Without time, without permanence or annihilation, beyond all mental fabrications and the four extremes. Without object or basis, rootless, the root is empty. This meaning cannot be expressed by anyone. The heart of the Sugata, possessing all supreme qualities, subtle, clear, profound, peaceful, and radiant. That basis, in its fundamental state, is called "Kadag" (藏文:ཀ་དག་,梵文天城体:कदाग,梵文罗马拟音:kadāga,汉语字面意思:原始清净), free from all faults, without even the names of faults or qualities. The basis of appearance is called "Lhündrub" (藏文:ལྷུན་གྲུབ་,梵文天城体:लहुन्द्रुब,梵文罗马拟音:lhundrub,汉语字面意思:任运成就), the foundation for the arising of all that is pure and impure. The meaning, essence, nature, and compassion, the essence has no name for delusion. Nature, liberation, and delusion reveal compassion. The ultimate truth is beyond all expression, free from birth, cessation, coming, going, and all locations. That primordial state is called the basis. The term "view" is a conventional name. Even the path, meditation, and expression are the same. In essence, this innate mind is unadorned and uncorrupted by faults. There is no need for intentional effort or meditation. It is not lost to the power of delusion. There is no welcoming or rejecting of past or future thoughts. It is free from examination or analysis of present awareness. It rests naturally, free from distraction or meditation. This is clear, empty, and beyond thought. It is free from abandoning, adopting, rejecting, or affirming in terms of abiding or moving. Rest uncorrected in the two aspects of awareness and self-face. This is the path of all the Victorious Ones. In essence, there is nothing other than this, but Dagpo (དྭགས་པོ།) asserts that there are four yogas on the path of understanding, experience, realization, and liberation. In the Mind Section of the Great Perfection teachings, these are known as the four experiences. Without being moved by the six external gatherings of conditions, that state itself is the one-pointed yoga. Internally, without the agitation of dualistic grasping, scattering, excitement, dullness, or darkness, without opposition, is the yoga of freedom from elaboration. In the intermediate space, all phenomena of samsara and nirvana are equally merged, experiencing many as one taste. When all activities of phenomena and entities are exhausted, it is said that the mind is without meditation due to spontaneous accomplishment. This is the path of both Mahamudra and Dzogchen. From this very present awareness, there is no basis for the mind to rely on in whatever object it goes to. In essence, self-awareness is complete in the state of resting as it is. All the subtle, coarse, and gross thoughts of the mind do not need to be released into their own conditions. It is not about abandoning or abiding. In essence, there is nothing to show as an antidote. It is not about abandoning that state. Look at your own face in the natural state of the elements. Do not lose control of the mind to ignorance, but rest in the uncorrected, innate state. Just as the ocean and the waves have the same taste of water, the mind and the mind...

The young and weak merge into one Dharmakaya, joyfully without discrimination, clearly without attachment. In the natural state of the mind's own essence, completely abandon doubts about whether it is meditation or not. Stillness is called the great ocean of Samadhi, the self-appearance of insight shines like stars. Moving, moving, without an object, recognize your own face. Knowing, knowing, dissolve the conceptual thoughts of the knowable into the Dharmadhatu. Always playfully frolic in this state beyond words. Diligently cultivate devotion to the guru to dispel obstacles on the path. Constantly cherish compassion for the benefit of others. At all times, remain unscattered, abiding in the innate state. This meditation is the heart essence of all practices, free from the act of meditating. The meaning is the very abiding of the innate self-awareness, and abiding without artificiality is the supreme meditation. To enhance that is called conduct, outwardly, protect the Vinaya, which purifies sentient beings. Inwardly, diligently engage in the play of deities, mantras, and Samadhi. Secretly, diligently focus on the vital points of the path of winds and channels. That alone integrates the practice of Mahamudra and Dzogchen. Clearly distinguish between abandoning and adopting in relation to karma, cause, and effect. Examine the vows that are the life force and root of the Dharma in detail. All actions are included in accomplishing the two benefits therein. Although the name "fruit" is grand, there is nothing new that has never existed before. When the qualities and abilities of the self-essence of awareness are perfected, it is called the fruit of the Body of Wisdom. The meaning is the confidence of the fruit, without hope or doubt. The Dharma is the confidence of the view of reality beyond words. The mind is the confidence of meditation, resting naturally without fabrication. The ability is the confidence of conduct, taking whatever arises onto the path. All that is known as the ground, path, and fruit, the ordinary realm is the very innate awareness. This self-essence of unfabricated awareness is itself. The conceptual fabrications of the wise vanish into the Dharmadhatu. Ema! The words of that superior or inferior one are true. Displaying slightly with fearless, bold speech, the nature of the ground, path, and fruit is just a seed. It is the very oral instruction of the incomparable guru. From the self-realization of the power of hearing, whatever arises spontaneously flows like water. Offering it as a song, may it enter into the intended meaning, and may the lotus feet be firmly established for the benefit of beings. Thus, the true embodiment of the guide, the Victorious Amitabha, Zhamarpa Chokyi Dondrup, the younger brother of the lineage of the feet, the holy son of the Dharma, Danba Zawu Tulku Karma Garwang Dondrup, requested a set of instructions adorned with auspicious symbols, such as the color of the snow mountain touched by the gods. Immediately, the old mantra holder of the divine lineage, born in the southern forest region of Katok in Dokham (Kham region, now Garze Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Sichuan Province),

This was offered from Ra-la by Gyalkham Tshewang Norbu Drubchok Wangpo'i De on the auspicious first day of the first month of the Earth Monkey year (1968), the day of miracles. A pith instruction: The essence of Sutra, Tantra, and Vehicle. Emaho! Listen well, yogis. In the past, through pure white karma, in upper Ngari, In the land of Lo (Mustang), I obtained a perfect leisure and fortune. Good karma ripened, and I met the sacred Dharma and mantra. I rejoice that I have received the nine profound teachings in the past. Those protectors' speech is the supreme nectar of secrets. What pith instruction do I have beyond what I have received? However, I will offer a few true words. I will offer a few words that express the essence. The essence of all Dharma, Sutra, Tantra, and Vehicle is: The main refuge of all is the Lama, And do everything to please him. Generate intense devotion from the depths of your heart. Always request the four empowerments of blessings. Keep the vows like your heart's blood, without breaking them. Finally, see your own mind as inseparable from the Lama. This is the greatest of all key points. No matter what you meditate on, Generation Stage, Completion Stage, or Great Perfection, You cannot do without this, so cherish devotion. Visualize the deity in the Generation Stage as empty and luminous like a reflection of the moon in water. Although it is said to meditate, in the true nature, If a person realizes the unborn nature of the mind, Then even if they meditate on iron and stone, they will not go astray. If they do not realize the unborn meaning, some with small minds, Even if they meditate on the emptiness of the deity, they will fall into the formless realm. Therefore, in the Dharma of unbornness, Which has no object of attachment, Manifest the power of the Generation Stage. The power of the Completion Stage is also the practice of wind-energy-channels and bindus. In short, it is the upper and lower gates, Opening the essential path to liberation. The upper is Tummo, with the samaya mudra, Untie the knots of the channels and experience the bliss of melting. The lower is the path of skillful means, the sound of great bliss, Learn the three yogas of the body in the shape of a vase. In the secret empowerment, guide and spread the white bodhicitta. In the wisdom empowerment, mix the red and white bodhicitta into one. In accordance with the meaning empowerment, cherish the Completion Stage. The so-called Great Perfection path, In short, is Trekchö and Tögal. Trekchö means self-awareness. It is free from all thoughts, fixations, and objects. It is unrepresentable, inexpressible, and beyond the mind. Maintain it in the state of the four ways of resting. Tögal means the appearance of the six lamps, Expressed by symbols, signs, meanings, and examples. Its meaning is that self-awareness and self-luminosity appear in the Dharmadhatu. This is the special characteristic of Ati Dzogchen. The winds of other Dharmas.
