About eight venerable ones passed away into the pure lands. Stagsham Nudan Samten Dorje, Yongge Namcho Mingyur Dorje, Pema Dechen Lingpa, Orgyen Terdak Lingpa, Rigdzin Rolpai Dorje, Chöje Lingpa, Dewai Dorje, and others, most of them did not even live to their full lifespan, passing into the expanse of peace like stars at dawn within a few years or months. This was solely due to the dwindling merit of beings in the degenerate age, and this lord also manifested even more the manner of being afflicted by renunciation and sorrow, composing many songs of realization. Thereafter, the master and disciples went to the border between Powo and Kongpo, visiting the sacred site Drakgad Padma Shelpuk, and then again, at the request of the emanation of Menchu Chokyi, they went to Men Monastery. There, to the thousands of faithful disciples, both monastic and lay, who had gathered, he bestowed the rain of nectar of ripening and liberation, such as the empowerment and transmission of the Eight Herukas Gathering of Sugatas, according to their individual capacities. He also permanently forbade hunting in the mountains and rivers, granting the gift of fearlessness and refuge to all living beings, and through seeing, hearing, remembering, and touching, he extensively spread activities that brought temporary and lasting benefit and happiness to all sentient beings. Furthermore, he also went to various regions such as Zangyul, fulfilling their individual wishes, and then returned to the hidden land of Drakgad. The nature of that great secret hidden sacred site is described in his vajra song: A wondrous sacred site, a realm of perfect glory, I saw many common and uncommon signs. The shape of the mountains is like outstretched fingers, the lakes are like an array of five jewels. The guardians of the sacred site are the three: demons, tsen, and nagas, known as Menmo Ziwö Barma. They are powerful, fierce, and intensely jealous. The five great practice caves of Orgyen, eight small practice caves, and bird's nest-like retreats, plus sixteen, and more than thirty-two. The central place is the eye, the tent where hundreds of thousands of dakinis gather, the circular space of the dharmadhatu is about five stories high. The gods appear adorned in the nine successive vehicles. Seeing, hearing, and remembering connect to the supreme great bliss. The small lake in front, the spring, is the color of turquoise. Drinking a mouthful purifies the many sins of lifetimes. To the northeast of that, there is a small triangular lake. It is full like a red torma. That is the palace of the guardian planet Rahu.

In general, this palace of a million gatherings of dakinis, who can circumambulate it seven hundred times? It is equal to reciting the six-syllable mantra a billion times. Once it appears, it will not change, it will not disappear. If someone falls into the lower realms after death, this is their savior. On the square stone in front of it, there are footprints of subduing the demoness. On that stone, perform corpse offerings, whoever does it will eliminate disasters and obstacles. Lhodrak Leg (Tibetan place name) has the letters "ཧྲཱིཿ (Tibetan, Devanagari: ह्रीः, Romanized Sanskrit: hrīḥ, literal Chinese meaning: shā) ཝཾ (Tibetan, Devanagari: वं, Romanized Sanskrit: vaṃ, literal Chinese meaning: ōng)", which is the unchanging sign of the treasure. To the west, there are the faces of Padmasambhava and his retinue. To the north, there is the mandala of Manjushri Yamantaka. In the center is the palace of Yangdak Phurba. This stone, known as the "Hero Stone," the benefit of circumambulating it is the same as the words of the previous treasure achievers. I saw the protector deity and the protector stone. Although there are many other wonders, now is not the time, we will talk about it later. From now on, in five hundred and fifty years, in this place, an unprecedented two-legged being will appear, at the time when paired instruments appear, an emanation of Orgyen Padmasambhava will appear, open the sacred site, and extract the hidden treasures. Furthermore, in the near future, a worthy person who has received the prophecy of the dakinis will open the sacred site, bringing great benefit. These words are not boasting, but spoken as seen in meditation, dreams, and visions. Thus he said. At the age of twenty-eight, he practiced secretly in the great sacred site of Padma Crystal Cave, and the mind treasure of the laughter of the Forceful Arising Heruka burst forth. At the age of twenty-eight, in the Wood Snake year called "Various Splendors" (uncertain if referring to the Gregorian calendar), while practicing secretly in the rock cave of Gangkar Snow Mountain in that place, he obtained signs of visions and blessings of the deities of the Three Roots. In addition, he unearthed the extraordinary mind treasure of the secret offering of Chöd Yul Nyingpo Yoga, the Tsokhor of the corpse feast, the heart blood instructions of the Wisdom Dakinis, the Vajra Song of the Forceful Arising, the laughter of the Fearless Heruka, appearing as pure visions. In particular, the visions that occurred during the festival of Saga Dawa (Tibetan April), as the venerable one said: The blessings of the Three Kayas (Dharmakaya, Sambhogakaya, Nirmanakaya) of the Guru are that I, a mediocre person of the degenerate age, Tshewang Norbu, on the auspicious Bodhi Day of the Wood Snake year (uncertain if referring to the Gregorian calendar), while practicing the heart essence accomplishment of the treasure revealer Ratna Lingpa, the Wish-Fulfilling Jewel, at dawn on the thirteenth...
