bota (Tibet)," the land occupied by people of the Bodhisattva lineage, Like Avalokiteśvara holding the Snowy Land with a lotus. Through his blessings, the Buddha Dharma still exists in this place, However, precious Dharma is rare and often harmed, The essence of the Dharma remains only a little, and the times have become short. Even the Dharma of the time of debate is defiled by people's discriminating thoughts. People have become rude, difficult to tame, and very lazy. Therefore, in this degenerate age, when the five degenerations are flourishing, In order to open a perfect and beautiful feast, all Buddhas, with the power of compassion, Work together to raise the power of the Buddha Dharma.

With unwavering dedication and aspiration, you have become the supreme guest of fortune for beings. You have arrived excellently, and with your own strength and arms, you encompass the entire circle of the earth. You distinguish between good and bad deeds, truth and falsehood, and uphold the tradition of generosity of the former kings. In this way, you have excellently placed all beings under the law of the ten virtues, without coercion. The radiance of your merit pacifies all the kings of the border regions. You drive away the arrogant hordes of the degenerate armies of the Hor and others from this direction. In all the border regions, no matter how many kings and petty rulers there are, people are always engaged in battles. Yet in the vast land of Tibet, they live in peace solely through your laws. It is supremely rare and exceedingly difficult to find in all the worlds: This precious doctrine of the perfectly enlightened Buddha, the glory of complete abundance. As the foundation and source of all goodness and excellence, in this world at all times: It is unparalleled, and that is the sacred Dharma and its upholders. Even though it is the degenerate age, the royal doctrine is like the time of perfect fulfillment. Through diligent practice, the Vinaya, Sutra, Abhidharma, common and uncommon secret Mantras, Are clear and unmixed, without disputes, flourishing like an underground spring, beautifully distinct. Such excellent conduct ensures that the land of snow prospers and thrives; this is all thanks to your kindness. Alas! The one with the essence of preciousness, the statues of the kings, stupas, and temples, How many are there in this land, and the vast wheels of offering like clouds of the ocean. Elsewhere, in places like Bahirdha and Nepal, and similarly, In other countries like Maha Cina, the precious objects that are seen, To all of them, you send forth excellent clouds of pure white offerings. You tirelessly create murals and paintings, like the noble deeds of the princes of the past. Likewise, the great places blessed by the perfectly enlightened Buddhas and Herukas, You have expanded them all through the power of your merit. Ema!
