It is very admirable to have great devotion to the great translator Glingpa. Therefore, let's write in the usual way. When I was approaching the age of sixteen, on an auspicious day of the empty month of the monkey year (Tibetan calendar), the month of complete victory, this special moment of bright light, the root guru regarded me as a disciple to be tamed in this land with his physical body. Afterwards, the guru considered the disciples of other pure lands, so the appearance of the form body, face, hands and feet merged into the inner bright youthful vase body, the realm of Dharma. Even so, in order to dispel the constant clinging of us inferior beings, it was shown in this way. For the fortunate and supreme ones, the guru has transformed into the great transference pure Vajra body and departed, there is no doubt about this, so the guru has no going or staying. However, because our minds are not pure, we cannot see the guru's form clearly for a while, and the pain like a broken heart arises in our hearts, but there is nothing we can do, we can only pray with sincere prayers and strong sorrow. If you want to know more about the realization biography at this time, you can refer to the previously mentioned "Song of Sorrow, Garland of Various Lotuses". Nowadays, some people do not feel sad even when their root guru passes away, but instead smile with a white face and show more masculinity than before, which can only be said to have fallen into the ranks of those who break their vows. Yogis and masters, those who have realized that their own mind is the Dharmakaya and have merged with the guru's mind, will also sing songs of sorrow and show the appearance of suffering, and most of the actions of people nowadays, what else can they be other than shameless people who do not remember their kindness? The most important thing is to try to provide services that please the guru when the guru is alive. Secondly, after the guru's death, it is most important to do good deeds to fulfill the guru's wishes, and it is also an effort of the power of sorrow in remembering the guru. Generally speaking, instead of dedicating hundreds of millions of light offerings to good deeds, it is better to offer a butter lamp with sincere sorrow for the guru, aiming to fulfill the guru's wishes, and the benefits of doing so are greater. By analogy, all other good deeds are the same, so it is crucial to strive to do good deeds with the power of strong sorrow in order to fulfill the guru's wishes. The heart of the glorious guru is like the vastness of the sky, To generate sorrow in order to exhaust all one's sins, To perform virtuous deeds for the fulfillment of wishes in order to greatly increase the two accumulations.

It is important to put great effort into this. Then, in the spring of that year, although preparations were made for the summer retreat, there was no increase in diligence in inner virtuous practices, so the recitation and practice of the yidam deity were not accomplished. There was also no grasping of the essential points of the completion stage; there was only leisurely sleeping, without any benefit or effectiveness. At that time, in a dream-like experience, the root guru himself was seen many times, bestowing teachings and subsequent teachings, and even promising to take care of me until the great bodhicitta, but because I was bound by selfish thoughts, I could not truly meet him, and the sadness in my heart could not be dispelled. In the summer and autumn of that year, a messenger arrived from Gaden Drung Je Tson Kalsang Zhabs, so I went to Gaden Monastery (དགའ་ལྡན་, Gaden Namgyal Ling, founded by Je Tsongkhapa in 1409, the main monastery of the Gelug school, located near Lhasa) and served the guru. At that time, I also sang many songs of encouragement for myself to practice the Dharma. In particular, I made twelve suggestions and vows. In general, from the time I was young, I always heard a faint and sad sound in my ears, like a "buzzing" sound. Especially in that year, the sound became louder, like a beautiful female voice singing, the sound became clearer and clearer, and some of the words could even be recited. Hearing these sounds, I involuntarily thought of death, and I felt very tired because I had not completed my practice. I did not want to engage in worldly affairs, and from that year on, for about three or four years, the sound was very clear, and it continued intermittently for about five or six years. Then, for a while, the sound gradually disappeared, and finally it disappeared after a few years. Later, in the Earth Bird year (Tibetan calendar, specific year to be determined), although it was not as clear as before, I occasionally heard a "buzzing" sound. Even now, I occasionally hear it. At that time, I thought it was some kind of demon or ghost causing harm, but now it seems that it is not something bad. In any case, it naturally prevented me from clinging to worldly things and encouraged me to practice the Dharma, so I am very grateful. If such a thing had not happened, I would surely have been deeply attached to worldly things and would have wandered in samsara. The supreme deity practiced in many lifetimes. The essence of the glorious guru is the Nada body. The song comes from the throat of the wisdom dakini. Isn't it wonderful that it guides the fortunate ones to the path of liberation? Then, at the beginning of the Intoxicating Year, I went to visit the sacred site of Dorje Trolod.
