Upon arriving in Nepal, I was caught up in various distractions, especially on February 11th when I gave empowerments to a diverse gathering of people, which resulted in about fifteen days of extreme exhaustion. As soon as I was slightly relieved from that, I present this letter, in which there is no doubt in the Dharmadhatu. Like parents treating their children, please provide guidance by teaching the good and removing the bad. May your wheel of teachings pervade everything. May all be auspicious! This is a letter presented to the Protector of the Land of Snows. Adorning the crown of the ocean of guides, the Protector of the Land of Snows, together with the gods, as the refuge and protector of beings, your lotus feet, approached by a golden wheel seat, are supremely beautiful on the face of the lotus flower's stamen. I pray with clarity and reverence. From countless eons ago, you have generated the supreme Bodhicitta, thinking only of benefiting others, pleasing countless millions of Buddhas, and perfecting the immeasurable three accumulations. You have manifested and are progressing towards the supreme state of Buddhahood, benefiting the suffering beings of the degenerate age, and as a guide to manifest higher realms and definite goodness, you are the embodiment of the sword of wisdom and the mudra of the white lotus, which embodies love for all beings. You are the most exalted in the world, the lord of all things that steal the splendor of the earth-holder (mountains), residing unshakably in the vajra body on the seat raised by the fearless Harapaksha, pervading everything with the greatest kindness. Even I, a wandering monk who is more insignificant than a hermit, have never been abandoned by you from the realm of great compassion. The excellent gift of the decree previously granted to my companion monk, and the initial precious offering for the great stupa of Rangjung (self-arisen), as well as this time, through the relay of messengers, for the sake of the happiness of all beings in general and in particular, I humbly request your compassionate consideration. To go to Upper Ngari (Western Tibet), there is no need to request a decree again, and I ask that you kindly support the necessary travel documents and so on with great kindness. In particular, I sincerely pray that my actions may become meaningful, altruistic, and universally expanding in nature, and that the vajra mind may bless them to be the embodiment of the activity of the Buddhas.

May it be blessed by the true power of Brahma's speech, and may the words of the noble ones, who never deceive, truly inspire, so that all virtuous deeds are like a drop of water entering the ocean. May all conduct be blessed with a completely virtuous nature, like a medicine that turns iron into gold, and may it become an undeniable and immeasurable kindness. Regarding the restoration of the Great Stupa of Nepal, since the time for introducing the central axis has arrived, it needs to be extended to the late autumn. According to the calculations made by the great Tsongkhapa and Ramapa who restored it before, there is certainly enough gold, but there is a slight shortage of copper. The umbrellas, Dharma wheels, and nets were made of very thin copper because the Nepalese were very stingy with the previous copper and gold, so those who do the restoration in the future will be few. This time, I plan to do a thick and solid copper restoration that I cannot handle myself. Although the copper work of some Dharma wheels has not been completed, the war in the upper region is also particularly important. As instructed, I have already reported to the esteemed listener, and my own vow has become a thorn in my heart. In order to protect many beings from fear and for great benefit, although I am not fully prepared to go to the upper region, I will focus on making the dependent arising like an illusion, and in order to please the Victorious One, I will disregard my life and immediately prepare to set out upon receiving the command this time. Now, I am leaving from the side of the Great Natural Stupa and arriving at the great holy site of Nepal, Zoki Akar, which is considered to be one of the four holy sites of Vajrasana. In addition, some situations are as mentioned above. In short, not just words, but for the sake of Buddhism and sentient beings, the yogis' sky expenses are reduced. For the benefit and happiness of all, Supreme Protector, I sincerely pray that your lotus feet may be as firm as a vajra mountain, and please make it a fruit of hope with great meaning. Thus, with the compassionate eyes of Avalokiteśvara, riding on the divine white touch, like the color of a snow mountain, arriving at the abode of the first Victorious One who achieved the red direction of Angira Black Moon, the mandala of the yogi sky where the dakinis manifestly gather.
