རྒྱས་པ་བདུད་ཀྱི་ལས། །བག་མེད་དཀོར་ལ་སྤྱོད་པ་དམྱལ་བའི་རྒྱུ། །ཆུང་ནས་བླ་གཟུགས་དེ་ལྟ་མ་གྱུར་ཅིག །ཆུང་ངུའི་དུས་སུ་མངོན་མཚན་མི་ཆེ་བར། །དམན་པའི་ཚུལ་གྱིས་ཐེག་ཆེན་དོན་ལ་སྤྱོད། །ཇི་བཞིན་གཞན་དོན་ནུས་ཚེ་འགྲོ་བའི་དོན། །རླབས་ཆེན་སྤྱོད་པར་རྟག་ཏུ་སྐྱེ་བར་ཤོག །བདག་མཐུས་ཆོས་ལ་འགོད་པར་མི་ནུས་ཚེ། །ཕ་མ་ཆོས་ལ་མི་གུས་སྡིག་ཅན་དང་། །ཆོས་མིན་སྡུག་པའི་གྲོགས་ཀྱིས་ཁེབ་པ་ཡིན། །ལུས་སུ་ཚེ་རབས་རྟག་ཏུ་མ་གྱུར་ཅིག །ཡ་རབས་ལས་སྤྱོད་ཆོས་མཐུན་ཕ་མ་དང་། །བློ་རྒྱུད་དགེ་ལ་ཕྱོགས་པ་ཐར་པའི་གྲོགས། །བྱང་ཆུབ་སྤྱད་པ་མཐུན་པར་སྤྱོད་བྱེད་པའི། །གནས་སུ་སྐྱེ་བ་རྟག་ཏུ་ལེན་པར་ཤོག །ཐོས་བསམ་དབུལ་ཞིང་སྒོམ་པའི་གདེང་མེད་པར། །སྐྱེ་བའི་མིང་གི་དྲེགས་ཤིང་ང་རྒྱལ་བས། །ཆོས་མིན་བག་མེད་ཐོ་ཅོ་སྤྱོད་པ་ཡི། །ལུས་སུ་ཚེ་རབས་རྟག་ཏུ་མ་གྱུར་ཅིག །གཞོན་ནུ་ཉིད་ནས་ཕྱི་མཛེས་ནང་དུལ་ཞིང་། །འདོད་ཆུང་ཆོག་ཤེས་སྦྱངས་པའི་ཡོན་ཏན་ལྡན། །ཉིན་མཚན་འཁོར་མོར་ཆོས་སྤྱོད་བཅུར་སྤྱོད་པའི། །དམ་པའི་རྟེན་གྱུར་ཚེ་རབས་རྟག་སྐྱེ་ཤོག །རིགས་དང་གོ་སས་ཁེངས་ནས་གཞན་དག་ལ། །བག་མེད་བརྙས་པས་དགེ་འབྲས་བཅོམ་བྱེད་ཅིང་། །རྣམ་སྨིན་མི་བཟད་དམྱལ་བའི་ལས་བསགས་པའི། །ལུས་སུ་ཚེ་རབས་རྟག་ཏུ་མི་སྐྱེ་ཤོག །མངོན་མཐོ་འབྱོར་པའི་དཔལ་གྱིས་བརྒྱན་ཐོབ་ཅིང་། །དེ་ལ་ཞེན་དང་ཁེངས་པ་མི་སྐྱེ་བར། །རྒྱལ་བས་བསྔགས་ཤིང་དད་དང་དག་སྣང་ལ། །བར་མེད་སྤྱོད་པ་རྟག་ཏུ་སྐྱེ་བར་ཤོག །གཙུག་ལག་མཆོད་དང་དགེ་འདུན་སྤྱི་ཡི་རྫས། །འཕྲི་གཞོག་ཟུར་བཀོལ་ཐུབ་ཐུབ་སྤྱོད་པ་ཡི། །འཚོ་བའི་རིགས་དང་དེ་ལྟ་བླ་མའི་ཚུལ། །ཚེ་རབས་རྟག་ཏུ་སྐྱེ་བར་མ་གྱུར་ཅིག །སྡིག་མེད་རང་གི་ལས་མཐའ་ལ་སྤྱོད་པའི། །འཚོ་བས་འཚོ་ཞིང་དཀོན་མཆོག་དཀོར་རྫས་ལ། །དུག་ལྟར་འཇིགས་ནས་ཤིན་ཏུ་སྤང་བ་ཡི། །བློ་ལྡན་ལུས་སུ་རྟག་ཏུ་སྐྱེ་བར་ཤོག །སྐྱེ་བ་ཡད་ཡུད་ཙམ་ཞིག་དྲན་པ་ལ། །གདིང་ཆ་འདི་སྣང་ཡུད་ཙམ་ཁོ་ན་ཡི། །རྙེད་དང་གྲགས་པའི་ཟོང་རིན་བླ་མའི་གཟུགས། །འཁོར་བའི་གཏིང་རྡོ་སྐྱེ་བར་མ་གྱུར་ཅིག །ཅི་སྟེ་སྐྱེ་བ་ཙམ་ཞིག་གྲགས་གྱུར་ཀྱང་། །དེ་ལ་ཞེན་མེད་ཅིར་སྣང་སྒྱུ་མར་རྟོགས། །འཇིག་རྟེན་རྙེད་གྲགས་དོན་དུ་གཉེར་མིན་པར། །དམ་ཆོས་ཁོ་ན་དོན་གཉེར་རྟག་སྐྱེ་ཤོག །བྱིས་པའི་བརྗོད་སྒོ་སྟབས་ལེགས་རེ་ཙམ་མམ། །མོ་རྩིས་པྲ་སྒྲུབ་རྣོ་མཐོང་མཁན་པོ་སོགས། །ཟག་བཅས་མ

增盛是魔业， 不谨慎使用财物是堕地狱之因。 从小不要成为那样的上师形象！ 年幼之时不要显现大的功德相， 以谦卑之态行持大乘之义。 如实能成办利他之时，为利益众生， 愿恒常转生为行持广大的行为者！ 若以自力不能安立于佛法， 则被不敬佛法的父母、罪人和， 非法的恶友所覆盖， 愿生生世世不要成为那样的身体！ 与行为贤善、如法的父母和， 心性倾向善法、解脱的道友， 行持菩提行相同之， 愿恒常转生于行持的处所！ 于闻思贫乏且无有修持把握， 以转生之名而傲慢自大， 行持非法、不谨慎、戏谑之， 愿生生世世不要成为那样的身体！ 自年少时外表庄严内心调柔， 具有少欲知足、串习的功德， 日夜六时行持十种法行之， 愿恒常转生为成为圣者的所依！ 因种姓和地位而自满，对其他， 以不谨慎轻蔑而摧毁善果， 积累异熟不悦意地狱之业的， 愿生生世世不要转生为那样的身体！ 获得增上生圆满功德庄严， 且不生起对它的贪执和傲慢， 为诸佛所赞叹，于信心和清净观， 愿恒常转生为无间断行持者！ 寺院供品和僧众公有之物， 减少、夺取、挪用、能偷就偷地使用之， 以此为生的种姓和那样的上师之相， 愿生生世世不要转生为那样！ 以无罪自己的业际而受用， 以清净的生计而活命，对三宝财物， 如毒药般畏惧而极力断除之， 愿恒常转生为具有智慧的身体！ 仅仅忆念起一刹那的转生， 就确信此生仅仅是短暂的， 以名利作为交易的上师形象， 愿不要转生为轮回的垫脚石！ 即使仅仅是转生之名声显扬， 也不贪执它，将一切显现观为幻化， 不为世间名利而奔波， 愿恒常转生为唯一追求正法者！ 仅仅是孩童的巧妙言辞， 或者占卜、算命、降神、神通堪布等， 有漏的

Increasing is the work of demons, Using wealth without caution is the cause of hell. From a young age, may I not become such a Lama figure! In youth, without displaying great signs, In humility, may I practice the meaning of the Great Vehicle. When I can truly benefit others, for the sake of beings, May I always be born to engage in vast activities! If I cannot establish myself in Dharma through my own power, Then being covered by parents who disrespect Dharma, sinners, and, Evil friends who are not Dharma, May I never be such a body in lifetimes! With parents who are virtuous in conduct and in accordance with Dharma, and, Friends of liberation whose minds are inclined towards virtue, Who act in harmony with the practice of Bodhi, May I always take birth in places where I can practice! Being poor in learning and contemplation, and without confidence in meditation, Being arrogant and proud in the name of rebirth, Engaging in non-Dharma, carelessness, and frivolity, May I never be such a body in lifetimes! From youth, being outwardly beautiful and inwardly gentle, Possessing the qualities of contentment and diligence in learning, Day and night, engaging in the ten Dharma practices, May I always be born as a holy support! Being filled with lineage and status, towards others, Destroying virtuous results with careless contempt, Accumulating the karma of unpleasant ripening in hell, May I never be born as such a body in lifetimes! Having obtained the adornment of higher realm prosperity, And without generating attachment and pride towards it, Being praised by the Buddhas, and with faith and pure perception, May I always be born to engage without interruption! Offerings to monasteries and communal property of the Sangha, Reducing, stealing, misappropriating, using whatever can be stolen, Such a lineage of livelihood and such a Lama's appearance, May I never be born as such in lifetimes! Living by one's own faultless karma, Living with a pure livelihood, and towards the wealth of the Three Jewels, Fearing it like poison and utterly abandoning it, May I always be born as a body with wisdom! Merely remembering a moment of rebirth, Being certain that this life is only temporary, A Lama's image as a commodity for profit and fame, May I not be born as a stepping stone to Samsara! Even if the fame of rebirth is merely proclaimed, Without attachment to it, realizing all appearances as illusion, Not striving for worldly gain and fame, May I always be born as one who seeks only the sacred Dharma! Merely clever words of children, Or divination, astrology, spirit invocation, clairvoyant Khenpos, etc., Contaminated
