I myself, for the long life of the Protector of the Snow Land, Gyalwa Rinpoche (གངས་ཅན་མགོན་པོ་རྒྱལ་བ་རིན་པོ་ཆེ), and for the welfare of sentient beings, have offered a large amount of tea and food to thousands of non-sectarian monks in Mar Yul (མར་ཡུལ, Ladakh), Zanskar (ཟངས་དཀར་), and other places, spending two hundred silver coins, on the occasion of the Descent from Heaven Festival (ལྷ་བབས་ཀྱི་དུས་ཆེན), and arranged it at the beginning of the Sagittarius month (སྨིན་དྲུག་ཟླ). In the manner of Naropa (ནར་མ) Yoga, special Tormas (གཏོར་མ་, offering cakes) and Chöd (གཅོད་, severance) practices were performed there, and I think that under the compassion of the Protector (མགོན་པོ), the situation has subsided slightly. The Mulbek King (མུལ་ལྦེ་རྒྱལ་པོ) has not yet arrived, and although there have been many messages of his coming, it is still uncertain whether he will be able to come in the end. All the subordinates on both sides are complaining about the way we arrived in the center of Ladakh. They used to complain only slightly, but now they have decided that it is impossible to come. Therefore, if the Mulbek King (མུལ་ལྦེ་རྒྱལ་པོ) cannot be sure of arriving, should we keep the status quo for the time being? Marnam (མར་ནམ) himself has no signs of death and sincerely hopes to repair the Great Stupa of Swayambhunath (རང་བྱུང་མཆོད་རྟེན་ཆེན་པོ) in Nepal, but due to the various thoughts of the Mulbek King (མུལ་ལྦེ་རྒྱལ་པོ), it has to be postponed again this year, and he feels very heavy in his heart, but he is in a state of helplessness. In fact, if there is no reconciliation between the King of Ladakh and his uncle, the Mulbek King (མུལ་ལྦེ་རྒྱལ་པོ) himself will suffer greater damage, while the King and ministers of Ladakh do not seem to have much difference at present. For me, my respect for the Mulbek King (མུལ་ལྦེ་རྒྱལ་པོ) is greater than for Ladakh, but the idea of thinking for the overall benefit of the country cannot be realized.
