The place is between what is now called Karaari of Musulman, and the Tibetans call it Ladakh, extending to Sher in the heartland. Entering the path of Maryul from Nepal, it has been nearly two and a half years now, and roughly estimated, nearly three hundred thousand people have diligently dedicated themselves with the three doors to the Dharma, such as the Bodhisattva vows of the Madhyamaka school, the transmission and permission of the meditation and recitation of Great Compassion Avalokiteshvara, and the transmission of water offering practices, aiming to become excellent Dharma donors. In addition, there are also many who take the vows of the eight precepts and the vows of individual liberation and refuge, and nearly eight hundred people have entered the door of celibate lay practitioners of Dharma, both before and after. Mainly by mediating the conflicts between the rulers and subjects of Maryul, promoting harmony and laying the foundation for the happiness of the snowy region, and so on, doing as much as possible the roots of virtue of the four means of gathering. All of these are shared with all sentient beings, mothers, who pervade the sky. With this, may I become the executor of the activities of all Buddhas in all my lifetimes, become a servant of the noble Avalokiteshvara, thereby becoming the executor of eliminating all the sufferings of the three realms of samsara, earnestly praying and widely aspiring, which is entirely due to your kindness. Thus, the power of the great merit of dedicating the virtue to perfect enlightenment, may at this moment, the lotus feet of the God of Gods, the Protector of the World, you (referring to Avalokiteshvara) be firm in the midst of the snowy mountains. Furthermore, may all the holy beings who have become holders of the teachings have long lives and be harmonious and united, may the three turnings of the wheel of Buddhism flourish, and may the ultimate teaching of the essential meaning of the heart essence be extremely propagated, the dedication made for this purpose, may it be accomplished as it is, and also please do not ever abandon it from the perspective of prayer, be sure to know, know, know! As delicate as a lotus petal, yet visualized as a cloud of Samantabhadra offerings offered with faith and aspiration, and offered as such. As white as a lotus on an immortal Kalpa tree, with a mandala as long as the touch of the gods, on which are arranged twenty-seven Rupa Karshapanis from the holy land of India, and also adorned with gold Karshapanas from Bharoka, with the number of Indra.

The various exquisite gifts that were previously offered together with the Kagya Rinpoche were not wasted at all, but became the resources for propagating the Dharma. This was respectfully offered as a support to dedicate the virtuous deeds I mentioned above to the complete enlightenment without any damage until the state of Great Bodhi. An order was issued that the monasteries of Kathok Dorje Den, including Gumbum Lingmo, needed to be repaired and consecrated. Detailed instructions were also given to the King of Dege, Sonam Gonpo, such as holding an enthronement ceremony for Shamarpa.
