I myself was born in the secret sacred place of Lungkyog in Dokham (Do-Wei Kang region). I, this insignificant ascetic who travels around for the sake of the Dharma, in the place where the kings of the Indian Kashmir border are in conflict, with great perseverance and practice, have endured countless sufferings in body, speech, and mind. This is nothing more than the karma that should be endured. However, the arrival of happiness and joy is the compassion of the Guru and the Three Jewels, and the great misfortunes of suffering and unhappiness are all one's own karma. Knowing this is enough, let alone what must be done now is that if, through the prayers of the great Gyalwa Rinpoche (Dalai Lama), it can become the seed of peace and happiness in the snowy land, then one should generate unwavering courage. For the sake of true meaning, one should rely on the kindness of the Guru to dissolve the illusory appearances of relative truth into the natural essence of the ultimate truth. There is no other way than this, so from time to time, I recite "ཕཊ་" (Tibetan, फट्, phaṭ, cutting) to abide. However, the truth of relative dependent origination also seems important, so I will do whatever I can to use skillful means. But most importantly, in any case, do not forget to pray to Gyalwa Rinpoche from the depths of my heart, asking for blessings and protection, please know, please know.

Now, the affairs here are numerous and beyond my capacity, so I am submitting this urgent report. I earnestly request that the excellent wheel of teachings be spread quickly. Respectfully informed! Respectfully informed! Respectfully informed! May the lotus-like eyes of wisdom flutter, adorned with the auspicious white divine garment. On this auspicious day, this letter is offered by Wang Le Dechen Namgyal. Sarva Mangalam! (Tibetan: སརྦ་མངྒ་ལཾ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: सर्व मङ्गलम्, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: sarva maṅgalam, literal Chinese meaning: All auspiciousness!) Transcending increase and decrease, the primordial wisdom, the essence of all Buddhas, the nature of the Dharmakaya, which is eternal bliss, self, purity, and devoid of all temporary defilements, having been attained since countless eons ago, being the great lord who embodies the essence of the two supreme ones, due to following with compassionate eyes those to be tamed, therefore, through the power of aspiration, manifesting countless emanations. Now, at the end of the five degenerations, in order to eliminate the three sufferings in all regions of Jambudvipa, and especially as the refuge, protector, island, and companion of the beings in the land of snow, as the sovereign who upholds the complete and excellent doctrine, as the guide who beautifully holds the victory banner of the three red and yellow robes, as the compassionate friend of all beings who have not been met, the venerable relative of the sun, appearing as the central and reliable great ship in the land of Tibet, dwelling and residing on the fearless lion throne, this is the unsurpassed repayment of kindness. Here, without a fixed abode, wandering everywhere, the Dzokchenpa who claims to be a knowledge holder, like a collection of water bubbles, before the nature of impermanence manifests, due to the fierce beings of the degenerate age and the worsening of the times, is particularly dangerous.
