I am the one who offers the essence of the heart. Understanding its meaning, with even greater faith and devotion, serving, one will accomplish the perfect Buddha. In general, the qualified and sacred Lama, towards monks, disciples, and attendants who are practicing the Dharma, even the slightest fault is severely pointed out. Showing displeasure and reprimanding, this is precisely cherishing them, a sign of accomplishing liberation. Towards those monks and followers who do not act according to the Dharma, hold wrong views, and break vows, without showing displeasure, instead, protecting their face, giving wealth and lodging, this will cut off the path to liberation, leading to evil destinies, causing displeasure in the heart, and not holding compassion. Therefore, know that these are important keys. Towards actions with such intentions, some may feel dissatisfied, and some yogis may be obstructed by demonic hindrances, thinking: I have served with such faith and devotion, even acting according to the Dharma like this, I am not pleased, instead, I am reprimanded and beaten. Even if they break vows and act against the Dharma, they seem to be satisfied. Or thinking: He does not give me food and clothing, but generously gives to others. Some see others receiving teachings and food, thinking: He does not give to me, thus accumulating faults. Like this, whatever thoughts of attachment and aversion arise, are blessings of the demons. Therefore, the best yogis should determine that this is a fault, and cut off attachment and aversion from the root. The middling yogi should merge the Lama with their own mind, and confess with the power of Samadhi. The lowest yogi should personally confess to the Lama, make a firm resolution, and protect the vows with strong commitment. By doing so, one can restore the broken vows, and the demons will be ashamed, unable to create obstacles. The Lama will be pleased, and one will obtain both common and supreme accomplishments. Remember that this is a precious teaching. Alas! Taking the essence of leisure and endowment is the sacred Dharma, the root of the sacred Dharma is the virtuous friend. The Dharma that achieves Buddhahood in one lifetime is the Secret Mantra, therefore, the root Lama who teaches the Secret Mantra is extremely important. Protecting the vows is like protecting the jewel on the head of a poisonous snake, which can simultaneously achieve prosperity and ruin. Therefore, always maintain caution and mindfulness, protect the vows with your life, this is the final heartfelt advice. First, examine the qualities of the Lama, whether they have the qualifications for empowerment and Dharma.

One should not examine the consequences of actions, whether good or bad, whether it is a god or a demon. Whatever is done, purify it into pure appearance, this is a heartfelt word. The actions of the Lama are the continuation of the four activities, In the manner of anger, desire, ignorance, the five poisons, Do not view all actions as inverted, but view them as the actions of the Victorious Ones, This is a heartfelt word. How is it said that even killing with anger, When Shakyamuni Buddha attained complete enlightenment, In the charnel ground, manifested as the great Lord of Death, Yama, Subdued the hordes of demons, shattering them to dust. Similarly, in the manner of burning desire, Chakrasamvara, Guhyasamaja, Hevajra, Secret Assembly, Kalachakra, Hayagriva, the assembly of Yangdak Heruka, The Five Buddha Families, etc., always Inseparably with the coemergent secret consort, Behold the union of Vajra and Padma in harmonious embrace. The actions of the Buddhas are like this, Know that the actions of the Lama are the same. Furthermore, the eight great Vidyadharas of India, The eighty Siddhas, etc., and in Tibet, The twenty-five disciples of the king, the incarnate treasure revealers, Marpa, Ngok, Sakya, Ngor, Kagyu, Drukpa, Drigung, Taglung, etc., For the sake of the supreme beings who generate great bliss, Joyfully relying on the secret consort, Experiencing the taste of the sixteen joys, The Siddhas Virupa and Shavaripa, Jalandharipa and Gyalwa Zhang, etc., Slaughtering birds, beasts, and livestock, Waging war in a fierce manner of anger. Similarly, Lavapa and some other great Siddhas, Spending many years, months, days, and hours in a single session, Sleeping and always diligently pursuing sleep, etc. The actions of these lineage holders are immeasurable, In the twenty-four sacred places, the wisdom Dakinis manifest as wine sellers, dyers, prostitutes, Butchers, outcastes, old and ugly people, After manifesting, benefiting sentient beings in various ways, etc. The actions of the Buddhas are diverse, Appearing as endless displays. Having heard and understood the kinds of actions that are immeasurable and beyond limitation, After accomplishing the benefit of beings, Therefore, regarding one's own root Lama, No matter what displeasing actions are performed, Because there is no error, free from faults, Generate unwavering faith, respect, and devotion. Thus, the glorious and precious root Lama's, Body, speech, mind, and actions
