After that, in order to carry out the work of the self-arisen stupa again, the Mon ruler himself came with an army to greet [me]. The residence was arranged on a clean meadow. Because officials of various ranks were sent to strongly request [me] to go to the Dzong (fortress), I went out of consideration and presented excellent horses and gold. I listened very carefully to whatever was said, including the letter about transporting the life-pillar of the stupa with the army next year, so I was also pleased. To some important questions such as how his own kingdom would prosper, although the affairs had not declined, I frankly said that I saw signs of declining merit. When officials were sent again to inquire, I answered as before. Although I saw that performing rituals and auspicious ceremonies would be helpful, because they did not make an effort to do so, I left it at that. That king had some respect for the local siddhas, but greatly revered Kṣitigarbha and even more so worshiped Durga. After that, returning to Nepal again, when repairing Jya Rhi Kamtso (stupa name) before, I presented the equipment and utensils that I owned to the various kingdoms of Nepal. Not only for the sake of helping agriculture, but also burning down all the dense forests of the country, burning countless immeasurable lives. Similarly, killing groups of monkeys and jackals, especially all kinds of Sarva (सर्व,sarva, all) that could be seen. Holding a firm intention to prevent these actions, I made requests again and again, and although the king and ministers agreed, they did not actually put it into practice. On top of that year, in order to request that livestock and elephants not trample the forests of the abodes of scholars such as Arya Shingkun (Śiṃgkuṃ), Ugratara, and Gokarna, I specially sent the translator Grawo and the interpreter, along with a copper plate document. The king was also very happy, coated the copper plate document with gold water, and in the nine-story black temple of the king's own lineage, he hung the requested copper plate document on the neck of Devi Taleju, who is the embodiment of Uma. The king and ministers truthfully vowed that they would never violate the oath from now on, thus perfectly accomplishing the pure virtue. Afterwards, because Guru (teacher) wrote a letter urging [me] to return to Nepal as soon as possible, the Nepalese Vajracharya and his two servants also arrived safely.

Then, proceeding step by step, I arrived at the northeast of Vajrasana (Bodh Gaya), which is considered a special place of the great deity of the wise men outside the palace of the goddess Rewati (藏文:རེ་བ་,梵文天城体:,梵文罗马拟音:,汉语字面意思:Hope) of Ti, the lord of Tingwari Lake. Previously, when I went to Nepal in the Earth Monkey year, I initially performed miracles and eventually took vows, so I released a large torma on the bank of its river. The next day was also the tenth day festival of Guru Rinpoche, so I stopped resting and made as many Tsok tormas as possible, and offered good prayers. Then, gradually, I arrived at Mangyul Kyidrong (present-day Gyirong County), where each village offered welcomes according to their means. Previously, at the "Ljongne" where Lord Atisha Palden Atisha resided for a long time, I went to see the six-syllable mantra written by Lord Atisha's finger. There, the gathering of humans and non-humans was very large. I stayed in Mangyul Jampa Trin for a few days to calm the water. I released a large torma again. At the monastery, I did as much prostration and offering as I could according to my means. My attendants were threatened by the water disaster, so they slowly went to Dzongkar (place name), where they also stayed for a few days. I repeatedly explained the Bodhisattva vows and the meditation transmission of Great Compassion to thousands of assembled people. I performed the tenth-day offering of the sixth month there. I had already reported that I was going to the Ladakh area. However, no matter how much I tried to strengthen my speaking ability, I could not arrive immediately. Because I was worried about wars and border conflicts in the Maryul area, I frankly sent my messengers and the Ladakh messengers together with letters to the various kings to speak in advance. From Dzongkar (place name), I set out on an auspicious day, and from afar, I prostrated to the stupa of Yangthang Monastery (place name), the seat of the translator Gyalwai Tsultrim (person's name). Previously, the place where the miraculous lecture hall had been for a long time, Ompuk Pema Karpo (place name), where a few practitioners now reside, I stopped at its foot. The lama of that monastery asked how the hail had been this year, as there had been some hailstorms here before, so I performed temporary rituals. Then, at Takyer La (place name), I released a large torma to the palace of the many powerful gods who rule the world, and entrusted the work of benefiting Buddhism and sentient beings. In the form of a god banner, there was heavy snow, and the sound of going upwards frightened the horses and they bolted.
