Relying on coarse afflictions, the environment and beings appear as the dependent and the basis, thus the wheel of the twelve links of interdependence flows continuously like a stream, repeatedly suffering in the three realms of samsara. Sometimes, due to the power of hatred, one is born in hell, experiencing immeasurable suffering of heat and cold; similarly, sometimes due to the power of stinginess and miserliness, one is reborn as a hungry ghost, suffering from hunger and thirst, etc.; sometimes due to the power of ignorance, one is deluded in countless animal realms, suffering from servitude and other unbearable pains; sometimes due to the power of jealousy, one suffers great pains such as the battles of the Asuras; sometimes due to the power of pride, one suffers many pains such as the death and fall of the gods; sometimes due to the power of desire, one suffers various pains such as the birth, old age, sickness, and death of humans, thus alternately suffering in places of suffering. Sometimes, even the duration of a single rebirth in hell, etc., lasts for countless great kalpas, and for as many kalpas as there are grains of sand in the Ganges River, suffering intensely without interruption; sometimes, one experiences hundreds and thousands of births and deaths in a single day, suffering intense pain; and sometimes, relying on the power of practicing virtuous deeds in accordance with circumstances, one enjoys perfect happiness and prosperity in the heavenly realms as kings, ministers, consorts, householders, Brahmins, ordinary people, etc., but eventually, without essence, one's virtuous karma is exhausted again, and one suffers intense pain; sometimes, in a single rebirth, the experience of pleasure and pain alternates, like the happiness of Indra in the heavenly realms and the suffering of the Avici hell; and sometimes, one attains worldly meditative absorption, experiencing its taste, and dwells in it for countless great kalpas; similarly, sometimes there is no arising of thoughts or recollection of feelings in the mind, and one dwells in an unspecified state for countable and uncountable kalpas, and then awakens from that state and again experiences suffering. In short, in the situation of the three realms of samsara, whether high or low, even if one enjoys happiness, one cannot trust it, and even if one suffers, one cannot find an opportunity to be liberated from it, and thus it continues without interruption.

The happiness and suffering of samsara, no matter how they appear, in reality do not exceed the three sufferings, endlessly wandering in samsara, beyond the measurement of time and duration. In short, it is impossible to say whether one has been born or not born in this countless and boundless ten directions of the world. Similarly, it is impossible to say whether one has been born or not born in this place. As the Tathagata said, there is no place where I have not experienced birth and death. If only the physical body of flesh and blood is taken and accumulated, then even the flesh and bones of beings born in this Saha world alone, when accumulated, would be equal to the size of the earth and Mount Sumeru of this Saha world. The pus and blood would also become as large as the great ocean, so one should understand with the same wisdom that those born in other world realms are similar. As it is said: Accumulating flesh and bones is equal to the size of the world, accumulating pus and blood is as vast as the great ocean, accumulating karma is beyond thought and expression. Just like that. Therefore, there is no sentient being who has not been my mother, and there is no sentient being who has not been my father. Thus, from beginningless samsara until now, all that has been done is meaningless, exhausting one's energy in the endless ocean of samsara, which is what all beings cannot transcend in their successive lives. Therefore, one should follow the teachings of the Tathagata, understand the true nature of samsara, and generate strong renunciation towards samsara day and night without懈怠, one should enter the path of liberation, this is the advice to oneself and others. Said: Although the nature of samsara is not established, the circumstances of samsara are experiencing various sufferings. Samsara is beginningless, transcending the limits of time. Although samsara in general has no end, for individuals, samsara has an end. When liberation is attained, the illusory wheel of samsara will collapse. You, who have been tormented by samsara for a long time, now enter the path of liberation. Even if it is difficult for oneself to be in accordance with the Dharma, one still has a sincere heart to encourage others towards the Dharma, speaking like a parrot.

Joyful and delighted! This is the auspicious song of Tsewang Norbu. Thus, my stream of consciousness has been tormented by the suffering of samsara. At some point, by chance, through the power of accumulating much virtuous deeds, the benefit of hearing the name of the Buddha just once clearly awakened a bit of the potential of the lineage that is inherently present in the Sugata's essence. From that time onwards, I took many births in heavenly realms, enjoying the accumulation of virtuous causes. However, due to the residue of previous karma, I also engaged in non-virtuous actions, and thus experienced the suffering of the lower realms from time to time. In this way, at some point, through the power of accumulating much virtuous causes, and relying on the compassion of the Buddhas, I will meet the precious teachings of the Buddhas in any of the six realms, and have the fortune to plant seeds of devotion in the Three Jewels. Through the power of this virtue, in the future I will enter the Buddha's teachings and have the fortune to practice the holy Dharma of the Great Vehicle. And through this great power of virtue, I will have the good fortune to meet the essence of the Buddha's teachings, the Fruition Vehicle of Mantra, and obtain the excellent support of the Vajra body, endowed with six qualities. However, due to the power of laziness, I have not traveled to the state of Buddhahood in one lifetime through great diligence. Just by having devotion to the Lama and planting seeds with good aspirations, through the power of that, even now I have found this excellent support of leisure and opportunity. Now, since I do not know what will happen in the future, it seems that now is the time to strive for the supreme effort in the holy Dharma. Thus, like me, Tsewang Norbu, reflecting well on myself, speaking truthfully about my own life stories or past lives, that is the only truth, that is the very truth. From the Excellent Medicine of Ritang Tso, the chapter on compiling the summary of past lives. From the Excellent Medicine of Ritang Tso, the chapter on briefly describing the previous past lives. Here it is said: The primordial body that has come from beginningless time, The suffering of karmic samsara constantly torments. When will the compassion of the Buddhas descend, Virtue
